Dual-bearing reel
A clutch mechanism includes a clutch pin, a pinion gear, a first bearing, a second bearing and a clearance adjusting part. The pinion gear is axially movable to an on-position that causes the pinion gear to engage with the clutch pin and be unitarily rotatable with the spool shaft and an off-position that causes the pinion gear to disengage from the clutch pin. The first bearing is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of a first support part of the pinion gear. The second bearing is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of a second support part of the pinion gear. The clearance adjusting part is configured to partially reduce a clearance between an inner peripheral surface of a through hole and the outer peripheral surface of the spool shaft at the clearance adjusting part in an on-state of the clutch mechanism.

FISHING REEL
One object is to provide a fishing reel in which under a high load, a smooth rotation performance of the handle shaft and the pinion gear shaft can be maintained and the accuracy of the position to support the handle shaft and the pinion gear shaft can be ensured. The fishing reel of the present invention includes: a handle shaft rotatably provided on a frame; a drive gear provided on the handle shaft a spool configured to be rotationally driven via a pinion gear meshing with the drive gear; a side plate fixed on the frame; and a support unit separate from the side plate, wherein the support unit includes a handle shaft support that supports a handle shaft, and a pinion gear shaft support that supports a pinion gear shaft of the pinion gear, and the support unit is removably fixed on the frame.
ELECTRIC FISHING REEL
One object is to provide an electric fishing reel wherein it is possible to prevent fingers of a user from contacting with an electric motor and improve heat releasing performance of the electric motor. In accordance with one aspect, an electric fishing reel of the present invention includes: a reel body; a spool provided on the reel body and configured to have a fishing line wound thereon; an electric motor provided in a front portion of the reel body and configured to rotationally drive the spool; and a cover member mounted on the reel body so as to surround the electric motor, wherein the cover member includes a front portion in front of the electric motor and a side portion on a side of the electric motor, and at least one of the front portion and the side portion of the cover member has an opening formed therein.
DUAL-BEARING REEL
A handle is rotatably attached to a first reel body. A second reel body has a cylindrical shape, and is an interval apart from the first reel body in an axial direction. A spool is disposed between the first reel body and the second reel body. A mount includes a mount surface facing in a first direction to contact the fishing rod when the dual-bearing reel is mounted to the fishing rod. The second reel body includes an outer peripheral surface and an outer lateral surface. The outer lateral surface faces outward in the axial direction, and the outer peripheral surface of the second reel body has a width narrower towards a first directional end of the second reel body than towards a second directional end of the second reel body. The second directional end is opposite to the first direction end.
DUAL-BEARING REEL
A dual-bearing reel includes a reel body, a spool rotatable relative to the reel body, a spool shaft integrally rotatable with the spool, a one-way clutch and an operating lever. The one-way clutch includes an outer ring rotatable relative to the reel body and a rolling body configured to transmit rotation of the spool shaft in a casting direction to the outer ring. The one-way clutch is attached to the spool shaft. The operating lever has a flat shape, is attached to the reel body, and extends in a radial direction. The operating lever is configured to adjust a braking force that brakes the rotation of the outer ring.
FISHING REEL EQUIPPED WITH ANTI-LOOSENING HANDLE
Provided is a fishing reel equipped with an anti-loosening handle. The fishing reel includes an anti-loosening plug that is fitted on first flat portions of a handle shaft and has sub-male threaded portions corresponding to first male threaded portions in order to solve a problem that a handle nut is loosened or a handle shaft is broken when a load is applied to a handle arm in a process of winding a fishing line due to a gap between the handle nut and a flat portion of a handle shaft even though the handle nut is fixed in common handle shafts having an anti-idling flat portion at an end which is formed by U-cutting or side-cutting to couple the handle arm without idling.
DUAL-BEARING REEL AND LEVEL WIND MECHANISM THEREOF
A level wind mechanism for a dual-bearing reel including a first reel body and a second reel body includes a worm shaft, a guide member, and a first seal member. The worm shaft including a first end, a second end, a shaft body and a helical groove. The first end is on the same side as the first reel body. The second end is on the same side as the second reel body. The shaft body extends between the first end and the second end. The helical groove is on the shaft body. The guide member includes a tubular shape, is outside the worm shaft in a radial direction from a rotational axis of the worm shaft, and extends between the first reel body and the second reel body. The first seal member seals between the first end of the worm shaft and the guide member.
Dual-bearing reel
A dual-bearing reel includes a frame, a clutch yoke and a guide member. The guide member guides the clutch yoke in an axial direction. The guide member includes a metal body attached to the frame, metal shaft members extending from the body and resin cover portions that cover the shaft members and are inserted into through holes in the clutch yoke.
