Gaskets and beverage container systems and kits comprising gaskets
Gaskets and beverage container systems and kits comprising gaskets. An exemplary gasket of a beverage container insulating system disclosed herein includes a gasket body comprising a generally cylindrical shape, a gasket opening, and an inner wall that faces a central axis of the gasket body, at least one set of protrusions positioned on the inner wall and extending radially inward toward the central axis of the gasket body, the first set of protrusions defining at least one pressure-alleviating gap.
CONTAINER WITH ADAPTIVE STORAGE VOLUME
A container (1) for storage of solids, discrete elements, granular materials or liquid, comprises a base (2) and a lid (3) and the base (2) are suitable for forming an air tight storage volume (23). The base (2) and lid (3) comprise respective base closing devices (24) and lid closing devices (34) arranged to cooperate to close the container (1) and limit relative movement between the base (2) and the lid (3) by the closing devices (24, 34). The lid (3) has an lid base (33) and an adaptation device (35) arranged between the lid closing devices (34) and the inner part of the lid (33). The adaptation device (35) is placed to push the lid base (33) from the lid closing device (34) toward a bottom (21) of the base (2) for adaptation of the storage volume (23) to the content (4) in the container (1).
PERSONALIZED DRINKING CUP WITH FINGERPRINT READER
A personalized drinking cup assembly comprises a lid which includes a mouthpiece, and includes a fingerprint reader located thereon to enable the user to access and use the mouthpiece to drink from the cup. In some embodiments the cap comprises a top portion and a side wall extending perpendicularly therefrom, and the fingerprint reader is located on the side wall. In some embodiments, the cap further comprises a handle, on which the fingerprint reader is located. In use, the user utilizes the fingerprint reader in order to access the mouthpiece for drinking from the cup. Once the fingerprint reader is read and the user is identified as the owner or authorized user of the cup, the mouthpiece will be opened for consumption thereby.
LOCKABLE BEVERAGE CONTAINER CLOSURE
A beverage container closure or lid that is adapted for closing an open end of a beverage container is provided. The lid is selectively couplable to the beverage container and includes a selectively openable cover that, when closed, creates a fluid-tight seal between the beverage container and the environment. The lid is provided with a dual-locking mechanism including an actuation disk locking mechanism and a press-button locking mechanism. Each locking mechanism is operable to transition between a locking position and an unlocking position and opening the cover to permit the passage of fluid requires that both locking mechanism be in their respective unlocking positions.
STORAGE CONTAINER
Provided is a storage container for storing a material, the storage container including a lid and a container body having a first portion for holding the material and a second portion to which the lid is configured to be attached. The second portion is spaced from the first portion in a longitudinal direction by a collar defining a gap between the first and second portions. The first portion has a wall with a closed bottom portion defining a cavity for the material and the second portion has a wall defining an opening for accessing the cavity.
DRINKS RECEPTACLE
A wine glass comprising a bowl connected to a stem which is connected to a base, wherein the stem is arranged to be movable relative to the bowl between first and second configurations.
A Rotary Lid and a Drinking Cup Thereof
The present invention discloses a rotatable lid and a drinking cup having the rotary lid. The rotatable lid comprises a lid body (1), a rotating knob (2), a water stopper (3), a moving component (4); the lid body (1) has a shaft hole (11), a water outlet (12), and an air inlet (13); and the water stopper (3) has a water outlet sealing portion (32) and an air inlet sealing portion (33). Pushing the rotating knob (2), the moving component (4) can move together with the rotating shaft (21) of the rotating knob (2) relative to the water stopper (3), the locking portion of the moving component (4) driven by the rotating shaft (21) can move on the locking track (34) to press upward the water stopper (3). Therefore, the water stopper correspondingly seals both of the water outlet and the air inlet on the lid body. In this way, the water outlet on the rotary lid is closed. It is convenient for a user to operate.
Drinking Cup
A drinking cup includes a container and a detachable closure. The closure has a connection end for connection to the container, the connection end being open for receipt of liquid from within the container. The closure has a closed end opposite the connection end and a drinking rim formed at the peripheral edge of the closed end. The closure has a side wall extending between the connection end and the closed end, and at least one opening that facilitates the passage of liquid from within the container to the drinking rim. A seal is supported by the closure and extends around an outside surface of the side wall, sealing the drinking rim against the passage of liquid through the drinking rim. The seal is flexible and responsive to pressure to lift away from the drinking rim to allow passage of liquid through the drinking rim for drinking from the cup.
Container and Lid
An insulated container having a canister can be sealed by a lid structure. The lid structure can be a multi-part insulated lid. The lid can include a vent configured to vent air from inside the canister. In addition, the container may be part of a container kit or container system where one or more inner containers, are nested and secured within the insulated container.
Apparatus and methods for dispensing beverages
A dispensing system for use with a portable container for the storage, transport, and dispensation of fluids, especially liquids. The dispensing system includes an annular collar affixable to such a portable container. The collar is matable with a twist-top having a straw thereon. Once mated, corresponding structures on the collar and twist-stop prevent or inhibit separation. The twist-top can be twisted open to a position in which corresponding interior structures of the twist-top and collar form a fluid channel allowing liquid in the container to flow past sealing elements such as a gasket, and to egress to a contoured surface for sipping hot liquids by a human. The twist-top can be twisted close to reseal and inhibit fluid egress. Alternatively, a rotatable flip straw in the twist-top can be opened to drink cold liquids from the container while the twist-top is sealed in closed position.
