OPENING DEVICE FOR A PACKAGE, MOLD FOR MOLDING AN OPENING DEVICE FOR A PACKAGE AND PACKAGE HAVING AN OPENING DEVICE
There is described an opening device for a package having a designated pour opening. The opening device comprises a base frame, a collar delimiting a flow channel and a closing element configured to cover and/or close the designated pour opening. The closing element comprises a coupling membrane being detachably fixed to an initial contact portion of the collar. The collar comprises an inlet configured to allow for an inlet of the pourable product into the flow channel and a pouring outlet configured to allow for an outpouring of the pourable product from the flow channel. The initial contact portion is interposed between the base frame and the pouring outlet. The collar comprises a main portion comprising the pouring outlet and extending from the initial contact portion to the pouring outlet and a deflectable sealing ring comprising the inlet and extending from the initial contact portion to the inlet.
Flat-shaped composite material, package sleeve and package with curved edges
A flat-shaped composite material is represented and described for manufacturing a package, including: a polymer outer layer, a polymer inner layer, a fibrous support layer, which is arranged between the polymer outer layer and the polymer inner layer. The flat-shaped composite material has a plurality of fold lines, which are arranged and designed such that a closed package can be manufactured by folding the flat-shaped composite material along the fold lines and by connecting seam surfaces of the flat-shaped composite material and a sleeve surface. The sleeve surface includes a front surface, a first side surface, a second side surface, a first rear surface, a second rear surface, and base surfaces. The base surfaces include triangular base surfaces, quadrangular base surfaces, and gable surfaces. The gable surfaces include triangular gable surfaces and quadrangular gable surfaces. The base surfaces and the gable surfaces are arranged on opposite sides of the sleeve surface. The manufacture of packages with even more complex geometries without impairing the rigidity of the package should be achieved by a third sleeve fold line, which has a plurality of sections, which each adjoin a side surface and a rear surface, and of which at least one section is curved and of which at least one section is straight. A package sleeve made of a composite material and a package manufactured from the composite material or from the package sleeve are also represented and described.
CAP WITH A TAMPER EVIDENCE AND A SPOUT
A cap arranged to interact with a spout. The cap includes a top section, a side wall section attached to the top section and a tamper element attached to the side wall section in a tearing interface. The tearing interface may be provided with a weakening line that is arranged to break when the cap is unscrewed such that the tamper element is separated from the side wall section. The cap further includes at least one resilient cutting element arranged to the side wall. The at least one resilient cutting element is arranged to cut off a membrane of the spout when the cap is unscrewed. The cap is arranged such that the weakening line is arranged to break before the membrane of the spout is cut off when the cap is being unscrewed from the spout.
Package closure and a device and a method for producing a package closure
A package closure (10) comprising a neck (18) provided with an opening, and a cap (19) for closing the opening, wherein the neck (18) comprises a connecting portion (20) for connection to a package (32), and a sealing portion (21) projecting radially inwards from the connecting portion (20) to interact with the cap (19) to form a seal between them. Before opening thereof the cap (19) is connected to the sealing portion (21) through a notch (23), wherein the cap (19) is removable from at least a part of the sealing portion (21) by tearing along the notch (23). The cap (19) is provided with a sealing part (24) projecting from an interior side of the cap (19) to interact with the sealing portion (21) of the neck (18), so that the package closure (10) is resealable. The invention also relates to a device and a method for producing a package closure.
Bottle in box container and blank
An improved container blank of foldable material and resulting structure to hold a fluid filled carton is provided.
Beverage carton divider
A beverage container to enable the manufacture and packaging of two flavors of juice or other liquid drinks. At present, the preference and favorite flavor of an individual consumer is not accommodated unless two or more products are purchased. This invention provides a cardboard or plastic divider panel that is incorporated into any existing cartons that overcomes these limitations by enabling a carton to be divided into two flavors. Each side of the beverage container has a spout for separate pouring the contents of that particular side.
STRUCTURAL ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN PACKAGING
A constructive arrangement applied to packages in general, providing an easy identification of the opening system in view of the contrasting color and the presence of protuberance which identify precisely the opening point which enables a better handling of the product and immediate disruption of the breakage region and access to the product
Pouring fitting having excellent slipping property for fluid substances
A pouring fitting having a flow passage for flowing fluid substance 100, wherein said flow passage is forming a liquid-permeable surface 110 in at least the tip portion thereof that serves as a pouring port. The pouring fitting has markedly improved slipping property and non-adhering property for liquid or paste-like fluid substances.
RECYCLABLE POURING SPOUT DEVICE
A pouring spout device for packaging, including: a surround provided with a pouring opening, a cap connected to the surround by a hinge, the cap being configured to pivot between a closed position, in which the cap closes the pouring opening, and an open position, in which the cap frees the pouring opening, a plastic sealing part on the cap is arranged on an external face of the cap and extends along the edge of the cap, the sealing part comprising two lateral sealing portions which project from the lateral sides of the cap and a connecting portion connecting the two lateral portions and projecting from an upper side of the cap, the two lateral portions and the connecting portion being configured to bear against a surface of the surround when the cap is in the closed position.
Packaging for liquid products and a procedure for filling the packaging and a process for producing an inner bag for the packaging
Packaging for liquid food, where the packaging has an outer casing (2) of cardboard, an inner bag (8) of plastic foil which consists of e.g. completely recyclable bio-polyethylene plastic, where the inner bag is arranged inside the outer casing (2) and completely fills it when the inner bag is filled with the food, and an opening module, here called MF module (12), which contains an emptying device and a filling device arranged on a plastic disc (14), wherein the emptying device comprises an emptying channel (13) and a stopper (19) and where the filling device comprises a filling channel (25) and a filling plug (26) and wherein the MF module (12) is connected to the inner bag (8) by that the underside of the plastic disc (14) is welded to the outside of the inner bag so that the emptying channel (13) connected to a hole (11) in the inner bag (8) where the filling channel (25) opens into the emptying channel (13) is connected to the outer cover (2) in that top flaps (6a-6d) of the outer casing are attached to a slot (17) in the plastic disc (14) along the side edges thereof. The application also includes a method for filling the packaging and a method for producing an inner bag for the packaging.
