The base is a plate-like member including an attachment surface to be opposed to the inner surface of the glass member. The attachment surface is a curved surface having a curvature at least in a first direction along the attachment surface. The double-sided adhesive tape is provided with at least one first slit open toward an upper edge located on the upper side and cut downward and at least one second slit open toward a lower edge located on the lower side and cut upward when the base (3) is attached to the inner surface.
