Tracked vehicle shoes
A track shoe assembly is described that comprises a drive lug part and a track shoe body including a drive lug cavity configured to receive the drive lug part. The drive lug part has at least one lug portion protruding in a first direction, and at least one 5 supporting protrusion extending in a direction substantially opposite to the first direction. The at least one supporting protrusion is configured to be receivable in a drive lug cavity formed in a track shoe such that a load applied to the drive lug part is at least partially transferred to the track shoe.
ARRANGEMENT OF A DRIVE WHEEL FOR AN ENDLESS TRACK OF A TRACKED VEHICLE
The present invention relates to a fastening arrangement of a drive wheel (DW) for an endless track (E) of a tracked vehicle (V) the drive wheel (DW) comprising a hub member (H) and a drive sprocket member (S1, S2). Said drive sprocket member comprises a set of teeth (10) arranged around the circumference of said drive sprocket member (S1, S2), said teeth (10) being configured to engage with said endless track (E). Said drive sprocket member (S1, S2) further comprises a support member (20) for teeth (10) of said drive sprocket member. Said teeth (10) are configured to be removably attached to said support member (20). Said fastening arrangement is configured for fastening one or more teeth (10) of the set of teeth (10) to the support member (20). Said fastening arrangement comprises a set of dovetail shaped recesses (22) of said support member (20). Each dovetail shaped recess (22) is configured to receive a locking portion (12) of one or more teeth (10) so as to provide a locking function for said one or more teeth (10). The present invention also relates a tracked vehicle.
UNDERCARRIAGE ASSEMBLY FOR A WORK MACHINE AND METHOD OF USE
A work machine includes an undercarriage assembly. The undercarriage assembly includes a chassis and a ground-engaging mechanism for rotating around the chassis to move the work machine. A pair of rails is coupled to the chassis. A pair of sliders is coupled to a front-assembly. The sliders are aligned with the rails and movable relative to the rails to facilitate movement of the front-end assembly relative to the chassis.
TRACK SHOE WITH LARGE CAVITIES ON GROUND ENGAGING SURFACES HAVING A PROTRUDING SIDEWALL OR AN OVAL PERIMETER
A track pad includes a shoe member that has two bottom voids extending upwardly from the ground engaging surface of the shoe member, and which form a central support pillar having a serpentine surface laterally on side of the central support pillar, and another serpentine surface laterally on the other side of the central support pillar. The two bottom voids form oval perimeters at the ground engaging surface.
GROUND-ENGAGING TRACK SHOE HAVING WEIGHT RELIEF CHANNEL
A ground-engaging track shoe in a track joint assembly includes a shoe plate having bolt holes extending through a middle plate section between a planar link-bolting surface and a ground-contact surface. A weight relief channel is formed in the middle plate section upon a link-bolting side of the track shoe, and extends inwardly from the planar link-bolting surface. The weight relief channel is arranged between a forward bolt hole set of the bolt holes and a back bolt hole set of the bolt holes in a fore-aft direction.
ROTATING TRACK GUIDE COMPONENTS WITH WHITE-IRON SEGMENTS
A method of producing a rotating guide component for a track assembly includes fixing at least one wear member to an outer surface of a tubular or annular substrate. The at least one wear member includes an inner portion, and the tubular or annular substrate includes an outer portion. The inner portion is mated to the outer portion, and the wear member is brazed to the tubular or annular substrate.
ENDLESS TRACK FOR A TRACK LAYING VEHICLE HAVING A SHOE ASSEMBLY WITH A COMPOSITE TRACK SHOE
A composite track shoe and an endless track suitable for a tracked vehicle is described herein. The composite track shoes has a shoe body with a first bearing block extending from a first lateral edge and a second bearing block extending from a second lateral edge. The shoe body also has a center guide extending from a first face thereof the shoe body. A track pad is detachably secured to the track shoe and extends from a second face of the shoe body opposite the first face. An endless track is formed by interlinking the first bearing block on a first track shoe with the second bearing block a second track shoe positioned adjacent to the first track shoe. A pin extends through the first bearing block of the first track shoe and the second bearing block of the second track shoe for pivotally coupling them together.
Track joint assembly and track link having wear band structured for anti-scalloping
A track joint assembly includes adjacent first and second track links each having an elongate link body with an upper rail surface located in part upon first and second link body ends and in part upon a middle section of the link. The upper rail surface forms part of a track rail having a segment formed by each of the middle sections of the elongate link bodies of the first and second track links and a compound segment formed by the two adjacent track links. The upper rail surface is formed of a sacrificial wear material that has a varying cross-sectional area structured to limit scalloping of the track links.
TRACK SECTION WITH CROSSBAR MEMBER AND TRACK BELT FORMED BY SUCH TRACK SECTIONS
A track section (10) adapted to be linked to a plurality of similar track sections to form a track belt for mounting around the outer periphery of vehicle tyres. The track section comprises a crossbar member (11) and two lateral support members (12). A ground engageable support surface is provided on the outer side (14) of the crossbar member and comprises first and second elongated support surface sections (16, 17) extending in parallel with each other in the longitudinal direction of the crossbar member on opposite sides of a longitudinal centre line of the crossbar member. Each one of these elongated support surface sections (16, 17) is undulated, at least over a major part of its longitudinal extension, so as to form undulated support surface areas (18) with wave crests (19)and wave troughs (20) extending in the cross-direction of the crossbar member.
Aquaculture net cleaner track belt
A drive system for a net cleaner to produce efficient propulsion without damage to the cage net. The drive system includes flexible engagement stumps protruding from a base of a driving belt with tips or studs mounted on an end of the stumps. The tips or studs engage the net and propel the net cleaner. The stumps flex to insure that, if excessive pressure is applied to a stud, the stump will bend and the net will release without damage. A guard prevents the stump from directly engaging a cage net. A track belt produces efficient propulsion without damage to the cage net. The track belt includes flexible engagement stumps protruding from a base of a driving belt with tips or studs mounted on an end of the stumps.
