MASTER CYLINDER WITH SEALING ELEMENT
A sealing element for sealing a pressure chamber is provided in a master cylinder for a clutch or brake system. The sealing element has a sealing lip for sealing a feed of hydraulic fluid from a reservoir mounted on a housing of the master cylinder into the pressure chamber and has a sealing structure for sealing the pressure chamber from the surroundings of the pressure chamber.
Motorcycle front brake master cylinder assembly
A brake assembly has a lever configured to press a knee against a pushrod of a piston of a master cylinder assembly. The knee is configured to receive removable inserts that allow a user to modify the angle at which the lever activates the master cylinder assembly. The master cylinder assembly can include protrusions on the outer surface of the cylinder to protect the cylinder from impact damage.
Lever System
The disclosure relates to a lever system using a linkage assembly for creating linear movement from a rotational movement of a lever. The lever system may be arranged as a grip assembly to activate a braking system of a vehicle. The linkage assembly may include a slide linkage, a bearing linkage, and a pivot linkage such that the lever may cause an end of the bearing linkage and an end of the pivot linkage to move toward the slide linkage, which causes the slide linkage to move in a linear direction.
Steer/brake system
A steer/brake system for a vehicle (with wheels and/or tracks) is disclosed. The system may comprise a steering system with an operator control and braking system for each side of the vehicle with a master cylinder for the brake mechanism and an interface between the braking system and the operator control. Operation may provide a phase where the interface is at least partially engaged and force may be applied through the interface to the master cylinder to engage the brake mechanism to provide modulation for the operator control. A steering emulation system may comprise the interface and a compliant element configured to provide modulation for the operator control. The system may comprise a shared hydraulic system; the brake mechanism may comprise the steering brake mechanism and the service brake mechanism.
MACHINE SUSPENSION SYSTEM
An embodiment relates to a machine including a prime mover, a drive pulley, a chassis, a subframe, a drive device, a drive belt, and a pulley arrangement. The drive pulley is coupled to the prime mover. The chassis is configured to support at least an operator and the prime mover. The subframe is pivotally coupled to the chassis about a pivot axis. The subframe is further coupled to the chassis via a suspension device. The drive device is configured to drive wheels of the machine. The drive device is configured to be driven by the prime mover. The pulley arrangement is configured to direct the drive belt from the drive pulley to a driven pulley on the drive device. The pulley arrangement comprises at least one idler pulley having a diameter and a rotational axis.
Parking lever switch and operating method thereof
A parking lever switch may include a spring supporter; a switch input and output terminal, which can contact the spring supporter; an elastic spring supporting the spring supporter; a cable rod connected with the spring supporter; and a cable guide that guides the cable rod. The switch is energized when the force applied to the spring supporter connected with the cable rod is equal to or greater than the value obtained by multiplying a spring constant k of the elastic spring by a displacement.
Automatically controlled braking system
A braking system for vehicles comprising —a manual actuator device, operable by means of a lever and/or pedal, operatively connected to at least a first braking device acting on a brake disc or drum, so as to exercise a braking action, —an automatic actuator device, operatively connected to said manual actuator device and/or to said first braking device, —at least one command panel which supervises the functioning of the braking system, said command panel being operatively connected to the automatic actuator device and being programmed so that when the manual actuator device is operated, the panel commands the operation of the automatic actuator device so as to be able to: —increase the overall braking action of the braking system, further operating the first braking device or further braking devices provided in said system and acting on further brake discs or drums, —control the braking action of the braking system so as not to further operate the first braking device or further braking devices of the system, —reduce the overall braking action imposed by means of the manual actuator device, directly countering the thrust action exercised on the lever and/or on the pedal.
BRAKE LEVER ASSEMBLY FOR HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM
A brake lever assembly includes a body, a seat and a pin. The body is connected to the seat and includes an outer surface which is engaged with an inner surface of the seat so that the body cannot rotate relative to the seat. The seat is connected to a brake lever and a handlebar. The body is connected to an adapter which is connected with a hydraulic oil pipe. A piston is located in the body and activated by the brake lever. The pin extends through the seat and the body to prevent the body from dropping from the receiving hole axially. The brake lever assembly is easily installed to the handlebar.
Hand lever to provisionally disengage a parking lock by hand
A lever (3) for the temporary disengagement of a parking lock (2) of a vehicle drive unit (1). The lever (3) comprises a fixing piece (31) for fitting the lever (3) onto a parking lock shaft (26), which extends inside the vehicle drive unit (1) and serves to actuate the parking lock (2). The lever (3) is a hand lever with a gripping handle (32). The gripping handle (32) is designed to enable a user to apply a manual force for manual actuation of the lever (3). When the lever (3) is fitted on the parking lock shaft (26) and moved, the parking lock shaft (26) is moved from an engagement position to a disengagement position. In the disengagement position, by further movement of the gripping handle (32) into a locking position, the lever (3) is blocked against a reverse movement out of the disengagement position.
