Running gear chain, in particular bogie chain
The present invention relates to a running gear chain (2), in particular a bogie chain (2), having a flexible body (20), preferably an elastomer body (20), which is closed in endless fashion, or closable in endless fashion, in a running direction (A). The running gear chain (2) according to the invention is characterized by a multiplicity of rigid transverse elements (24) which are connected to the outer side of the flexible body (20) and extend substantially transversely with respect to the running direction (A), wherein at least some of the rigid transverse elements (24), preferably all of the rigid transverse elements (24), are arranged so close together in the running direction (A) that, with a planar extent of the flexible body (20), two immediately adjacent rigid transverse elements (24) make contact in the running direction (A).
Autonomous track-type moving device
A track-type moving device having one or more track mechanisms. The track mechanism may include a guide wheel, a driving wheel, a track, and/or a tensioning mechanism. The tensioning mechanism may include an adjusting member and/or an elastic member. The elastic member may provide a driving force that enables the adjusting member to move.
RUBBER TRACK
A rubber track, in particular for a road paver or a feeder vehicle, comprising at least one drive wheel and at least one guide wheel, which are placed on a carrier together with wheels arranged in pairs and a rubber track, wherein the wheels have rims, and wherein on a circumferential surface of the rims of the wheels a rubber lining is attached, wherein a guide cam is provided on an inner side of the rubber track, which guide cam is configured to penetrate into an intermediate space between two wheels located next to each other, wherein a contact surface of the wheels facing the guide cam has an insert detachably attached to the rims.
Galvanized wire ply for rubber track
Endless elastomeric tracks include guide lugs disposed on an inner circumference, rubber tread lugs disposed on an outer circumference, and a thin band continuously extending in the circumferential direction which is disposed adjacent the outer circumference. The thin band has an exterior peripheral surface and an inner peripheral surface, and at least one galvanized wire ply is disposed between the exterior peripheral surface and an inner peripheral surface. The endless track further includes at least one primary cable of galvanized steel circumferentially reinforcing the thin band. In some aspects, the at least one galvanized wire ply includes a plurality of galvanized wires having a diameter of from about 0.15 mm to about 1.5 mm, from about 0.175 mm to about 1.3 mm, from about 0.20 mm to about 1.25 mm, from about 0.22 mm to about 1.2 mm, or even from about 0.25 mm to about 1.1 mm.
TRACK SYSTEM FOR TRACTION OF AN OFF-ROAD VEHICLE SUCH AS A SNOWMOBILE OR AN ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE (ATV)
A track system for traction of an off-road vehicle such as a snowmobile or an all-terrain vehicle (ATV). The track system comprises a track-engaging assembly and a track disposed around the track-engaging assembly. The track system may be configured to have a reduced noise profile so as to generate less noise, enhanced track rigidity characteristics to improve its traction and floatation, and/or other features improving use and performance of the off-road vehicle.
Elastic crawler and elastic crawler drive mechanism
An elastic crawler and an elastic crawler drive mechanism collectively suppress the interference between the pin members and the engaging portions, and improve the durability of the engaging portions. The elastic crawler includes on an inner circumferential side thereof a plurality of engaging portions (14) respectively engageable with a plurality of pin members (22) arranged at a spacing in a circumferential direction of a sprocket, wherein: the engaging portions (14) have a pressure receiving surface (14a) which receives the pin members (22), an outline shape in side view of the pressure receiving surface (14a) being formed by an envelope L1 drawn by an outer end of the pin members (22) when the sprocket rolls coaxially with a central axis of a virtual rotor with a rolling diameter D1 defined by D1=(pitch of the engaging portions)(number of pin members)/()a, and 0.9a1, together with the virtual rotor on a plane.
