Packing container
A packing container includes a tray-fitted palette, a top case, a cushion member, and a slope plate. The tray-fitted palette has a tray on which a packed article is placed and a palette fixed to the bottom surface of the tray. The top case is in a tubular shape open at the bottom and covers the side and top faces of the packed article. The cushion member is placed between the packed article and the top case. When the packed article placed on the tray is moved, the slope plate is coupled to the tray-fitted palette. The cushion member is arranged as a reinforcement stand under the slope plate coupled to the tray-fitted palette.
Corner protector
A corner protector includes two surface portions having a rectangular shape and interposing a bent portion extending parallel to one side; a notch reaching the bent portion from one side of at least one surface portion of the two surface portions; and a folding line reaching one side of the other surface portion from a terminal end of the notch.
Electronic product packaging
An article for packaging a casing of a system unit of a desktop computer and one or more components to be installed in the system unit is provided. The article comprises a package box, an external cushion insert and an internal cushion insert. The internal cushion insert includes a second packing cushion and one or more recess compartments formed on the second packing cushion. The second packing cushion has a contour of an external surface following at least a partial contour of an internal structure of the casing of the system unit and a contour of an internal surface formed over a recess compartment following at least a partial contour of an external structure of the component.
Packaging assembly for an appliance
A packaging assembly (10) for an appliance (14) includes a first shock-absorbing member (18) that defines a cavity (22) to receive atop (26) of the appliance (14) and a second shock-absorbing member (42). The first shock-absorbing member (18) defines a first groove (30) and a second groove (34). Each of the first groove (30) and second groove (34) is defined in a top surface (38) of the first shock-absorbing member (18) and extends along a length thereof. The second shock-absorbing member (42) defines a recess (46) to receive a bottom (50) of the appliance (14). The first shock-absorbing member (18) and the second shock-absorbing member (42) are configured to retain the appliance (14). A first support feature (54) is disposed within the first groove (30) of the first shock-absorbing member (18). A second support feature (58) is disposed within the second groove (34) of the first shock-absorbing member (18). Each of the first support feature (54) and the second support feature (58) is constructed of a wood plastic composite.
SHOCK ABSORBING MEMBER AND PACKING BODY
A shock absorbing member includes a support part that supports a side of a product accommodated in a box, and a movable part provided on the support part and movable into a recessed portion formed in the side with the support part supporting the side.
Display device and method for assembling same
A display apparatus comprises a display including a stand mounting portion; a protective member coupleable to and decoupleable from the display along an edge of the display so that while the protective member is coupled to the display, the protective member covers at least the edge of the display; and a stand mountable to the stand mounting portion of the display along a front and rear direction of the display, the protective member includes a mounting portion protective member coupleable to and decoupleable from at least a portion of the display; a support protective member coupleable to and decoupleable from a portion of a lower end of the display; and a fall prevention protective member coupleable to and decoupleable from a side end of the display and coupleable to and decoupleable from a side end of the support protective member.
TOP COVER STRUCTURE FOR SERVER PACKAGING
An apparatus stages a bag on tall equipment while providing top cushioning for transport. A top cover structure sits on the equipment's upper surface and presents, on its bottom-facing side, multiple corner components and a central component. Each corner component includes a bag-retention feature that receives and holds a portion of the bag opening, and the central component includes a bag-retention feature (optionally leading to a staging cavity) that receives and holds a portion of the bag body. Retention mechanisms include, for example, flexible petal lids, keyed lined slots, clamps, or bristle arrays. Corner components may be adjustable to fit different footprints. Variants include a one-piece board carrying all components and a modular assembly of separate corner and central components. The staged bag is then drawn down over the equipment.
Toolless crate assembly with interchangeable cartridge
A crate assembly includes a crate having a base and an interchangeable cartridge supported by the base. The interchangeable cartridge is insertable and removable from the base of the crate. The interchangeable cartridge includes a cartridge base and a well. The well is formed by a floater base, side rails, a back board, and a front board. Energy damping components are selected to support a desired load and are disposed between the cartridge base and the floater base thereby providing cushioning to a load carried in the crate. Brace brackets attach to ends of the side rails. After loading a server rack, openings on the front board slide over end bolts of the brace brackets thereby providing toolless securement of the load within the well. Worn cartridges are replaced with new cartridges thereby extending crate life and cartridges are customizable depending on application to support different load dimensions or weights.
PACKAGING CUSHION FOR HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE, HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PACKAGING CUSHION
A household appliance includes a main body defining a chamber and a door configured to close the chamber. A packaging cushion wraps a top or a bottom of the household appliance. The packaging cushion includes: a first plate, at least configured to cover a top surface or a bottom surface of the main body, a rim on at least one side of the first plate being folded to form a side portion provided with a cavity, and the side portion being configured to cover at least part of a side surface of the main body. A protective member is disposed in the cavity. The packaging solution is environmentally friendly, efficient, and reliable.
