Package stabilizing device
A package stabilizing device for use in transporting a package in a vehicle includes a bracket assembly that is configured to couple to an element of a vehicle so that an arm of the bracket assembly extends into an interior space of the vehicle. A sling is coupled to and extends from a distal limit of the arm. The sling is configured to position a package so that the package is suspended within the interior space. The sling is configured to swing within the interior space to diminish forces that are applied to contents of the package as the vehicle traverses an uneven surface, accelerates, brakes, and turns.
Automobile Dryer System
An apparatus for holding objects in an automobile is disclosed. The device includes: a cord for adjusting the position of objects; a stanchion for holding the cord; and at least one clip to hold the object. Wherein the stanchion is configured to secure the cord at various positions. Additionally, there is a device for securing a cord. The device includes: a disc with an arc rising perpendicular to the disc. Wherein the arc is divided into multiple towers by multiple canyons. Wherein the width of the canyons is smaller than the diameter of the cord. Wherein the cord is held in place by being pressed into at least one of the canyons.
Dashboard attachment device
A dashboard attachment device is disclosed for mounting an electronic device within a vehicle. The dashboard attachment device is installed between at least two interior surfaces of a vehicle (e.g., a windshield and a dashboard). The dashboard attachment device may have a wedge shape to fit the intersection between the two interior surfaces. A beam or arm extends away from a base portion of the dashboard attachment device to a mount portion. The mount portion may be used to mount an electronic device that may include one or more sensors directed to the vehicle's environment and/or to position the electronic device in the vehicle operator's field of view to aid the operator (e.g., with navigation). The mount may be interchangeable subject to the interface to the electronic device. The dashboard attachment device may include an adherence point to secure the dashboard attachment device to one or both of the interior surfaces. The shape of the dashboard attachment device may be tapered to minimize its weight and profile. The dashboard attachment device may include cable routing facilities to route a cable between the electronic device to the vehicle's electrical or computer systems.
Mount apparatus for securing an electronic device to a surface
Various embodiments of a mount apparatus are disclosed herein for securing an electronic device (such as a radar/laser detector, GPS device, and/or dash camera or other electronic device used within a vehicle) to a surface such as an interior surface (e.g., windshield, dashboard) of a vehicle. In one example, the mount apparatus includes a magnet which is adapted to be coupled with a corresponding metal surface within the electronic device, so that the magnet positioned within the apparatus provides a magnetic force to aid a user in securing the mount apparatus and the electronic device to each other.
Vehicle communication system
A vehicle communication system is provided. The system includes a housing having a first portion slidably affixed to a second portion. A first display is affixed between a first upper arm and a first lower arm of the first portion. A second display is affixed between a second upper arm and a second lower arm of the second portion. The first display and the second display are disposed along distinct parallel planes, such that the first portion and the second portion can selectively move between an extended position and a collapsed position. A fastener is disposed on each of the first end of the housing and a second end of the housing. A control circuit includes a power supply, a processor, and a memory disposed within the housing, and wherein the first and second displays can display a message stored on the memory across the first and second displays.
MOUNT APPARATUS FOR SECURING AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE TO A SURFACE
Various embodiments of a mount apparatus are disclosed herein for securing an electronic device (such as a radar/laser detector. GPS device, and/or dash camera or other electronic device used within a vehicle) to a surface such as an interior surface (e.g., windshield, dashboard) of a vehicle. In one example, the mount apparatus includes a magnet which is adapted to be coupled with a corresponding metal surface within the electronic device, so that the magnet positioned within the apparatus provides a magnetic force to aid a user in securing the mount apparatus and the electronic device to each other.
Connection device for releasably connecting two assemblies
A connecting apparatus detachably connects two assemblies. The connecting apparatus includes a fastener module securable to a first of the assemblies and including a negative-pressure element, and an attachment component of a second of the assemblies. The negative-pressure element is connectable in an attachment direction to the attachment component for connecting the assemblies with one another, wherein, in a connected position, the negative-pressure element interacts with the attachment component such that, in the event of a load acting in between the fastener module and the attachment component opposite to the attachment direction, the negative-pressure element and the attachment component are held against one another by a negative pressure acting between the negative-pressure element and the attachment component. The fastener module includes an adjustment element which is adjustable relative to the negative-pressure element and which is movable relative to the negative-pressure element.
METHOD, APPARTUS, AND SYSTEM FOR SECURING A MOBILE DEVICE IN A VEHICLE
An apparatus comprises an adjustable base structure an adjustable base structure having a joint structure extending therefrom, wherein the adjustable base structure is configured to be affixed between two or more dashboard instruments of a vehicle. The apparatus further comprises a joint structure extending from the adjustable base structure.
Document Display Holder for Motor Vehicles
The document display holder is intended to provide users with a device that can hold and display a business card and/or memo for motored vehicles on the vehicle's windshield, to ensure effective communication between the vehicle driver and the general public. To accomplish this, the device includes a rectangular frame made of a clear rigid material, wherein a slot is provided within for placing the business card or any memo. The device further comprises one or more fasteners for mounting onto a windshield or any smooth surface with a lasting hold. Thus, relevant contact information may be displayed from inside of the vehicle for easy visibility and swift contact in case of an emergency. Furthermore, the display holder is versatile and customizable, wherein any information ideal for companies and government entities with fleet vehicles, traveling businessmen, and/or other vehicle related ventures may be displayed.
