Vehicle drive assist system
A vehicle drive assist system includes: an operation part that is operable from a neutral position to a first position at one side or a second position at another side; a switch part that outputs an ON signal or an OFF signal in accordance with a position of the operation part; a control part that generates a turn signal in response to an output of the switch part; a detection part that detects a rear side situation of a vehicle; and an alert part that performs an alert based on an output of the ON signal of the switch part and a detection result of the detection part, wherein in a case where an operation to the second position is performed when the turn signal in accordance with an operation to the first position is generated or in a case where an operation to the second position is performed after the turn signal in accordance with an operation to the first position is generated, a control that performs only a visual alert is performed.
LEVER SWITCH MOUNTED ON VEHICLE
Provided is a lever switch with an improved operation feeling. In the lever switch, a clicking surface of the click feeling generator abuts with an end portion of a switch moving body turning about a turn fulcrum in response to an operation of an operation lever, and generates a click feeling by causing a reaction force against the operation of the operation lever. A region of the clicking surface forms a shape of a curved face convex toward the turn fulcrum, where the region ranges between a first position where the reaction force starts to decrease from the peak and a second position where the reaction force becomes zero, in a stroke in which the switch moving body turns from a first angle to a second angle. The radius of curvature of the region is the maximum at a portion adjoining the first position in the region.

Turn signal reset device
A turn signal reset device for a signal switch assembly of a vehicle includes a return stalk, a tab, and an actuator. A coupler is coupled to a first end of the return stalk and is configured to couple the return stalk to a signal stalk of a signal switch assembly that is coupled to a steering column of a vehicle. A second end of the return stalk, to which the actuator is coupled, is positioned proximate to the steering column. A connector that is coupled to the tab is configured to couple the tab to the steering column so that the tab extends radially from the steering column. Activating the signal stalk positions the actuator to selectively engage the tab as the steering column rotates. The actuator is configured to actuate the signal stalk to reset the signal switch assembly to a neutral configuration.
Vehicle U-turn signal indicating system
A vehicle U-turn signal indicating system for alerting on-coming and trailing vehicles to an operator's intention to make a U-turn is disclosed herein. The vehicle U-turn signal indicating system comprises a first lighting system provided at a front of a vehicle. Additionally, the vehicle U-turn signal indicating system also comprises a second lighting system provided at a rear of the vehicle. Furthermore, the vehicle U-turn signal indicating system includes a first U-turn signal activator and a second U-turn signal activator provided in the vehicle. The first U-turn signal activator is activated to flash the first lighting system and the second lighting system. The second U-turn signal activator is activated to flash the first lighting system and the third lighting system to alert the on-coming and the following vehicles to an operator's intention to make a U-turn.
Controlling device for vehicle headlight, vehicle headlight, and method of controlling vehicle headlight
A controlling device for a vehicle headlight that controls a light distribution state by the vehicle headlight, includes a shielding range derivation part that obtains movement information that is information showing movement of an oncoming vehicle and that derives a shielding range of the vehicle headlight on the basis of the obtained movement information, and a light distribution controller that controls the light distribution state of the vehicle headlight according to the shielding range derived by the shielding range derivation part.
Auto cancel mechanism for turn signal switch device
In an auto cancel mechanism for a turn signal switch device, a click stop mechanism includes a click feeling-generating body formed from an elastic material and supported on a switch case, and a click pin supported on a switch actuator and resiliently pressed against the click feeling-generating body. Since the click feeling-generating body is formed integrally with an elastic stopper part disposed between a guide pin and a front end of a guide groove, the guide pin collides with the elastic stopper part without colliding with the front end of the guide groove, and noise generated by the collision is reduced. Moreover, since the elastic stopper part is formed integrally by utilizing the click feeling-generating body, it is possible to suppress an increase in the number of components and the number of assembly steps.

LANE CHANGE ASSIST APPARATUS
A lane change assist apparatus comprises a standby operation device provided on a turn signal lever. The standby operation device outputs a state change request when the standby operation device is operated. The lane change assist apparatus changes its state from a non-standby state to a standby state in response to receiving the state change request. The lane change assist apparatus executes a lane change assist control when a state thereof has been changed to the standby state and receives the lane change assist request.
