A protective bottle enclosure includes a base portion defined by a base sidewall secured to a base bottom wall and has a base opening disposed opposite the base bottom wall. An upper portion has upper sidewalls surrounding an internal cavity. The upper portion has a cylindrical body section and the neck section is narrower than the lower section. The lower section ends in a lower opening and a lower thread. The neck section narrows in diameter between the body section and a neck opening and has a neck thread. The lower section can be inserted into the base opening and can threadably engage the base side wall. A removable cap can threadably engage the neck section and includes an elastomeric stopper connected to a cylindrical sleeve. The combination of the removable cap, the upper portion, and the base portion can surround and enclose the bottle.

The neck section extends upward from the shoulder section and defines a cylindrical neck wall having a neck thread. The body section is configured to threadably and removably engage the base sidewall. The bottle enclosure further includes a removable cap with a sidewall that surrounds a cap cavity. The cap sidewall is configured to threadably and removably engage the neck.

Upon initial removal of the cap from the base, the cutter is configured to move downwards relative to the base so as to create an opening through the container. The portion of the container through which the cutter creates an opening may be formed of a film that is configured to be easily pierceable by the cutter. Methods of molding the closure components may include co-molding the cutter and base an in integral unit so as to facilitate and expedite assembly of the base, cutter and cap components to form the closure.

The UV sterilization member includes a UV PCB and a UV light source connected to the UV PCB. The UV PCB includes a UV generating circuit formed thereon to drive the UV light source to emit ultraviolet ray so as to sterilize water received in the cup body. The compact structure can achieve a reliable sterilization effect with 99.9% by setting the UV light source, and water fetched in outdoors can reach the standard of healthy drinking water that it is first filtered by the filter and then sterilized by the UV light source.

Cap assembly having integrated inner liner and shell

A cap assembly for a container that includes an outer-shell and an inner-element that is received within the outer shell. The outer shell includes a recess on the interior surface of a top portion and the recess includes a top flange section that restricts the opening. The recess receives a complementary end wall that extends from the inner-element and which has a lip that mechanically locks within the recess thereby keeping the shell and liner together. In embodiments a clutch plate is positioned between the shell and liner.
