RECEPTACLE FOR HOLDING AN ACTIVE SUBSTANCE AND CORRESPONDING CLOSURE AND CONTAINER WITH SUCH A RECEPTACLE
A receptacle forming a chamber partially filled with an active substance, wherein the receptacle is a body and a cap which closes the body. The cap includes a top wall with a first main side facing an interior of the chamber and a skirt formed with the first main side of the top wall. The body includes a bottom wall and a sidewall. The skirt and the sidewall surround one another in contact with each other. The walls surrounding the chamber include the bottom wall, the top wall and either the skirt or the sidewall. At least one ventilation path is provided between the skirt and the sidewall, such that the ventilation path connects the chamber with the outside atmosphere.
IRRADIATED RESIN MOLDING
The invention provides a resin molding and a method of producing the same in which sterilizability thereof is secured and discoloration (yellowing) thereof is reduced even when the resin molding is radiation-irradiated under anaerobic conditions (deoxidation conditions). The radiation-irradiated and packaged resin molding is primarily packaged with a packaging material having oxygen permeability and then secondarily packaged with an oxygen impermeable packaging material together with a deoxidizer. The method of producing a radiation-irradiated and packaged resin molding involves a step of primarily packaging a resin molding before radiation irradiation with a packaging material having oxygen permeability, a step of subsequently secondarily packaging with an oxygen impermeable packaging material together with a deoxidizer, and then a step of conducting radiation irradiation. A step of opening the secondary packaging under the atmosphere, following the radiation irradiation step, is preferred.
FOOD CONTAINER FOR PRESERVING FRESHNESS OF FOOD ITEMS
The invention discloses a food container for preserving freshness of food, comprising a container body having a cavity adapted for containing food items; a lid detachably secured on the container body to close the cavity of the container; and one or more food preserving elements capable of absorbing food spoiling gas to preserve freshness of the food items. The one or more food preserving elements are disposed inside the cavity and/or into a material of the food container to preserve the food items for an extended period of time and remove odors.
TRANSDERMAL DELIVERY SYSTEM
A transdermal delivery system comprising a drug-containing matrix layer, a release liner and a backing layer. The drug-containing matrix layer further comprises a methylphenidate base, an adhesive polymer made up of a styrene rubber block copolymer having a styrene content of 24% or above by weight of the adhesive polymer; the adhesive polymer is present in an amount of 20% to 45% by weight of the drug-containing matrix layer, a tackifier present in an amount of 30% to 45% by weight of the drug-containing matrix layer, and a hydrocarbon plasticizer present in an amount of 1% to 30% by weight of the drug-containing matrix layer.
MOISTURE PROTECTION FEATURES FOR A BOTTLE FOR STORING SOLID PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS AND METHODS OF MAKING SAME
A bottle for storing solid pharmaceutical products includes a substantially cylindrical body having a sidewall, a top and a base defining an interior chamber, a first opening disposed on the top of the body, the first opening providing communication to the interior chamber and being eccentric with respect to the central longitudinal axis of the body, and a second opening disposed adjacent the first opening, the second opening being smaller than the first opening.
PET FOOD PACKAGING
Provided is a pet food packaging, in which an amount of granular pet food to be used in one occasion is sealed in a packaging material having a heat resistance and gas barrier properties, and an oxygen absorber having a heat resistance is also sealed therein.
CONTAINER WITH AN OXYGEN ABSORBER
A container including a tray, an oxygen absorber, and a removable film. The tray includes a base, at least one sidewall extending in a first direction from the base, and at least one partition extending in the first direction from the base. The partition divides an interior of the tray into at least a first compartment and a second compartment adjacent to the first compartment. The container also includes at least one aperture in the at least partition. The aperture places the first compartment in fluid communication with the second compartment. The oxygen absorber is in the first compartment or the second compartment, and the removable film covers the first compartment and the second compartment.
STABLE PACKAGING SYSTEM FOR MOISTURE AND OXYGEN SENSITIVE PHARMACEUTICAL DOSAGE FORMS
The invention describes a blister packaging system, and method of making the system, capable of establishing and maintaining arid and anaerobic conditions for packaging pharmaceutical products that are sensitive to oxygen and/or moisture. The blister packaging system encompasses, for example, a scaffold of several interconnected cavities intended for product and one or more reservoirs comprising an oxygen scavenger and/or a desiccant. Furthermore, the concentration of the components is maintained at a level that prevents establishment of equilibrium conditions.
PACKAGE
A package includes a mildew-resistant bag with a chamber for holding a shoe, and a protective unit for protecting the shoe from moisture or mildew, wherein the protective unit is disposed in the chamber and attached to the mildew-resistant bag at a predetermined position.
Medicine bottle with solid silica flaky drying agent
A medicine bottle with a solid silica flaky drying agent is disclosed. The solid silica flaky drying agent is wrapped in a filter paper and packed inside a bubble cap on which a number of holes are provided for moisture absorption. The bubble cap containing the solid silica flake drying agent can be attached to the cap of the medicine bottle via a baseplate behind a circular locking notch for preventing the solid silica flake drying agent from falling off the cap, or placed at the bottom of the medicine bottle which has a circular locking notch to prevent the solid silica flake drying agent from falling out of the medicine bottle.
