Interior system of a vehicle
A vehicle interior system for a vehicle includes a steering wheel support assembly operable between retracted and extended positions and having a steering wheel coupled thereto, a foot pedal disposed within a foot well of the vehicle and operable between a foot pedal use position and a foot pedal stowed position, and a foot rest disposed within the foot well and operable between a foot rest use position and a foot rest stowed position. The movement of the steering wheel support assembly toward the retracted position causes the foot pedal to move toward the foot pedal stowed position and the foot rest to move toward the foot rest use position.
APPARATUS FOR MOVING BRAKE PEDAL
Disclosed is an apparatus for moving a brake pedal. The apparatus for moving a brake pedal according to the disclosure includes a push rod connecting the brake pedal and a piston of a master cylinder to displace the piston according to a pedal effort of the brake pedal, actuator generating power, a screw configured to displace the piston by receiving a rotational force from the actuator and performing a translational motion, and an anti-rotation portion preventing rotation of the screw, wherein the push rod passes through the screw and is connected to the piston to generate displacement of the piston independently with respect to the translational motion of the screw, and the screw is connected to the actuator to receive the rotational force, and by converting the rotational force into the translational motion by the anti-rotation portion, generates the translational motion of the piston, the push rod, and the brake pedal connected to the screw.
Force input member for a brake actuating device
A force input member for a brake actuating device of a vehicle brake system includes at least one first portion connected to the brake actuating device; at least one second portion connected to a brake pedal; and at least one coupling device. The at least one coupling device couples the first portion and the second portion to one another wherein the at least one coupling device is designed to permit a relative movement between the first portion and the second portion in the case of a force acting on the force input element which is greater than or equal to a predetermined release force.
Foldable pedal apparatus for vehicle
The present disclosure relates to a foldable pedal apparatus for a vehicle, and is configured so that in an autonomous traveling situation, an accelerator pedal apparatus and a brake pedal apparatus are slid and moved to the left and the right of a dash panel and hidden, respectively, and therefore, in hidden states of being inoperable by a driver, and in a manual driving mode, the accelerator pedal apparatus and the brake pedal apparatus are slid and moved to be gathered to the center of the dash panel and exposed, respectively, and therefore, in popped-up states of being operable by the driver.
Foldable pedal apparatus for vehicle
A foldable pedal apparatus for a vehicle includes pedal assemblies including pedal arms and pedal pads that are rotated rearwards and are thus popped up to a driver so as to be operated by the driver in a manual driving mode in which the driver directly drives a vehicle. Also, the pedal assemblies including the pedal arms and the pedal pads may be rotated forwards and upwards, so as to be located close to a front surface of a footrest panel and thus enter a hidden state in which exposure of the pedal assemblies to the driver is interrupted so as not to be operated by the driver in an autonomous driving situation.
PEDAL SYSTEM
A pedal system for a vehicle, a vehicle including such a pedal system, a method for manufacturing such a pedal system and a method for operating such a pedal system. The pedal system includes a pedal arm, a support member, a first locking unit and a second locking unit. The pedal arm is arranged at the support member pivotably around the support member. The first locking unit is arranged at the support member and couplable with the pedal arm to move the pedal arm to a first position. The second locking unit is connected to the pedal arm to release the pedal arm to a second position. The first locking unit is different from the second locking unit.
Electronic pedal apparatus
An electronic pedal apparatus is configured to perform an electronic pedal function by utilizing a basic configuration and also perform a foldable function by adding some elements to the basic configuration to be usefully used in an autonomous vehicle.
ELECTRONIC PEDAL APPARATUS
An electronic pedal apparatus is configured to perform an electronic pedal function by utilizing a basic configuration and also perform a foldable function by adding some elements to the basic configuration to be usefully used in an autonomous vehicle.
TRACTOR
A tractor includes: a vehicle body; an engine compartment; a driving unit that: is disposed behind the engine compartment, and includes: a brake pedal that includes: a support shaft; and a pedal arm portion; a master cylinder that is operated by the brake pedal and disposed further toward a vehicle-body back side than the support shaft; and a return spring that biases the brake pedal to swing back to a brake off position; and a partition that: is disposed further toward a vehicle-body front side than the brake pedal, and separates the engine compartment and the driving unit from each other, the return spring being engaged to the partition and to the pedal arm portion.
Brake pedal assembly
A pedal assembly mounted to a vehicle includes, a pedal arm having an upper portion and a lower portion and a striker bracket pivotally connected to the upper portion of the pedal arm where the striker bracket further removably connected to the lower portion of the pedal arm. A first positioned is defined before a collision where the striker bracket is connected to the lower portion of the pedal arm. A second positioned is defined after a collision where the striker bracket rotates away from the lower portion of the pedal arm.
