Container apparatus embodiments for providing preferably child resistant and senior friendly closures are provided. Generally, the embodiments include containers, each having an internal product space configured for housing at least one product. Generally, the container apparatus embodiments are each configured to move between a CLOSED position and an OPENED position. Various mechanisms according to the disclosed concepts are described to help prevent a person who should not be accessing contents of the container apparatus from doing so.

A closure for a container, and more specifically a closure that is selectively openable and/or lockable providing, for example, one or more child resistant opening features is disclosed.

An atomizer for an electronic cigarette has a liquid storage assembly, a bottom connecting assembly and a base assembly. The bottom connecting assembly includes a base threaded ring. The base assembly comprises a lower cover fitted with the base threaded ring and an adjustment ring rotatably sleeved about the lower cover. The apparatus, system and method may include a container body having therewithin a cavity; a cap capable of providing access to the cavity when opened; a collar about the container body and capable of impeding access to the cap; and at least one safety feature suitable, upon actuation, to allow the collar to slide to remove the impedance to accessing the cap. The container may further include a tamper evidencing feature at least partially physically associated with the cap. The at least one safety feature may include a plurality of tabs, or one or more buttons.

A childproof container apparatus, system and method. The apparatus, system and method may include a container body having therewithin a cavity; a cap capable of providing access to the cavity when opened; a collar about the container body and capable of impeding access to the cap; and at least one safety feature suitable, upon actuation, to allow the collar to slide to remove the impedance to accessing the cap. A child safe container. The container may be locked by a combination lock. The container may have a hollow foundation with polygonal walls attached to a hollow cylinder extending upward from the base. The container may have a plurality of number disks circling the hollow cylinder, each with polygonal outer wall and two internal ridges forming opposing slots aligned to on face. The container may also have a cap with two prongs with teeth that interact with the internal ridges of the number disks to lock the container, and freely pass through the slots when the container is unlocked. The container may be held together by one-way snaps, that allow free rotation of the number disk, and cap.

A closure is provided for a container. The closure includes a base having a substantially cylindrical shape with a recessed area along a top perimeter of the base. The closure also includes a lid configured to close over and open off of the base. The closure further includes a tab that extends from a lower surface of the lid and includes a lip portion configured to fold back onto the tab and lock with the base when the lid is closed over the base. The tab detaches from the lid when opening the lid from the base after the lip portion is folded back onto the tab. A portion of the outer surface of the tab is visible through the at least one recessed area after the lid is closed over the base and remains partially visible after the tab has detached from the lid.
