The transverse bracket can include mount structures for connecting to various vehicle components, such as a pair of dampers, a radiator, hood cushions, and a headlight assembly. The transverse bracket can be locate in an upper portion of the vehicle engine compartment, and extending above a top most position of the radiator.

A headlight assembly (126) for a mower (100) includes a cover member (302) defining an aperture (306). A first light source (308) is at least partially received within the aperture (306). The first light source (308) illuminates a first area (202) in front of the mower (100). A second light source (408) is coupled to the cover member (302). A headlight housing assembly for mounting a projector lamp. The headlight housing eliminates the need to cut a stock headlight housing of a motor vehicle for an aftermarket adaptation to receive a projector lamp.
