Methods, devices, and systems for assembling a pallet are provided. In particular, a pallet is provided that is made from multiple pieces that are bent from an initial planar shape to a final shape. In some embodiments, a transverse piece locks at least one longitudinal piece in the final shape without the use of fasteners or adhesives. The resulting pallet can be loaded with materials and then maneuvered and transported using a forklift. In addition, the pieces can be made from cardboard which significantly reduces the weight of the pallet.

Support tray for foldably constructed pallets

A foldably constructible support tray is provided for a foldably constructible pallet. The foldably constructible support tray may include a tray panel. The tray panel may include a pair of opposing lips foldably connected to opposing edges of the tray panel and a pair of opposing securing sidewalls foldably connected to the remaining opposing edges of the tray panel. Portions of each lip may be secured to each securing sidewall. The tray panel may be positioned on a support surface of a top member of the foldably constructible pallet. The foldably constructible pallet may include a bottom member connected to the top member. The bottom member may have a base. A peripheral wall may extend between the support surface and the base. A portion of the foldably constructible support tray may couple to the foldably constructible pallet to secure the foldably constructible support tray to the foldably constructible pallet.

Improved equipment bases and methods for making and using same are disclosed herein. The equipment base can include a first coated substrate including a first part having a first thickness sized to provide the load-bearing support for the equipment, a first elastomer coating the first part, a second coated substrate positioned adjacent to the first coated substrate, the second coated substrate including a second part having a second thickness sized to provide the load-bearing support for the equipment, and a second elastomer coating the second part. A first seam can be formed between the first and second coated substrates to allow for moisture to pass between the first and second coated substrates so that moisture is allowed to seep away from the bottom of the equipment.

Recyclable Cardboard Pallet

A recyclable cardboard pallet is disclosed herein. The pallet includes a top platform and a bottom platform formed by at least one layer of laminar components, wherein at least one of the layers of laminar components of each platform has openings, fastening components, and a frustoconical shape for inserting separators. The separators include outer tubular bodies with an inner diameter that is greater than or equal to a largest diameter of the openings, such that ends of the outer tubular body rest completely on the laminar elements between which it is located. The separators further include an inner tubular body concentric with and longer than the outer tubular body, the inner tubular body having an outer diameter configured relative to a smallest diameter of the openings, such that the outer diameter of the inner tubular body fits flush with laminar elements between which it is located.

The invention is a pallet comprising a cover element (12) having a load bearing surface and a bottom surface being opposite the load bearing surface (11), and foot elements (10), each having a foot surface (15) being parallel with the bottom surface, and side walls (17) connecting the foot surface (15) and the bottom surface, the foot elements (10) being connected to the bottom surface (13), wherein the side walls (17) facing to each other of adjacent foot elements (10) being parallel with each other. The pallet further comprising a central stiffening element being supported against the side walls (17) facing to each other of adjacent foot elements (10) and being abutted against the bottom surface of the cover element (12), and the cover element (12) and the foot elements (10) being made from foldable sheet material.

Pallet stabilizer

A pallet stabilizer formed from a paperboard blank. The pallet stabilizer includes a generally planar central panel having opposing first and second outer longitudinal sides, and opposing first and second lateral sides. A hollow beam structure including at least one beam body is defined by a body flap formed integral with the central panel and comprising a plurality of flap panels connected in series at respective panel fold lines. Two of the flap panels define longitudinally extending opposing beam sides extending transverse to a plane defined by the central panel. One of the flap panels is located distal from the central panel and is hingedly connected to each of the two flap panels defining the beam sides at respective panel fold lines. Opposing longitudinal beam edges are spaced longitudinally inward from the opposing outer longitudinal sides of the central panel.
