Tethered, Hinged Closure
A closure includes a cap having a top wall and a skirt perpendicular to the top wall and extending downwardly from the top wall to a lower edge. The skirt includes an inner surface having a sealing formation. A band is concentric with and attached to the lower edge of the skirt by a plurality of frangible members. A tab is formed at a hinge location from the band and extending from the lower edge of the skirt to one or more lines of weakness.
Cap for container
A cap for a container is formed so that the cap has a top plate and a circular sidewall. Two opposite sides of the circular sidewall circularly connect to each other, one periphery of the circular sidewall connecting to one surface of the top plate forming a closed end, and another periphery of the circular sidewall at an opposite side of the closed end forms an opened end. Incisions are in the circular sidewall. The incisions form a ring member located at the opened end of the cap separated from a main body of the cap by a first incision and a second incision between the opened end of the main body and the ring member.
CONTAINER CLOSURE
A container closure includes a pouring element that merges into a container body or fastened on a container body and has at least one external thread formed on the pouring element. A closure cap for closing a pouring opening of the pouring element has a cylindrical threaded part with an open periphery and an internal thread that interacts with the external thread of the pouring element. The closure cap has a tamper-evident band connected to the open periphery of the threaded part by a plurality of breaking lugs. Opening of the container closure for the first time is evident from the breaking of the breaking lugs. The tamper-evident band has a first end fixed to the open periphery of the threaded part and a second end that can be connected to the pouring element.
Capping device intended to be fixed on the neck of a container and an assembly comprising a container and a capping device
The invention refers to a capping device intended to be fixed on a neck (2) of a container including an orifice (3), including the capping device: a cap (1) which has a helical thread (7) intended to cooperate with a helical thread (6) formed in the neck (2); a lower ring (9) fixed axially to the neck (2); a hinge device that connects the cap (1) to the lower ring (9), including the capping device in addition a cap locking device (1) configured to lock the cap (1) in an open tilted position, including such a locking device a bead (22) which is formed, between the two blades (11, 12), and which is configured to rest against the neck (2) of the container when the cap (1) is in the open tilted position, the heel (22) has an internal face where at least one of the ribs of the helical thread series (7) is formed.
TAMPER EVIDENCE CONTAINER CLOSURE
A container closure and methods are disclosed for providing visible evidence of removal of the closure from a container after installation by a manufacturer. The closure includes tamper evidence bridges comprising small tabs of material that extend from a bottom-most edge of the closure to a tamper evidence ledge of the container. The bridges break when the closure is rotated relative to the tamper evidence ledge, thereby providing readily visible evidence that the closure has been removed after installation by the manufacturer. In some embodiments, a tamper evidence closure engages with threads of a finish of the container. Cam locks around the perimeter of the tamper evidence closure are permanently flared by cams on the finish during loosening of the closure. Outward flaring of the cam locks provides a visual indication that the tamper evidence closure has been loosened after installation by a manufacturer.
CLOSURE FOR A SPOUT IN A THIN-WALLED PACKAGE
A closure assembly for a package with a thin-walled flexible pouch for containing fruit juices and purees, yoghurt, and energy drinks is provided. The closure assembly has a spout assembly and a closure having a guarantee seal. The guarantee seal has a guarantee ring, a guarantee band, a plurality of breakable bridges, a first attachment portion, and a second attachment portion. In an open configuration, the guarantee band forms a strap that keeps the cap fastened to the guarantee ring and has a length such that, in a use configuration in which the guarantee band is stretched, the second attachment portion is arranged axially below a connection portion of the spout assembly. The guarantee seal has a breakable segment which, in the open configuration, is broken.
COMPOSITE PREFORM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, COMPOSITE CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND COMPOSITE CONTAINER PRODUCT LOADED WITH BEER
To provide a composite preform that can ensure that worsening of the appearance of a surface of a plastic member caused by near-infrared heating prior to blow molding is effectively prevented and that an inner preform is efficiently heated. The composite preform of the present invention includes a preform and a heat-contractive plastic member, the preform including a mouth part; a trunk part linked to the mouth part; and a bottom part linked to the trunk part, and the heat-contractive plastic member being disposed so as to surround the outside of the preform and including at least a colored layer that contains a resin material and a colorant, wherein the heat-contractive plastic member has a near-infrared transmittance of 50% or higher.
TETHERED CLOSURE AND CONTAINER ASSEMBLY
A container assembly includes a plastic container and a tethered closure. In embodiments, a tethered closure includes a cap, a tamper evident band, a plurality of breakaway connectors, and a connecting portion. The plurality of breakaway connectors connect the tamper evident band to the cap. In embodiments, the connecting portion connects the tamper evident band to the cap, and maintains the connection of the cap to the tamper evident band after the separation of the breakaway connectors from the cap.
Doser cap for liquid container
A doser cap for liquid containers can include a cap having a storage chamber enclosing powder material or active substance that can be dispensed into the liquid container by rupturing an associated seal. The doser cap can include a bottom cap, top cap, cutting unit, spiral cam slot, pushing rib, and entry groove on top cap.
Synthetic resin container lid
A container lid (2) can be removed from a mouth-neck section (106) of a container without the need for a tool. Following the breakage of a breakable thin-walled line (70) in a transition region (52), the breakage of a breakable thin-walled connection wall (68) in a side wall separation region (54) can be started sufficiently smoothly in the container lid (2). For this purpose, the breakable thin-walled line (70) formed in a side wall (10) in the transition region (52) is brought into a form in which at least a part thereof extends obliquely downwardly in a counterclockwise direction.
