Pallet container
A pallet container for storage and for transport of hazardous liquid or flowable materials includes a thin-walled rigid inner container made from thermoplastic, with a tubular lattice frame surrounding the inner container and having horizontal and vertical tubular rods welded together, and a rectangular base pallet supporting the inner container and connected to the tubular lattice frame. Two parallel rod-shaped crossbars extend across the top, laterally next to the upper filler neck of the cube-shaped inner container, to which the top of the inner container is fastened by means of two holders. The holders are formed in the course of the upper pinch-off seam from the plastic material of the inner container during blow molding. The top of the plastic inner container is fitted with two solid stable crossbar supporting pins which are open at the side and each engage over the two crossbars.

PALLET CONTAINER
A pallet container for storage and for transportation of liquid or free-flowing contents has a thin-walled, rigid plastic inner container composed of thermoplastic material, having a tubular lattice frame, which, in the form of a supporting jacket, tightly encloses the plastic inner container and which is composed of horizontal and vertical tubular bars which are welded to one another, and having a rectangular bottom pallet, on which the plastic inner container bears and to which the tubular lattice frame is firmly connected.
Metal cage for tanks
The present invention relates to a metal cage (1) for a tank (2) comprising a base (3), a plurality of horizontal annular tubular elements (4, 4′) and a plurality of vertical tubular elements (5) associated with the horizontal annular tubular elements (5) and to the base (3) so as to define a containment volume for a tank (2). According to the invention, the upper portion (6) of the vertical tubular elements (5) is flattened and has a folded end (7), inclined with respect to the direction of longitudinal development of the vertical tubular element (5). Moreover, the upper horizontal peripheral tubular element (4′) comprises a plurality of recesses (8) configured to house said folded ends (7) of the vertical tubular elements (5). These folded ends (7) are welded to the upper horizontal peripheral tubular element (4′) at said recesses (8).
MICRO-SPILL PREVENTION TROUGH AND METHOD OF USE
A micro-spill prevention trough and method for use in with intermediate bulk container (IBC) totes is disclosed herein. The micro-spill prevention trough includes an attachment portion rotationally coupled to fluid retention portion. The attachment portion is configured to be secured under a spout of an intermediate bulk container (IBC) tote. The attachment portion includes a bucket portion defining a fluid retention space. The fluid retaining portion defines a second fluid retention space, wherein the fluid retaining portion pivots between an open position and a closed position. In the closed position a front wall of the fluid retaining portion pivots into the bucket portion of the attachment portion to define a fluid retention container.
INNER CONTAINER MADE OF PLASTIC AND TRANSPORT AND STORAGE CONTAINER FOR LIQUIDS HAVING AN INNER CONTAINER MADE OF PLASTIC
The invention relates to an inner container (15) made of plastic for transporting and storing liquids, the inner container (15) having an outlet socket (18) for connecting an outlet fitting (17) on a front side, a bottom wall (20) connecting two side walls (23, 24), a rear wall (22) and a front wall (16) of the inner container (15) and serving to support the inner container (15) on a pallet floor (21) of a transport pallet (11) provided with an outer jacket (14) for receiving the inner container (15), and a top wall (25) located opposite the bottom wall (20) and provided with a filling opening, wherein the side walls (23, 24) each have a horizontal corrugation (47, 48), the horizontal corrugations (47, 48) being disposed in a shared central horizontal plane.
Molded container assembly
A molded container assembly includes a pallet, a molded container, and a plurality of connection systems. The pallet supports the molded container thereon and includes stacking alignment structure for stacking the pallet on another molded container assembly. The molded container includes a tank portion, several leg supports, and several buttresses. The tank portion includes several curved sidewalls and a fill opening. The leg supports include lower sections and upper sections that extend above the fill opening for spacing a pallet stacked on top of the molded container above the fill opening. The upper sections include pallet engaging structure for engaging pallets of at least two different types. The buttresses extend between the tank portion and the leg supports. The connection systems include washers that allow for shrinkage and expansion between the molded container and the pallet in a number of directions.
Pallet container including an inliner
A pallet container (10). having a thin-walled rigid internal container (12) including a thermoplastic plastics material, a tubular lattice frame (14), as a supporting jacket tightly enclosing the plastics-material internal container (12), and a rectangular base pallet (16) on which the plastics-material internal container (12) bears and to which the tubular lattice frame (14) is fixedly connected. cuboid plastics-material internal container (12) has a protective-housing-shaped molding (26 and a cuboidal flexible inliner (28) including a plastics-material film is inserted in the rigid plastics-material internal container (12), the inliner at the top being connected to the filling connector (30) and at the bottom being connected to the removal connector (32) with removal fitting (24) of the rigid plastics-material internal container (12).
