Assembly For Adjusting A Lumbar Region Of A Seat
An assembly for adjusting a lumbar region of a seat frame. A support is provided for suspension in the frame and is movable between lumbar positions. An actuator having a chassis and a drive is attached to the support. A wire extends between a first end engaging the drive and a second end for attachment to the frame. First and second spaced guides are mounted to the support and slidably support the wire. An intermediate device supports the wire and has a mount for attachment to the frame. A conduit disposed about the wire has a first end coupled to the actuator and a second end mounted to the intermediate device such that movement of the drive moves the wire relative to the guides and the intermediate device so to move the first guide relative to the second wire end and the second guide relative to the intermediate device.
LUMBAR SUPPORT FOR VEHICLE SEAT
A lumbar support for a vehicle seat includes: a support panel made of an elastic material and supporting the user's lumbar vertebra; a first guide rod supporting the support panel; a second link bracket fastened to the first guide rod to be movable up and down; a first link bracket disposed under the second link bracket to be movable up and down with respect to the second link bracket, and having an operation block providing a supporting force to the lumbar vertebra; a first rotary screw vertically extending, thread-fastened to the first link bracket, and moving up and down the first link bracket by rotating about a longitudinal axis; and a second rotary screw vertically extending, thread-fastened to the second link bracket, and moving up and down the second link bracket by rotating about a longitudinal axis.
SEAT MODULE
A seat module adapted to be attached to a seat having mechanical parts and electric devices for seat operation in a motor vehicle includes at least one operating cable for activating at least one device, and a module plate formed with a mounting feature for attaching to the seat and a retention feature for attaching the at least one operating cable. An end portion of the operating cable is temporarily stowed on the module plate in a pre-assembled state where the operating cable is attached to the module plate, and the end portion of the operating cable is connected to the electric devices and/or mechanical parts of the seat in an assembled state where the module plate with the retained operating cables is securely mounted to the seat.
SEAT MODULE FOR CABLE ARRANGEMENT
A seat module attached to a seat having mechanical parts for seat actuation in a motor vehicle includes at least one mechanical control cable for the seat actuation, and a module plate formed with a mounting feature for attaching to the seat and a retention feature for attaching the mechanical control cable. An end portion of the mechanical control cable is temporarily stowed on the module plate in a pre-assembled state where the mechanical control cable is attached to the module plate, and the end portion of the mechanical control cable is connected to the mechanical parts of the seat in an assembled state where the module plate with the attached mechanical control cable is securely mounted to the seat.
SEAT MODULE
A seat module adapted to be attached to a seat having mechanical parts and electric devices for seat operation in a motor vehicle includes at least one operating cable for activating at least one device, and a cushion suspension module adapted to support a cushion of the seat having a plurality of cushion suspension wires for attaching to the seat and at least one module plates coupled with the cushion suspension wires. An end portion of the operating cable is temporarily stowed on the cushion suspension module in a pre-assembled state where the operating cable is attached to the cushion suspension module, and the end portion of the operating cable is connected to the electric devices and/or mechanical parts of the seat in an assembled state where the cushion suspension module with the attached operating cables is securely mounted to the seat.
Vehicle seat having a backrest with a fan and a lumber plate
A vehicle seat includes: a seat back having an upper frame; a fan provided in the seat back; a lumbar plate that is provided in the seat back and elastically supports a waist of a seated occupant from a rear side; and a support member that elastically supports the fan in an area at a height between the lumbar plate and the upper frame.
Flexible lumbar support of aircraft seat
A flexible lumbar support for an aircraft seat includes a frame and flexible seat pad connected thereto for supporting a seat user. At least first and second rods are spaced from each other and the frame, extend across and are secured to the seat pad, and define respectively at least first and second control lines about which the seat pad is rotatable. A third rod is spaced from the seat pad, extends across and is secured to the frame, and defines a third control line. At least a first actuator extends between and is attached to the first and third rods. A second actuator extends between and is attached to the second and third rods. The actuators are movable along the frame and pivotable about the third control line for allowing a change of respective positions of the control lines to generate multiple profiles of the flexible lumbar support.
Lumbar support assembly
The disclosure relates to a lumbar support assembly, wherein the inclination of a mat is controlled by upward and downward movement of a single nut, thereby making it possible to reducing weight and manufacturing cost of the assembly. According to one embodiment of disclosed herein, a lumbar support assembly includes: a mat having opposite sides that are rotatably connected to opposite sides of a seat frame, respectively; a driving unit coupled to the mat, and including a nut that is configured to be moved upward and downward; and a tension unit having first and second sides that are respectively coupled to the first and second sides of the seat frame, and coupled to the nut while surrounding a rear portion of the mat, wherein the nut allows the mat to be moved frontward or rearward by pulling or loosening the tension unit according to direction of movement.
Lumbar support assembly
The present disclosure relates to a lumbar support assembly. The present disclosure provides a lumbar support assembly installed at a seat back frame at the inside of a vehicle seat and configured to support the back region of an occupant, comprising: a suspension mat coupled to the seat back frame; a guide box coupled to the suspension mat; an actuator coupled to the guide box and including a spindle shaft disposed at one side thereof so as to be positioned within the guide box; a pair of spindle nuts screw-coupled to the spindle shaft and slidably moved in opposite directions to each other along with the rotation of the spindle shaft; and a pair of cables coupled at one ends thereof to the seat back frame and coupled at the other ends thereof to the pair of spindle nuts.
Actuator arrangement for a seat and adjusting method
An actuator arrangement for a seat includes a plurality of traction members and an actuator coupled to the plurality of traction members. The actuator has at least one first drive member which is rotatably supported. The actuator may include a second drive member which is supported moveably relative to the at least one first drive member. The traction members are coupled to the at least one first drive member so that rotation of the at least one first drive member gives rise to a cyclical change in the traction applied by the traction members.
