Method for calibrating an actuating device

A method for calibrating a device for actuating one or several elements to be actuated of a structure, with the actuating device comprising one or several actuators, characterised in that it comprises the following successive steps: (b1) placing the structure, in particular the element or elements to be actuated of the structure, in a predetermined reference position, (b2) activating a calculation unit to automatically calibrate the actuator or actuators of the actuating device, with the calculation unit able to determine, for the actuator or actuators, the minimum and maximum end stops that define its or their authorised range of movement using the predetermined reference position of the structure, taken as the origin position.

SEAT POSITION ADJUSTMENT APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE

A seat position adjustment apparatus for a vehicle may include fixed rails fixed on a bottom plane; first sliding rails configured to slide in forward and backward directions on the fixed rails respectively, and provided with cushion links rotatably coupled to the cushion frame; second sliding rails configured to move with the first sliding rails and slide on and protrude from the first sliding rails, and formed to support the cushion frame with the cushion links; a driving device mounted to the first sliding rails or the second sliding rails and configured to transmit power to the first sliding rails and the second sliding rails; and a seat back link rotatably mounted on the bottom plane or the fixed rails and rotatably coupled to and supporting a seat back frame.

RECLINE ADJUSTMENT ASSEMBLIES FOR A VEHICLE SEAT

A recline adjustment assembly for a rear seat in a vehicle comprises a latch device disposed on a seatback of the seat; and a strike pivotally connected to a vehicle body behind the seatback and locked in the latch device at a use position. The latch device moves along the strike to adjust a reclining angle of the seatback as the strike pivots by a driving device.

Folding and reclining rear seat system

A reclining seat includes a seat base coupled to a support surface. The seat base is moveable between extended and retracted positions as supported on a support roller by a guide rail disposed on an underside of the seat base. The guide rail includes a first support surface disposed at a first height, and a second support surface is disposed at a second height that is greater than the first height of the first support surface with a ramped portion disposed therebetween. The seat base is supported at the first support surface in the retracted position, and supported at the second support surface in the extended position. A seatback is coupled to a rear wall and is operable between upright and reclined positions. In the reclined position, the seatback is moved downward and away from the rear wall.

A disc recliner comprises a fixed guide plate coupled to a rotatable tooth plate. Pawls are movable between a first position interlocking the guide plate and tooth plate in a locked condition and a second position disengaged from the tooth plate in an unlocked condition to allow pivotal movement therebetween. A shaft extends through the guide plate and the tooth plate and a cam is fixedly mounted on the shaft for engagement with the pawls. A drive nut is fixedly mounted to the guide plate for rotation therewith. A drive screw is fixedly mounted to the shaft and matingly engaged with the drive nut wherein rotation of the shaft rotates the drive screw and the drive nut causes lateral movement of the shaft and cam along an axis to drive the pawls between the first and second positions thereby actuating the disc recliner between a locked and unlocked conditions.

Vehicle seat assembly

An assembly includes a seat bottom. The assembly includes a seatback supported by and movable relative to the seat bottom between an upright position and a reclined position. The assembly includes an actuator supported by the seat bottom and operatively coupled to the seatback to move the seatback from the reclined position to the upright position. The assembly includes a computer having a processor and a memory storing instructions executable by the processor to command the actuator to move the seatback to the upright position in response to detecting a pending vehicle impact.

DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING A SEAT, AND INSTALLATION ASSEMBLY FOR SUCH A DEVICE

A device adjusts a seat, which has a seat part and a backrest adjustable between two end positions including an upright position and a folded-over folding position, using an adjustment mechanism. The adjustment mechanism has opposing rotary fittings connected together via a shaft that extends along the shaft axis. The device is provided for detecting the two end positions. A spindle is connected to the shaft and a spindle nut is moved in the longitudinal direction in a translational manner when the shaft is rotated. The spindle nut is part of a driver which has an actuation element for a limit switch. The driver is guided in a forced manner by a mechanical slotted guide such that the translational movement is superimposed with a rotational movement of the driver, and the slotted guide is configured such that the actuation element actuates only one limit switch in the two end positions.

Shoulder adjusting mechanism for seat backrest

The present disclosure relates to a shoulder adjustment mechanism for a seat backrest, comprising: an upper backrest frame (10) and a lower backrest frame (20) in an up-and-down arrangement, each of the upper backrest frame (10) and the lower backrest frame (20) including a first side and a second side opposing to each other in a left-right direction, a third side facing a seat, and a fourth side facing away from the seat; a pair of first hinges (30) hingedly connected to the first sides and the second sides of the upper backrest frame (10) and the lower backrest frame (20) and close to the third sides; a pair of second hinges (40) hingedly connected to the first sides and the second sides of the upper backrest frame (10) and the lower backrest frame (20) and close to the fourth sides, the lower backrest frame (20) being provided with sliding grooves (200); a first base (50) fixed to the lower backrest frame (20); a first transmission structure (60) rotatably mounted on the first base (50) and in driving connection with a motor, wherein a spacing exists between a rotating position of the first transmission structure (60) and a fixed position of the first base (50); a first lead screw (70) in transmission connection with the first transmission structure (60) and connected with the second hinge (40), wherein the motor drives the first lead screw (70) to move through the first transmission structure (60), thereby bringing the second hinges (40) to move in the sliding grooves (200).
