A package for holding at least one product includes a carton and at least one insert. The carton includes a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the carton to form at least one corner of the carton. The at least one insert is at least partially disposed in the interior of the carton adjacent the at least one corner to reinforce the carton, and includes a first panel, a second panel, and an intermediate portion between the first panel and the second panel. Each of the first panel and the second panel is attached to a respective panel of the plurality of panels and the intermediate portion is free from attachment to the plurality of panels.
Replacement panel assembly for sealing carton assembly and methods of assembly and use
An attachable panel assembly includes a replacement panel having a mounting panel and a closure panel projecting from the mounting panel. The closure panel has an attachment portion and a removable zipper tear strip disposed between the attachment portion and the mounting panel. The panel assembly also includes a first adhesive layer disposed on the mounting panel and a second adhesive layer disposed on the attachment portion of the replacement closure panel, the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer being disposed on opposing sides of the replacement panel. A resealable carton system includes the panel assembly attached or attachable to a carton body of a carton assembly by means of the first adhesive layer. The carton assembly can be sealed by closing an inner closure panel of the carton assembly and folding the replacement closure panel so that the second adhesive binds to the inner closure panel.
Portable transport container and transport container holder system of a vehicle
A portable transport container includes at least one base panel and at least four side panels which are connected to one another with pivotable connections in order to enable a movement of the transport container at least between an open use position and a closed storage position. The at least one base panel and the four side panels are composed primarily of plastic. A plurality of reinforcing elements comprising plastic film are provided which are connected in a firmly bonded manner at least in sections contiguously near to the surface either to the base panel or to one of the four side panels. A transport container holder system of a vehicle includes at least one such portable transport container and a trunk floor and/or a backseat bench of the vehicle, in which at least one open cavity for accommodating one of the portable transport containers is provided for each of the portable transport containers.
Carrier for containers
A carton for holding a plurality of containers, the carton includes a top retainer having a top panel and at least one top end flap foldably connected to the top panel. The top panel includes at least one retaining portion having at least one receptacle for retaining at least one container of the plurality of containers, and the at least one retaining portion is removable from the carton. The carton further includes a tray having a bottom panel and at least one bottom end flap foldably connected to the bottom panel. The at least one top end flap and the at least one bottom end flap cooperate to form a closed end of the carton.
RECYCLABLE LEAK RESISTANT CORRUGATED BOX
A repulpable leak resistant poultry box having a composite corrugated structure with a fluted medium formed with a top backing board secured to one side of the fluted medium and a bottom backing board secured to the other side of the fluted medium, all of which are impregnated with a hydrogenated triglyceride and the backing boards are coated with an acrylic styrene copolymer. In one embodiment, the box has a bottom panel and end panels integral to bottom panel positioned at opposite ends of the bottom panel and separated by a fold line from the bottom panel. The side panels assemblies are integral with the bottom panel with each side panel being separated by a fold line and have a plurality of reinforcing end panels extending from opposite ends of the side panel and integral foldable cover members connected to the side panels by a fold line. The reinforcing end panels are connected to an adjacent end panel integral with the bottom panel by a corner tab formed by an angled cut adjacent each bottom corner of the end panel. A plurality of insert members are secured to opposing side panels, an end panel and the reinforcing end panels in the interior of the corrugated box.
Another box embodiment has a bottom panel, side panels assemblies integral with the bottom panel and end panels integral with the bottom panel. The side panel assemblies comprise a side panel and a plurality of reinforcing end panels positioned adjacent each side panel. Each of the reinforcing panels in the side panel assembly defines a U-shaped cut out which is aligned with a cut out in the end panel to present a single uniformly configured cut out. The end panels define a tab in each bottom corner connected to a reinforcing end panel to seal a bottom corner of the box.
