A holding device of a lighting module of a lighting unit of a vehicle, comprising a securing section for securing the holding device to the rest of the lighting module and a bearing section for supporting the holding device on a bearing pin of the lighting unit, wherein the bearing section has at least one lock which forms a locking connection together with the bearing pin when the holding device is assembled, and wherein the lock is designed such that the locking connection simultaneously forms a joint which enables the lighting module to rotate about a longitudinal axis of the bearing pin. A lighting module and a lighting unit of a vehicle are also provided.
ARC MODULAR LIGHT DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
Arc modular light devices, systems, and methods. In at least one exemplary embodiment of a module system of the present disclosure, the module system comprises a plurality of LED modules, each LED module comprising an outer housing, a light source positioned within the outer housing, and a lens positioned so that light from the light source can be emitted through the lens; and a plate configured to couple to each of the plurality of LED modules; wherein the module system is configured to focus light from the LED modules inward when the plate has a concave curvature; and wherein the module system is configured to spread light from the LED modules outward when the plate has a convex curvature.
Aiming adjustment method for vehicle headlamp, aiming adjustment mechanism for vehicle headlamp and vehicle headlamp
There is provided an aiming adjustment method for a vehicle headlamp which performs aiming adjustment based on a reference point on a light-dark boundary of a light distribution pattern, the method includes setting, as the reference point, an intersection between a vertical light-dark boundary of a part of multi-divided light distribution patterns which are to be synthesized to form a high-beam light distribution pattern and a horizontal light-dark boundary of a low-beam light distribution pattern.
Supplemental driver assembly for adjuster
A supplemental driver assembly is disclosed that includes a supplemental drive gear having an upper portion including a tool engagement recess and circumferential supplemental drive gear teeth, and a cylindrical neck extending axially from the upper portion to an output shaft having one or more drive engagement protrusions, as well as a drive guide housing with a gear pocket for housing the upper portion of the supplemental drive gear, the gear pocket including a cylindrical pocket wall extending from a perimeter of a pocket floor, the pocket wall having a drive guide passage extending therethrough for receiving a side adjuster tool, wherein the gear pocket receives the supplemental drive gear and allows for rotational movement of the upper portion within the gear pocket, and a cylindrical collar extending axially from the gear pocket.
Lamp unit and lamp aiming apparatus
A lamp aiming apparatus including: an aiming rod configured to move between a first position at which the aiming rod is spaced apart from an aiming bolt and a second position at which the aiming rod engages with the aiming bolt; a support bracket disposed on the lamp module and configured to support the aiming rod on the lamp module; and a locking part configured to lock the aiming rod to the support bracket when the aiming rod moves to the second position from the first position, thereby simplifying a process of assembling a lamp and improving assembly properties and workability.
