THC CONTAINER APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
The invention comprises a method and apparatus for holding a Cannabis product, such as a soda or a beverage, comprising: a container comprising a cavity at least partially enclosed within a base and at least one side extending upwards from the base; an emulsion in the cavity, the emulsion comprising at least: water and tetrahydrocannabinol; and a label on the at least one side, the label comprising a set of at least three graphical serving size indicators correspondingly positioned at at least three differing vertical locations from the base, where a mean particle size of the beverage is preferably less than one thousand nanometers in diameter.
DISSOLVABLE THC BEVERAGE TABLET APPARATUS
The invention comprises an apparatus, comprising: (1) a dissolvable tablet, comprising: a support matrix, the support matrix comprising at least two percent by mass a gassing agent, the gassing agent comprising at least one of: a carbonic acid, H.sub.2CO.sub.3; a bicarbonate, HCO.sub.3; a bicarbonate salt; a carbonate, CO.sub.3.sup.2−; and a carbonate salt; and (2) at least one milligram of tetrahydrocannabinol, where the dissolvable tablet optionally includes an acid and a buffer at least partially separating the gassing agent and the acid, where the tetrahydrocannabinol is blended into the support matrix of the dissolvable tablet prior to formation of the dissolvable tablet and/or is infused into a pre-made tablet comprising the support matrix.
DUAL MOUTH SHOTGUN CAN
The dual mouth shotgun can may combine the advantages of a standard aluminum beverage can with a second opening to allow for a high rate of air flow and displacement resulting in a high rate of fluid flow from the can. The can may implement a stay-tab mechanism, or any other appropriate mechanism, for ease of use and familiarity, on the standard top opening, and may further implement a stay-tab mechanism, or other appropriate mechanism on the bottom or lower side of the can for shotgunning the fluid in the can.
Resealable pop top lid
A pop top lid enables opening and closing of a top opening in a cylindrical fluid container such as a beverage can. an enclosing a top opening in a cylindrical fluid container. A pocketed tang of a stay-on tab assembly pivots about a central rivet on an end shell of the pop top lid. During lifting and rotation of the stay-on tab assembly, an aperture creation point begins to shear a scored line to remove a tear panel from an end shell of the beverage can. directing the tear panel between a top cover and a bottom plate of the pocketed tang. A flange of the bottom plate assists in removal of the tear panel by being directed into a panel opening left by the tear panel directing the tear panel into the tear panel capturing pocket when the stay-on-tab assembly is rotated in a first direction of rotation.
CAN LID AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CAN LID
A can lid comprises a metallic lid surface in which an opening is formed which is bounded by a closed margin of the lid surface and which is closed by a closure piece. The closure piece is separated from the surrounding lid surface by a microgap extending at least sectionally along the margin of the lid surface. A margin of the closure piece and the margin of the surrounding lid surface adjoin one another at the microgap. The closure piece can be moved out of the plane defined by the opening to release the opening. The can lid further comprises a layer composed of a plastic material applied to a flat side of the metallic lid surface in a manner covering the microgap. The margin of the closure piece and the margin of the surrounding lid surface are offset from one another transversely to the plane defined by the opening.
INTEGRATED DEVICE FOR OPENING AND CLOSING CANS WITH DEFORMATION-RESISTANT CAN LIDS
An integrated device for opening and closing of cans and tins with a non-deformable partial lid to allow partial emptying of its contents and subsequent closing of a container, with a partial lid to be taken off as an integral part of the container's lid, delimited the partial lid by a circumscribing scoring line and with a lever for the opening of the partial lid joint together with the lid by centered riveting or similar known technique, where the lever includes a riveting end provided with a tear-off extension presenting a fold towards the lid whereas the other end includes a handgrip with an upper covering of the partial lid and a partial lid including two connections towards the lid of the container and presenting a non-deformable surface.
Resealable container
The disclosure provides a container including a reseal-able closure mechanism having a rocker arm and a pull tab or actuator button.
Rotatable beverage can cover
The Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) enables a beverage drinker of a stay-on-tab beverage can (100) to drink the beverage (600) without being subjected to unsanitary lid surface conditions . The Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) comprises a circular surface (210), a curved side wall (300) and a notch (500). The Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) is fastened to the stay-on-tab beverage can (100) and placed in its “sanitary protection” position so that: a) the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) covers the drinking contact area (190) and b) the notch (500) on the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) allows access to the pull tab area (195). The beverage drinker rotates the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) to move the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) from its “sanitary protection” position to its“drinking access” position so that: a) the circular surface (210) of the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) covers the pull tab area (195): and b) the notch (500) allows access to the drinking contact area (190) and the scored opening (126).
RESEALABLE POP TOP LID
A pop top lid for cylindrical fluid containers is disclosed. The lid includes an end shell with a scored line defining a tear panel, a stay-on tab assembly, and a rivet for attaching the assembly to the shell. The stay-on tab assembly features a pocketed tang with a central portion containing a pivot hole for the rivet. The assembly includes a top cover and bottom plate, spaced apart by a gap on the leading edge. An aperture point is connected to the pocketed tang and can be rotated. A shearing edge is attached to the central portion and extends radially behind the aperture point. In an embodiment, the bottom plate is embossed to facilitate sliding of the shearing edge under the end shell wall when the pocketed tang is rotated, achieving a resealing clamp action by securely placing the embossed shape into the tear panel opening.
METALLIC CAN LID
A reclosable can lid is described which does not require a separation of a metal surface associated with chip formation in the opening process, which ensures the respective required leak tightness on the reclosing, even in the case of a pressure build-up resulting in the respective container, and which has a high functional reliability with a particularly economical manufacturing option.
