An on-road truck body lining for protecting an on-road truck body from wear. The on-road truck body lining includes a plurality of main lining elements and a plurality of edge lining elements. Each main lining element includes a load-facing element having one or more transition sides, each transition side being adapted to meet a corresponding transition side of an adjacent edge lining element. A reinforcement plate having a main portion is fixedly attached to the load-facing element in a stacked configuration and having one or more end portions, each of the one or more end portions protruding out from a transition side of the load-facing element to form a respective flange. In use, the one or more end portions of the reinforcement plate are each arranged to be covered by a respective adjacent edge lining element such that the respective adjacent edge lining element, upon being fixated, clamps the main lining element to the on-road truck body.

A material transportation system for a working machine is provided. The material transportation system comprises a load implement body with a plurality of air flow channels. The air flow channels comprise a set of heat insulated air flow channels, and a set of heat transfer channels, wherein each air flow channel of the set of heat insulated air flow channels comprises a heat insulating structure. When the temperature level of the load implement body is below a predetermined threshold limit, pressurized air is directed to the set of heat transfer channels.

A haul truck dump tray with a pneumatic shock absorption system is provided. The haul truck dump tray includes a first longitudinal body portion and a second longitudinal body portion joined along a center line by an interposing elastomeric link extending along the center line and bonded to and between them. The haul truck dump tray includes a topside support member joined along the center line by the interposing elastomeric link to the first longitudinal body portion and the second longitudinal body portion. The haul truck dump tray includes a bottomside support member joined along the center line by the interposing elastomeric link to the first longitudinal body portion and the second longitudinal body portion. The resulting haul truck dump tray has improved weight, strength, and durability characteristics.

The disclosure relates to a lining for a haul truck body, said lining being arranged to extend over a haul truck body for carrying a load, wherein the lining is formed by a plurality of lining elements comprising at least a first type of lining elements, termed load-breaking lining elements, and a second type of lining elements, different from the load-breaking lining elements, said load-breaking lining elements being structured and arranged to restrict, to a higher degree than the second type of lining elements, movement of said load in relation to the lining. The disclosure further relates to a haul truck body comprising the lining and a haul truck comprising the haul truck body.

A tilt bed for a multi-utility vehicle that is movable from a flat conveying positon to a tilted dump position. The tilt bed has a lift handle construction that combines a molded thermoplastic portion integral with the tilt bed body and a handle bracket that provides reinforcement in the appropriate location to provide a sturdy handle for ease of lifting. The bracket has at least a yoke shape underlying the bed body and is co-extensive with a neighboring edge of the bed body to provide a comfortable lift area. The bracket is rigidly attached to the bed body, and may also have a more robust shape such as a closed loop. For added stiffness and strength, the bracket may also be rigidly connected to the bed frame.

A bucket system (10) comprising a frame (12) including first and second rails (26, 27). A bucket (14) is provided having a bucket support (16) including front wheels (32, 33) and rear wheels (34, 35) being slidable within channels (30) in the first and second rails (26, 27). Rear portions (39) of the rails (26, 27) are pivotable between extended and stored positions. When the rear portions (39) are moved to the extended positions, gaps (42) are defined in upper sides of each of the rails (26, 27) such when the rear wheels (34, 35) are moved into the rear portions (39) of the first and second rails (26, 27), the front wheels (32, 33) may move upwardly through the gaps (42) to allow the bucket (14) to pivot about the rear wheels (34, 35).

A system for detecting distribution of a weight of a payload in a dump body of a vehicle includes first sensors, second sensors, and a controller. The dump body is pivotable about pins to be selectively seated and titled to a frame of the vehicle. The first sensors are arranged between the dump body and the frame, and detect components of the weight of the payload exerted through the dump body when the dump body is seated relative to the frame. The second sensors are arranged correspondingly within the pins, and detect components of the weight of the payload exerted through the dump body. The controller determines a status of payload distribution in the dump body based on the component of the weight of the payload detected by the first sensors and second sensors, and generate a notification to indicate the status of payload distribution.

A multi-panel cover includes end panels that connect first and second lateral panels. The lateral panels seat against the tailgate assembly of a truck body and are maintained in position by magnets incorporated into a lateral panel along the edges and between the side panels to form a pocket to collect debris that may otherwise escape through or around the tailgate of the vehicle. A peripheral sealing material such as an elastic cord or hook and loop seal may be positioned around the tailgate gap to augment sealing.

An extension for a truck bed may include a main extension flap configured to overlap a top surface of the truck bed and extend rearwardly beyond a rear edge of the truck bed and a lower reinforcing flap configured for arrangement below the truck bed and extending rearwardly and upwardly to support the main extension flap, wherein the main extension flap and the lower reinforcing flap are configured to form a removable sandwich connection on the rear edge of the truck bed.

A dump both for a working machine includes two main plates for creating a load receiving surface. The two main plates are joined to each other by a weld joint. The dump body includes a backing plate arranged on the two main plates at the inside of the dump body. The backing plate covers the weld joint and is joined to the two main plates by the weld joint.
