ADJUSTABLE SEAT ASSEMBLY

A seat assembly includes a track assembly having a swivel mechanism slideably supported along the track assembly. A base frame is supported on the swivel mechanism between forward-facing and rearward-facing configurations. A seatback is pivotally coupled to the base frame by a recliner mechanism. A seat portion is pivotally coupled to the base frame and includes a front edge. The seat portion is operable between first and second positions, such that the front edge of the seat portion defines a forward-most portion of the seat assembly when the seat portion is in the first position. Further, the front edge of the seat portion is vertically juxtaposed over the base frame when the seat portion is in the second position.

Vehicle seat having a backrest consisting of a backrest lower part and a backrest upper part, which is displaceable with respect to the backrest lower part, wherein the vehicle seat is connected to a rotary adjustment device for rotating the vehicle seat, and wherein the rotary adjustment device comprises a locking device for locking the rotary adjustment device, the backrest upper part and the locking device being connected to each other, such that upon a displacement of the backrest upper part relative to the backrest lower part from a non-displaced position into a displaced position, the locking of the rotary adjusting device may be released.

DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE SEAT WITH A ROTATION UNIT AND A SLIDING UNIT

A device for a vehicle seat with a rotation unit and a sliding unit, wherein different rotation positions of the rotation unit are adjustable, wherein different sliding positions of the sliding unit are adjustable. The device is characterized in that the device comprises an interlock mechanism, so that an adjustability of a rotation range of the rotation unit is dependent upon a sliding position of the sliding unit.

Locking device and motor vehicle seat rotation mechanism

A locking device includes a locking pin mounting box, a locking pin, a locking spring, a handle and an unlocking tension spring. Respective ends of the locking pin pass through corresponding locking pin guide holes in lateral sides of the locking pin mounting box. A spring bearing boss is provided in a middle position of each locking pin. The locking spring surrounds the corresponding locking pin with one locking spring end in contact with one lateral side and another end in contact with the spring bearing boss. One end of the handle is hinged to a top side of the locking pin mounting box. The unlocking tension spring has one end connected to the handle and another end connected to an end of the locking pin that has passed through the first lateral side. In the locking device, the locking pin is inserted into a locking hole to achieve locking.

Vehicle seating assembly

A vehicle seating assembly includes a swivel assembly coupled to a seat base and a rail bracket. The swivel assembly can be external to an impact load-path and can include a ring gear and a spur gear.

Swivel plate assembly

A swivel plate assembly is provided that comprises a first swivel plate coupled to a second swivel plate. Each of the first and second swivel plates includes a first portion and a second portion. A channel is defined by the first swivel plate and the second swivel plate. A ball bearing assembly is positioned within the channel. A ball bearing of the ball bearing assembly is positioned substantially flush with the first and second swivel plates.

Limited swivel apparatus for a passenger seat

A cabin fixture comprising a pedestal having a cutout and an axle having a portion disposed within the cutout. The axle is configured to translate within the cutout. A rotating member is coupled to the axle. A first boss is coupled to the rotating member. A plate is proximate the rotating member and has a first interference surface. An interference between the first boss and the first interference surface tends to limit the rotation of the rotating member with respect to the plate.
