BICYCLE TRANSPORT CONTAINER AND BICYCLE FIXING ELEMENT
An outer container of a bicycle transport container is adapted to transport a pre-assembled bicycle in it. The bicycle frame is already connected to the rear wheel, the fork and the stem. The front wheel, the handlebar and the saddle are connected to the frame and respectively the fork via fixing elements. For positionally correct arrangement of such a bicycle prepared for transport, outer container is provided with rear-stay receiving portions, a stem receiving portion and a spacer element
Method and apparatus for secured packing of objects
A packaging block that includes a body section having a aperture defined therein. A hinge defines a first portion of the body section and a second portion of the body section. The first portion is rotatably coupled to the second portion via the hinge. A plurality of selectively removable sections are removably coupled to the body section. The aperture receives at least a portion of an article to facilitate securement of the article during packaging and transport.
Handled Packaging System
A handled packaging system having upper corner pieces and lower corner pieces. The lower corner piece has first and second opposed side panels, and an end panel connected to the first and second side panels. A first bottom flap connected to the first side panel and a second bottom flap connected to the second side panel are secured in overlapping and parallel relationship with a central bottom flap connected to the end panel. A handle connected to a handle plate extends through an opening in the end panel so that the handle is outside of the corner piece and the handle plate is inside of the corner piece. Protective panels may be provided and retained between the lower corner pieces 14 and the upper corner pieces.
CORNER PROTECTOR
A corner protector includes two surface portions having a rectangular shape and interposing a bent portion extending parallel to one side; a notch reaching the bent portion from one side of at least one surface portion of the two surface portions; and a folding line reaching one side of the other surface portion from a terminal end of the notch.
Cushioning material, packing material, and package
A cushioning material includes cushioning sheets stacked on top of another and configured to reduce an external force acting on an electrical device. The cushioning sheets include a first cushioning sheet that is positioned to intersect a direction of the external force acting on the electrical device and a second cushioning sheet that has a higher strength in the direction of the external force acting on the electrical device than the first cushioning sheet and is positioned to intersect the direction of the external force acting on the electrical device.
COMBINED DOUBLE-LAYER BUFFERING MODULAR CONCAVE CORNER PROTECTOR
A combined double-layer buffering modular concave corner protector, relating to technical field of packaging products. It includes modular corner protectors, and at least two modular corner protectors are provided, affixed to each other and locked by screws and nuts; a groove for assembling product is provided between two modular corner protectors, and a cavity is provided inside the modular corner protector. By combining the modular corner protectors two by two to form a groove, grooves of different sizes can be obtained by adjusting thickness of the first convex platform and second convex platform to protect corners of flat-panel products with a variety of thickness specifications; using screws to fit with nuts to fix two modular corner protectors and firmly press product corner so as to ensure that the product is not easy to fall off in transportation process without use of tape or packing strap.
PACKAGING MATERIALS HAVING SEGMENTS AND CONNECTORS FOR RELEASABLY DETACHING PORTIONS OF NEIGHBORING CONNECTORS
Packaging materials having segments and connectors for releasably detaching portions of neighboring connectors are disclosed. According to an aspect, packaging material includes segments positioned end-to-end with respect to each other. The packaging material also includes connectors that each include a first portion and a second portion for attaching respective neighboring segments together. Each first portion can pivotally connect its respective neighboring segments together. Each second portion is configured to separate for releasing its attachment of the neighboring segments. Further, the packaging material includes protrusions that are each attached to a respective segment. The protrusions are configured to at least partially abut each other when neighboring segments are pivoted with respect to each other to a corner packaging position.
CUSHIONING MEMBER FOR PACKED OBJECT
[Problem to be Solved] To provide a cushioning member for protecting a packed object, the cushioning member being designed to have an excellent cushioning effect with a small form and advantageously reduce industrial waste.
[Solution] A cushioning member includes a first cushioning member made of a foam material with a front face disposed adjacent to a packed object and a back side extending with a first width in the longitudinal direction on the opposite side from the front face, and a second cushioning member including a corrugated board assembly. The second cushioning member has a bottom wall extending in the longitudinal direction, a pair of side walls connected on both sides of the bottom wall, and a plurality of bridge portions that extend between the pair of side walls so as to bridge the pair of side walls and extend in a direction perpendicular to the bottom wall, the second cushioning member being configured such that the bottom wall and the side walls form a channel extending in the longitudinal direction with a second width larger than the first width. The first cushioning member is fixed on the second cushioning member in a state in which the back side is in contact with the upper ends of the bridge portions.
CUSHIONING MATERIAL, PACKAGING MATERIAL, AND PACKAGED ITEM
A cushioning material cushions an external force applied to an electronic device. The cushioning material includes a support plate and a cushioning portion. The support plate is a member configured to support the electronic device. The cushioning portion is included in the support plate and cushions an external force applied to the electronic device. The cushioning portion includes a first cushioning portion and a second cushioning portion. The first cushioning portion has a first surface fixed to the support plate and a second surface facing the electronic device. The second cushioning portion has a third surface fixed to the support plate and a fourth surface facing the electronic device. In a graph where the vertical axis represents the external force applied to the electronic device and the horizontal axis represents the time since the external force starts to be applied to the electronic device, the types of waveforms of the graph of the first cushioning portion and the second cushioning portion are different.
