VEHICLE SEAT LIFTING APPARATUS
A vehicle seat lifting apparatus includes: a cushion base of a vehicle seat; a link member rotatably provided on the cushion base and raising and lowering at least a part of the vehicle seat; a front limiter provided on a front portion in front of a rotation center of the link member and limiting rotation of the link member; and a rear limiter provided on a rear portion behind the rotation center of the link member and limiting the rotation of the link member.
Height adjustment apparatus of vehicle seat
The present disclosure relates to a height adjustment apparatus of a vehicle seat, whereby during a height adjustment of a seat cushion, a desired tilting angle of the seat cushion is obtained and heights of a front part and a rear part of the seat cushion are individually adjusted. Due to the height adjustment apparatus, the comfort of a seated occupant is improved by adjusting the angles of the seat cushion in response to various postures of the occupant. In addition, a link connection is structurally secured and thus its durability is also improved.
ADJUSTMENT DEVICE FOR THE LONGITUDINAL ADJUSTMENT OF A VEHICLE SEAT
It is provided an adjusting device for the longitudinal adjustment of a vehicle seat, comprising at least one rail for defining a longitudinal seat axis along which a seat base of the vehicle seat is adjustable, and for supporting at least one adjusting unit of the adjusting device, and at least two shiftably guided adjusting units arranged one behind the other along the longitudinal seat axis, to which the seat base is to be fixed in order to be adjustable along the longitudinal seat axis. The at least two adjusting units are adjustable relative to each other along the longitudinal seat axis, and each adjusting unit is assigned a separate drive for the power-operated adjustment along the longitudinal seat axis.
Device for tilting and swiveling seat of vehicle
A device for tilting and swiveling a seat of a vehicle is provided. The device performs a tilting operation for relaxation by cooperation of a seat back and a seat cushion as well as a swiveling operation for rotating the seat in an indoor direction for conversion between passengers or rotating the seat in an outdoor direction for getting on and off vehicle assistance.
Adjustment System for a Seat
An adjustment system for a seat has a first bearing shell for receiving a seat surface and/or a seat backrest, a second bearing shell for connecting to a substructure, a first wedge-shaped adjustment ring, which is rotatably mounted on the first bearing shell, a second wedge-shaped adjustment ring, which is rotatably mounted on the second bearing shell and rotatably mounted on the first adjustment ring, a first drive for rotating the first adjustment ring relative to the second adjustment ring, a second drive for rotating the second adjustment ring relative to the second bearing shell, and a blockade mechanism for electively connecting the first bearing shell and the second bearing shell for conjoint rotation.
Seat height and tilt adjustment mechanism
An adjustment assembly or mechanism that permits adjustment of the height and angle of tilt of a vehicle seat includes front and rear latch gears with multiple cogs corresponding to discrete angular positions of the latch gears and consequently discrete heights of the front and rear of the adjustment assembly. The front latch gears pivot about a fixed pivot axis while the rear latch gears pivot about a sliding pivot axis to accommodate tilt angles for the seat. Torsion springs bias the four latch gears to a maximum rotation or pivot position in which the respective ends of the seat are at their highest vertical position. A spindle engages the cogs of the latch gears to hold the latch gears in a particular discrete angular position. Separate front and rear manual actuation levers at the front of the seat can be lifted to release a respective front and rear spindle from a particular cog and allow the driver to adjust the seat position. The independent front and rear adjustment mechanisms allow the driver to place the seat in a wide range of heights and tilt angles, including forward and rearward tilt angles.
VEHICLE SEAT HAVING A PITCHING SPRING UNIT
Vehicle seat having a pitching spring unit, a vehicle seat upper part and a vehicle seat lower part of the vehicle seat being connected such that they can be moved relative to one another by means of a scissor frame arrangement, comprising a first scissor arm and a second scissor arm which cross in a first region as viewed in a vehicle seat width direction, the pitching spring unit comprising a spring element carrier and a spring element, the spring element being connected on one side to the vehicle seat upper part, the vehicle seat lower part or the scissor arms and on the other side to the spring element carrier which is connected to the first scissor arm such that it can be rotated about a second rotational axis and to the second scissor arm such that it can be rotated about a third rotational axis.
VEHICLE SEAT SYSTEM
In a vehicle seat system, lowering of a seat cushion further toward a vehicle lower side than a lowerable limit value corresponding to a recline angle of a seatback is restricted by a control device in cases in which the physical build of an occupant is smaller than a predetermined value. This enables a reduction in the ability to restrain the body of the occupant using a webbing to be suppressed.
Seat frame for a height-adjustable and tiltable seat pan
A seat frame is disclosed for a height-adjustable and tiltable seat pan of a motor vehicle seat. The seat frame has two side rails, a first cross bar, a second cross bar, and a drive unit. The first cross bar is supported in the two side rails and the second cross bar serves to support the seat pan. The second cross bar is mounted so as to be rotatable about fixed first axis in the two side rails. The second cross bar is rotated by the drive unit. The drive unit has an actuating motor and an actuator that is displaceable via the actuating motor and connected to the second cross bar outside the first axis. The drive unit is mounted on the first cross bar and rotatable about a second axis of the first cross bar which is fixed in the two side rails.
