A motor vehicle headlamp that includes a housing in which at least one main light source is arranged. Detachably attached to an external lens of the motor vehicle headlamp is at least one front housing, which has a light-guiding element and lamps for coupling light rays into the light-guiding element. The light rays are coupled out of the light-guiding element through an output structure. Further additional lamps that can give off light rays are arranged side by side in front of the external lens. The light rays given off by the lamps pass through the external lens and the front housing in the direction of an outside environment.

Replaceable vehicle light

The present invention may include a replaceable vehicle light including a lamp body, a printed circuit board (pcb) supported by the lamp body, and the pcb may include a plurality of individual lights arranged in a radial pattern. A controller chip may be included on the pcb, the controller chip may provide electrical energy to each of the individual lights, thereby enabling selective illumination of each of the individual lights. The controller chip may provide a lighting designation, wherein some of the individual lights are designated as primary lights being illuminated at a first brightness, which may illuminate in a radial pattern. The radial pattern may provide a more visible pattern which may be more distinguishable from other roadway lighting, thereby increasing visibility of the replaceable vehicle light.

A dynamic automotive turn signal circuit includes at least one drive control module configured to receive a power supply signal from a body control module (BCM) to start operation, where the drive control module outputs first control signals at different delays through a delay unit; and a light emitting diode (LED) light set connected to the drive control module and lit based on the first control signals. A dynamic automotive turn signal system is further provided. The dynamic automotive turn signal circuit and the dynamic automotive turn signal system uses an external resistor to preset a high-precision delay circuit to realize the function of dynamic flowing turn signals. The external resistor can be used to configure a turn-on delay and a turn-off delay of the internal driver chip, such that the channel turn-on time and turn-off time can be flexibly adjusted.

LIGHTING DEVICE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE

A vehicular lighted exterior rearview mirror system includes a lighted exterior rearview mirror assembly and a light module. With the mirror assembly attached at a side of a vehicle, the light module is at least in part disposed at a portion of the mirror head of the lighted exterior rearview mirror assembly that faces in a direction of forward travel of the vehicle. The light module includes a two dimensional array of illumination sources that has at least two rows of illumination sources, each row of illumination sources having a plurality of illumination sources. With the mirror assembly attached at the vehicle, the two dimensional array of illumination sources, when electrically powered, emits light at least in the direction of forward travel of the vehicle. The illumination sources of the two dimensional array of illumination sources are controlled responsive to a turn signal of the vehicle being actuated.

VEHICLE LAMP

A vehicle lamp (10) with a progressive direction indicator function comprises a direction indicator zone divided into a series of illuminable portions. The direction indicator zone is generally C-shaped, comprising a head 68) and a pair of tails (64, 66), joined by the head (68), that extend in an inboard direction from the head. The tails (64, 66) extend beside each other in the inboard direction and are spaced apart along their length. The head (68) extends between the tails (64, 66) in a direction transverse to the inboard direction, the height of the head (68) in that transverse direction being greater than combined thicknesses of the tails (64, 66) in that transverse direction. To draw an observer's eye in an outboard direction, the illuminable portions are controllable in use to illuminate the direction indicator zone progressively in an outboard direction along the tails (64, 66) to the head (68), and then to illuminate the head convergently in a direction transverse to the outboard direction.
