Seat assembly with return interlock element
A seat assembly for movement between a plurality of positions within an automotive vehicle includes a seat back pivotally coupled to a seat cushion and a seat track assembly with a sliding track repositionable along a fixed track for movement of the seat assembly between a forward position and a rearward position. A linkage assembly extends between the seat cushion and the sliding track for movement of the seat cushion between an easy entry position and a design position. An interlock element is pivotally coupled to the sliding track. Movement of the seat assembly from the forward position to the rearward position pivots the interlock element from a locked condition engaged with the linkage assembly for holding the seat cushion in the easy entry position, to an unlocked condition disengaged from the linkage assembly for allowing movement of the seat cushion to the design position.
VEHICULAR SEAT SLIDE DEVICE
A vehicular seat slide device is provided with a lower rail, an upper rail, a lock member, a memory piece, a memory link, a slide member, and a stopper member. The memory piece is engaged with the upper rail and the lower rail. The memory link releases the lock member and the memory piece with urging force of a memory link urging member, and pivots in a releasing direction to press the lock member in a pivot direction and press the memory piece against the urging force of the memory piece urging member. The slide member releases the memory link with urging force of a slider urging member, and presses the memory link in the release direction by moving as a seat back is collapsed forward. After the seatback is collapsed forward and the upper rail is moved in a seat-rearward direction, the stopper member contacts the memory piece.
VEHICLE SEAT FOR ONE-TOUCH SWITCHING TO RELAXATION MODE
In a vehicle seat for one-touch switching to a relaxation mode, a lever link operating in conjunction with a relaxation lever when a relaxation lever is raised up, or a relaxation lever bracket operating in conjunction with a motor cable of an actuator when a relaxation button lever is pushed down locks off a stepless brake. Thus, a rack bar is moved along a link tracking path. As a result, an angle of a cushion frame is changed in the upward direction, and a relaxation cable operated in conjunction with the relaxation lever link or a relaxation memory locks off the relaxation memory. In the present manner, a seat back is moved backward, enabling one-touch relaxation mechanism.
RETURN MECHANISM, VEHICLE SEAT AND RETURN METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a return mechanism, a vehicle seat and a return method. The vehicle seat includes a seat body, a backrest frame located at back of the vehicle seat and a cushion frame located at cushion of the vehicle seat, the backrest frame being rotationally connected to the cushion frame through angle adjusters located on both sides of the backrest frame, a brushless angle adjustment motor being installed on the backrest frame and being configured to adjust an angle of the angle adjusters, a rear end of the cushion frame being hinged to a slide rail located at bottom of the vehicle seat, and an angle of the cushion frame being adjusted by front angle adjustment mechanisms at a front end of the cushion frame; where a return mechanism is installed between the backrest frame and the angle adjuster, and/or installed to the front angle adjustment mechanisms.
VEHICLE SEAT ADJUSTMENT ASSEMBLY
A memory bracket configured for use in a vehicle seat rail assembly. The rail assembly including a translatable rail provided with a first stop member and the memory bracket fixed to a fixed rail and including a second stop member. In response to the translatable rail being positioned in a use position, the first stop member contacts the second stop member, and as the translatable rail moves in the longitudinal direction from an ingress-egress position to the one or more use positions, a portion of the memory bracket engages and displaces a mechanical effector of an ingress-egress aid to permit the backrest to pivot away from the seating surface.
Locking device with emergency release
It is provided a locking device, comprising: a rotary latch pivotally mounted on a housing between a locking position and an unlocking position, a blocking element movable between a blocking position and a release position, by which the rotary latch is blocked in the locking position when the blocking element is arranged in the blocking position, and a driving device that can be activated for moving the blocking element from the blocking position into the release position. There is provided an unlocking element that is pivotally mounted on the housing independently of the driving device and is adapted to urge the blocking element from the blocking position into the release position.
