The cover has a base section, by which the cover is fastened or fastenable to the container, and a closure section that is hinged on the base section via a hinge assembly such that it can pivot about a rotational axis. The hinge assembly is designed to hold or lock the closure section in a self-supporting manner in a position releasing the outlet recess.

The horizontal guides are interconnected with a flexible material between individual trays. On the two outer faces of the opposing shorted sides, there are vertical C-shaped guides mounted. In the vertical guides, sliding couplings are movably mounted, these couplings being firmly attached to the outer face of the horizontal guides. To the outer face of the horizontal guide of the first top tray there are suspension hooks attached, which are suspended with their curved part from the top face of the opposing shorter sides of the frame structure.

The present invention discloses a pallet container cage 100 wherein the horizontal elements 103 and vertical elements 102 of the cage 100 are connected by rivets 101 at uppermost section 109 and lowermost section 110 which pass through the first element and partially through the second element in a way that it grips the second element completely. The first element and the second element are engaged together with the rivet 101. The rivet 101 is inserted from the first element and is passed through the two sections of the first element and partially in the second element which locks with only one section of the second element, more particularly with inner side of the second element. Such system of riveting may enable the exposed surface of the second element to remain smooth and free from any rivet protrusions thereby eliminating the damages caused by the protrusion formed in existing art.
