Rubber track
A rubber track to prevent occurrence edge-cuts and improve traction force even in the soft ground is disclosed. The rubber track is configured by first lugs which are formed at equal intervals on one side of the inside and the outside in a traveling direction on a surface coming into contact with the ground and have first grooves formed in a width direction; and second lugs which are formed at equal intervals on the other side of the inside and the outside in a traveling direction on a surface coming into contact with the ground and have second grooves formed in the traveling direction.
TRACK SYSTEM FOR TRACTION OF A VEHICLE
A track system for traction of a vehicle (e.g., a compact track loader or other construction vehicle) which may be designed to improve ride quality (e.g., reduce vibrations) for an operator and/or enhance other aspects of its performance or that of the vehicle. For example, a track of the track system may be frictionally driven and without transversal rigid parts (e.g., metallic cores). Also, power generation and transmission functions may be implemented by the track system. For instance, a motor and a transmission may be at least mostly contained within the track system.
Snow Track for a Snowmobile
An endless track for use in propelling a snowmobile. The endless track extends between a first lateral side and a second lateral side and includes an inner drive surface and an outer ground-engaging surface. The inner drive surface includes a plurality of longitudinally spaced inner drive lugs used to drive and rotate the endless track. The outer ground-engaging surface includes a plurality of treads, where each tread extends continuous and uninterrupted along a constant height from the first lateral side to the second lateral side a full width of the endless track.
Track mounting tool
Disclosed are embodiments of a track mounting tool for use with track removal from, and mounting on, a power machine. The tool includes features which aid in the tasks of track removal and/or track installation. In exemplary embodiments, the tool includes track hanger towers which are configurable to carry a track for mounting on, or after removal from, either side of a power machine. The tool includes a track engager mechanism, which is pivotable for use with either side of a power machine or for mounting of a track at a front or rear idler.
Urethane Hybrid Agricultural Vehicle Track
An endless vehicle track includes a body having an outer surface and an inner surface. The outer surface includes a carcass and a series of ground engaging profiles longitudinally spaced along the outer surface. The inner surface includes a wheel path and a series of longitudinally spaced guide-drive lugs. One or more of the series of ground engaging profiles, the series of longitudinally spaced guide-drive lugs, the carcass and the wheel path comprise a urethane material.
TRACK SYSTEM FOR TRACTION OF A VEHICLE
A track system for a vehicle on a ground, wherein the track system comprises a track and is designed to enhance how its track is tensioned, such as by including a plurality of tensioners that exert opposite forces on the track at its front and rear regions and/or lack hydraulic or pneumatic elements, allowing to reduce its dimensions (e.g., sizes of its components, packaging or envelope) and its weight, while protecting against ratcheting of the track, reducing its energy consumption, costs and/or maintenance requirements, increasing durability of the track, and/or improving other aspects of the track system and/or the vehicle.
TRACK RUNNING GEAR AND CIVILIAN TRACKED VEHICLE
A track running gear for a track chassis of a civilian tracked vehicle, having a rubber continuous track guided circumferentially over an end drive wheel, an opposite tension wheel and over a plurality of running wheels. Each of the running wheels touches a lower strand of the rubber continuous track. At least two of the running wheels touch an upper strand, which upper strand is located opposite the lower strand, of the rubber continuous track.
TRACK SYSTEM FOR TRACTION OF AN OFF-ROAD VEHICLE SUCH AS A SNOWMOBILE OR AN ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE (ATV)
A track system for traction of an off-road vehicle such as a snowmobile or an all-terrain vehicle (ATV). The track system comprises a track-engaging assembly and a track disposed around the track-engaging assembly. The track system may be configured to have a reduced noise profile so as to generate less noise, enhanced track rigidity characteristics to improve its traction and floatation, and/or other features improving use and performance of the off-road vehicle.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MONITORING A TRACK SYSTEM FOR TRACTION OF A VEHICLE
A track system of a vehicle can be monitored (e.g., during operation of the vehicle) to obtain information about the track system which can be used for various purposes, such as, for example, to convey the information about the track system to a user (e.g., an operator of the vehicle) and/or to control the vehicle, for instance, by controlling a speed of the vehicle depending on a state (e.g., a temperature and/or one or more other physical characteristics) of the track system. This may be useful, for example, to gain knowledge about a track of the track system, to help prevent rapid wear or other deterioration of the track of the track system (e.g., blowout), and/or to adapt how fast or slow the vehicle moves in order to protect the track of the track system while permitting the speed of the vehicle to be greater over short periods (e.g., when travelling on or crossing roads or other particular areas).
Track drive mode management system and methods
A method for managing a drive mode of a tracked vehicle, comprising the step of reading an output of a sensor and in response to the output of the sensor performing a control action to manage the drive mode of the vehicle.
