VEHICLE CURTAIN ASSEMBLY
A vehicle curtain assembly has an axle tube, a reeling device, a curtain fabric, a rim board, and an auxiliary wheel mechanism. The axle tube has a side wall and a slot defined in the sidewall. The reeling device is mounted in the axle tube. The curtain fabric extends into the axle tube via the slot and is connected to and reeled around the reeling device. The rim board is connected to the curtain fabric. The auxiliary wheel mechanism is mounted on the side wall of the axle tube and is applied to abut a bottom of the curtain fabric, to rotate to push the curtain fabric to move toward the slot, and to abut a bottom of the rim board to position the rim board.
CARGO BLIND END CAP ASSEMBLY IN A VEHICLE
A cargo blind end cap assembly of a vehicle comprises an end cap to receive a cargo blind bar and a seat belt retainer to retain and release a seat belt tongue. The seat belt retainer is coupled to the end cap.
Sliding cargo tonneau cover
A tonneau cover assembly for a vehicle cargo area includes a tonneau retractor assembly and an actuator disposed to urge the tonneau retractor assembly against a vehicle seatback. A flexible tonneau panel deploys from and retracts into the tonneau retractor assembly. The actuator includes a bracket arrangement including a pair of opposed brackets each slidingly receiving a tonneau retractor pivot rod end therein. The actuator further includes a biasing element configured to urge each bracket towards the vehicle seatback. A support member carries the bracket arrangement. Each bracket slidingly translates over a fixed pivot point. The biasing element is operatively connected at a first end to a bracket and at a second, opposed end to the fixed pivot point to urge the tonneau retractor assembly against a vehicle seatback.
Cargo cover assembly with gap-hiding panels
A cargo cover assembly is provided. That cargo cover assembly includes a cargo area cover and a flipper panel. The flipper panel has a proximal end pivotally connected to the cargo area cover and a distal end carrying a roller for engaging a back of the seat that is located vehicle forward of the cargo area cover. The cargo area cover includes a housing, a cover-retracting mechanism held in the housing and a flexible cover displaceable between extended and retracted positions. One or more storage compartments may be provided in the flipper panel and storage hooks may be adjustably mounted to the housing of the cargo area cover.
TONNEAU COVER DEVICE
The embodiment provides a tonneau cover device. The tonneau cover device includes a tonneau cover and a fixing device to engage with a lock portion to thereby hold the tonneau cover in a pulled-out-and-held state. The fixing device includes: a slider provided in a slidable manner and a hook provided in a swingable manner. When a force is exerted on an engagement protruding portion of the hook as a result of pushing in the tonneau cover toward the winding direction from the pulled-out-and-held state, and the exerted force acting on the engagement protruding portion is larger than the normally-given urging force acting on the engagement protruding portion, the hook swings such that the engagement protruding portion retracts into the case while causing the slider to be pushed in away from the sidewall, thereby being disengaged from the locking portion.
Covering device of a luggage compartment of a motor vehicle
A covering device for a storage area of a motor vehicle having a storage area cover which is at least partly flexible and can be drawn from a storage device against a spring force into a use position. The covering device also has a guiding device that has two guiding rails, which run substantially parallel to each other and in which the guiding elements can be guided, and at least one locking device for releasably locking the guiding elements in the guiding rails. The locking device has a latching protrusion in each guiding rail, a latching lug of the respective guiding element being latchable to the latching protrusion against the spring force, and each latching lug can be lifted over the respective latching protrusion in order to release the lock by tilting the bearing rod in a first direction using an actuating element.
ROLL COVER ASSEMBLY
A roll cover assembly for covering a cargo space of a vehicle includes a cassette housing an extendable/retractable roll cover, a first receptacle adjacent a first side wall of the cargo space and having a channel configured to slidably guide a first end of the cassette during insertion or removal, a second receptacle adjacent a second side wall of the cargo space and having an opening configured to receive a second end of the cassette and permit pivoting of the cassette about the second end during removal of the first end from the first receptacle, a locking mechanism releasably locking the first end of the cassette into the first receptacle, and a release device actuatable to release the locking mechanism by pulling along a line-of-action parallel with a direction in which the first end of the cassette moves during removal from the first receptacle.
CARGO SPACE COVER
A cargo space cover for vehicles including a roller blind which is fixated with a first edge at a winding shaft and which includes a tension rod at a second edge that is remote from the winding shaft; a winding shaft drive which acts against a pull out movement of the roller blind and which moves the roller blind from a pulled out position into a pulled in position; and a support device which cooperates with the tension rod and by which the roller blind is movable into an intermediary position that releases a vehicle cargo space at least partially, wherein a positioning drive is provided in addition to the winding shaft drive, wherein the positioning drive moves the tension rod which moves the roller blind into at least one intermediary position.
LOAD SPACE COVERING DEVICE
A device, kit, and method that utilize a cover for covering a load space of a vehicle. The cover is movable between a retracted position in which the load space is uncovered and a deployed position in which the load space is at least partially covered. A detector is used for detecting an object in the path of the cover, such that damage to the object or cover may be avoided during deployment of the cover.
Roller Blind Arrangement for a Motor Vehicle
The invention concerns a shade system for a motor vehicle, said system being adapted to obscure a transparent bodywork element. Said shade system comprises at least one shade guideway, a winding shaft and lateral elements wherein are guided the lateral edges of the shade guideway. The lateral edges of the shade guideway have each a flat and flexible driving band. In order to ensure that said diving bands are wound on the winding shaft and are unwound therefrom in a specific manner, a lateral winding guide is arranged at the winding shaft for each driving band, said winding guides preventing the driving bands from being laterally offset at the winding shaft.
