Improved Dosing System

The present invention refers to an improved dispensing system for liquid dispensing in the form of drops, comprising: a cap; a dosage unit having a skirt showing a protrusion or edge at its lower end; and a container having a shoulder surface located at the inner part of the shoulder, wherein the shoulder surface holds the dosage unit through interfering with said protrusion or edge of the insert thus avoiding that the dosage unit can be removed from the container. While opening the improved dispensing system according to the present invention, a ring attached to the cap body breaks in sections, preventing said ring to be relocated in the cap and, thus, avoiding that the dosage unit can be reused for filling a different substance.

A container assembly including a pouch, spout and closure is provided. The closure includes a tamper-evident band having two or more wall sections. Adjacent wall sections of the tamper band may be connected to one another with frangible connectors configured to break upon twist-off of the closure from the spout. The closure also includes one or more support walls supported between an outer wall and central wall of the closure. The closure further includes one or more hinges attaching the ends of the wall sections of the tamper band to the lower ends of the support walls. The hinges are configured to increase the resistance required to break or otherwise distort the frangible connections of the tamper-evident band, so as to prevent or lower the risk of accidental or inadvertent breakage of the tamper-evident band prior to twist-off of the closure from the spout.

Closure device for bottle

The closure device for bottle comprises an inner sleeve with locking means on the bottle, a cover with tear-off element, coupled to the inner sleeve, wherein said cover is connected with the tear-off element by a weakened section. The inner sleeve is a hollow cylindrical element with open butt ends, outer projections are formed on the lower part of the sleeve and the tear-off element is formed with inner projections for coupling with the outer projections of the sleeve. The inner sleeve comprises an annular element arranged on its inner surface which can provide additional visual tamper-evident through the outer side surface of the inner sleeve.

Caps, containers embodying such caps, and methods of enhancing cap safety. Air flow passages through the cap enable one, who accidentally swallowed the cap, to breathe/pass air through the cap. Some air passages extend top to bottom. Openings in the outer side wall, and an air flow path across the cap, allow air to enter the cap on a first side, flow transversely through the cap, and exit an opposing side. The top-to-bottom air flow passages, and the air flow path across the cap, including the openings in the outer wall of the cap, collectively support air flow through the cap, thus through the person's airway, if/when the cap becomes accidentally lodged in a person's airway. The openings can be used to engage and extract an accidentally swallowed cap. Elements of an optional tamper evident ring remain attached to the cap after the cap is removed from the container.

A tamper evident closure and spout are provided. The closure includes an outer wall and a central wall supported from the outer wall. The closure defines a passage extending between an upper edge and a lower edge of the closure and located between an inner surface of the outer wall and an outer surface of the central wall. The closure includes a tamper-indicating band extending from the central wall. The spout includes a wall portion and a central channel extending through the wall portion between an inlet opening and an outlet opening. The spout includes a structure located below the inlet opening the first and second exterior surfaces are both angled toward the central axis of the spout.

Child safety closing device with first opening indicator screw and ring

The invention relates to a child safety closing device (1) associated with a container (2), operating according to a design of two plugs (3, 4) embedded into each other, and allowing a vertical translation movement of the outer plug (4) relative to the inner screw-threaded plug (3) providing an unscrewing possibility and fitted with a first-opening indicator ring (5) connected by breakage bridges (8) to the outer plug (4) capable of vertical translation movement, characterized in that: a) said ring (5) has on its inner surface notches (9) for preventing its rotation when unscrewing the device by interaction with corresponding notches (10) formed on the neck of the associated container inside a peripheral groove (11) outside said collar, in order to induce the braking of the bridges by shearing; b) the upper wall of the groove (11) defines a guiding shoulder (12) for said ring (5) during the vertical translation movement of the ring (5) when connected to the outer plug; c) the notches (10) inside the groove (5) have a height such that they interact with the notches (9) inside the inner face of said ring (5) whatever the position of said ring (5) during the vertical translation movement thereof when connected to the outer plug (4).

Tamper-evident cap

A tamper-evident closure for a container includes a straw having an outer edge with an outwardly extending projection. The closure includes a cap with a rib. A tamper-evident tab extends from the rib. The tab has an inwardly extending lug configured to engage with the outwardly extending projection of the straw as the cap rotates relative to the straw. The tab has a hinge coupled with the rib. The hinge is configured to rotate the tab outwardly relative to the rib. The tab also has a foldable portion configured to fold to provide a visual indication when the cap is an unsealed configuration.
