A drink container comprising: a pouch with exterior and interior surfaces, the interior surface defining an internal chamber; a straw located entirely within the internal chamber; a seam connected to a border of the pouch, the seam partially separating a first portion of the internal chamber from a second portion of the internal chamber; wherein the straw is fixedly attached to the interior surface at a first location; wherein the pouch includes first and second opposing side panels, the first and second opposing side panels coupled to one another along the border and along the seam; wherein the first side panel includes first and second layers; wherein a first portion of the first side panel includes the first layer but not the second layer; wherein the first portion of the internal chamber includes: (a) the first portion of the first side panel, and (b) a first end of the straw.

A packaging with integrated tube comprising a tube 17 attached to a film 18 that is attached to the packaging 15 with an opening place 16 so the user can push the tube and the opening place against each other to pierce the packaging while the film is attached to the tube and the packaging at predetermined locations so the film lets the tube to be moved partially while the film prevents the full detachment of the tube from the packaging and the opening place is part of the boundary of the packaging so the content of packaging can contact the opening place and penetrating this boundary will position the tube as such that one end of tube is inside the packaging and other end is outside, this way, the tube provides access to the content of the package after creating an opening. A holding device includes a fixing plate, a connecting member connected with the fixing plate, and a positioning member connected with the connecting member. The fixing plate is provided with a through hole which has an end provided with a groove which has a helical shape. A tear line is formed between the groove and the fixing plate. The connecting member is defined by the groove of the fixing plate. The positioning member is mounted on the bottom of the connecting member and is provided with a retaining hole for positioning a straw. The holding device is combined with a cap of a container. Thus, the straw is held by the positioning member of the holding device which is limited by the cap, so that the straw will not drop into the container body.

The present disclosure provides a straw and a straw bottle containing a combined straw. The straw includes a rigid tube, a hose sleeved to a bottom of the rigid tube, and an elastic installing base sleeved on an outside of the rigid tube. The elastic installing base is detachably sleeved in a drinking water outlet of a cover body. When a top cover is buckled with the cover body, the top cover presses the rigid tube, so that the hose is in a compression and bending state, and the straw is placed in the drinking water outlet. Thus, a user may disassemble and assemble the straw, which is convenient for the cleaning of the straw.

Drinks pouch

A fully sealed pouch containing a drink is provided with a straw within the pouch accessible to allow a user to draw drink from the pouch. The pouch defines a top portion, a bottom portion, and respective side edges interconnecting the top portion and the bottom portion. A corner portion is defined between the top portion and one side edge, the corner portion being openable by a user to access the straw. The pouch forms a closed cavity containing the drink, the cavity being defined by the top portion, the bottom portion, and side edges and by at least one wall defining a front face and a rear face for the cavity. The front and rear faces are connected together in the top portion. The front and rear faces are continuous with each other at, or are connected along, the other of the side edges. The front and rear faces are connected, optionally via a gusset, to provide the bottom portion. The one side edge is formed by a first heat seal connecting the front and rear faces; and a second heat seal connects the front and rear faces and extends in an incomplete fashion from the top portion to the bottom portion, being spaced inboard of the first heat seal. The second heat seal divides the interior of the cavity into major and minor portions interconnected so that drink may flow between them, the minor portion lying between the first and second heat seals, and the straw being located within this minor portion. A number of different ways are described in which the corner portion may be opened along a line of weakness formed in the pouch and extending generally parallel to the top edge or the bottom portion from the first heat seal to and ending at the second heat seal.

Dual Functioning Straw and Drink Spout

A beverage drinking apparatus has a container, a spout, a straw and a cap, and allows the user a choice of drinking method. When the user turns the cap in a first direction, the straw extends from spout for the user to drink from. When the user turns the cap in a second direction, the straw is removed from the container, allowing the user to drink from the spout.
