VEHICLE BRAKE SYSTEM AND AGRICULTURAL TRACTOR
A vehicle brake system includes a first main cylinder with a first main cylinder connection and a first actuating device with a first actuating connection. The first main cylinder connection is in flow-connection to the first actuating connection, and the first actuating device is operable with the first main cylinder. A first brake circuit is provided between a pump and a first wheel cylinder, where the pump in the first brake circuit is operable to generate pressure and move a fluid within the first brake circuit. A first valve device is provided in the first brake circuit where the first valve device is movable between a first configuration in which a flow connection is produced between the pump and the first wheel cylinder, and a second configuration in which a flow connection between the pump and the first wheel cylinder is prevented.
Piston pump for brake system
Disclosed is a piston pump for a brake system installed in a bore of a modulator block communicating with an inlet port and a discharge port, wherein the piston pump includes: a cylinder unit provided to reciprocate within the bore; a piston unit having one end fixed and the other end dividing the inside of the cylinder unit into a first chamber and a second chamber and configured to expand or reduce the internal spaces of the first chamber and the second chamber by reciprocating movement of the cylinder unit; a first inlet valve installed in the cylinder unit to open and close an one-way flow of fluid from the inlet port to the first chamber; a second inlet valve installed in the cylinder unit to open and close an one-way flow of fluid from the inlet port to the second chamber; and an outlet valve to open and close an one-way flow of fluid from the first chamber or the second chamber to the discharge port.
Fluid filter with a filter connecting piece having an outer section, a middle section and an inner section
A fluid filter for a fluid device with one or more of a pump element and a solenoid valve in a motor vehicle, in particular for an ESP system. The fluid filter is formed by direct injection molding and has at least one filter connecting piece. The filter connecting piece has an outer section, a middle section, and an inner section. The outer section is in the form of a projection that is directed outwards with respect to the fluid filter. The inner section is in the form of a projection that is directed inwards with respect to the fluid filter.
Piston pump for brake system of vehicle
A piston pump includes: a sleeve housing which is provided with a discharge hole and defines a bore; a piston which has an inlet flow passage for drawing oil into the bore and is reciprocally movably inserted into the bore; an inlet valve which is configured to open/close the inlet flow passage; an outlet valve cover which is coupled to the sleeve housing to surround a portion at which the discharge hole is formed; an outlet valve which is configured to open/close the discharge hole; and a sealing member which is interposed between the sleeve housing and the piston to provide a sealing therebetween. The sealing member is provided with a separation prevention protrusion against which the piston is blocked to prevent a separation of the piston.
HYDRAULIC CONTROL APPARATUS OF BRAKE SYSTEM
Disclosed is a hydraulic control apparatus of a brake system including a modulator block having a motor bore, and a motor including a cover that covers an opening of a case accommodating a stator and a rotor and is supported on one side of the modulator block, wherein a vent hole for air flow between the inside and the outside of the motor is formed on the cover and a communication passage for communicating the motor bore and the vent hole is formed in the modulator block.
Piston pump having an operating chamber with an inlet and an outlet a pressure medium connection and a connecting duct fluidly connecting the pressure medium connection to the operating chamber in an alternating controllable manner
A piston pump is configured to convey pressure medium in a pressure medium circuit, in particular in a braking circuit of a motor vehicle braking system that may be electronically controlled to counteract slip. The pump piston delimits an operating chamber and is received in a displaceable manner in a pump cylinder and may be driven to produce a stroke movement that goes back and forth between two reversing positions. The operating chamber may be connected in a controllable manner to a pump inlet or outlet. A pressure medium connection is provided from the pump outlet to the operating chamber, said pressure medium connection is controllable in dependence upon a relative position of the pump piston with respect to the first reversing position. Pressure pulsations of the piston pump are prevented and the operating noise is reduced.
Hydraulic valve module and method for supplying hydraulic pressure to circuits of a vehicle
A first valve module (4000) includes a valve block and circuits for controlling hydraulic pressure to parking brake and differential lock actuation circuits of a vehicle. An extension flowpath (4010) has an extension inlet and outlet opening respectively through an interface surface and further external surface of the valve block. A second module (1000) may be connected to supply a first service brake circuit, the circuits of the first module, and, via a second service brake outlet communicating with the extension inlet, a second service brake circuit. In a method, first and second valve blocks with internal flowpaths formed respectively by machining and by casting are assembled together with valves to define valve modules (4000, 1000) having respective, first and second functional circuits. The first valve block includes an extension flowpath. The second module supplies pressure to the first functional circuit and the extension flowpath of the first module.
Hydraulic block for a hydraulic assembly of a slip control system of a hydraulic vehicle brake system
A hydraulic block of a slip control system of a hydraulic vehicle brake system includes receptacles for the hydraulic accumulator and receptacles for outlet valves arranged on opposite sides of each other in the hydraulic block. The sides of the hydraulic block, which comprise the receptacles for the outlet valves and the hydraulic accumulators, are connected to one another by bores perpendicular thereto.
Valve of a piston pump having a two-part closing body
A valve of a piston pump for a vehicle brake system having a closing body which is resiliently preloaded against a sealing seat. The closing body is formed in two parts with a damping piston and a closing element inserted therein. The damping piston is axially displaceably guided in a cylindrical piston guide. At least one flow channel is provided between the damping piston and the piston guide. The at least one flow channel is configured such that fluid can flow around the damping piston in the longitudinal direction thereof through the at least one flow channel.
