The pallet includes a plate-like pallet body made of foamed resin, the plurality of legs provided on the bottom surface of the pallet body, and the resin sheet integrated from the bottom surface side of the pallet body by vacuum-forming. Further, the top surface of the pallet body includes the loading surface on which goods-conveyed are placed, and the step portion formed in a shape down-step from the outer peripheral edge of the loading surface to the side surface of the pallet body. The resin sheet covers the bottom surface of the pallet body, the legs, the side surface and the step portion of the pallet body, and the loading surface is not covered with the resin sheet.
TOTE SYSTEM FOR FACILITATING RETAIL PICK-UP ORDERS
A tote and tote system providing for more efficient retail order pick-ups is disclosed. In certain embodiments, a tote may comprise a bottom panel for supporting one or more retail items, a rear panel and a front panel, wherein the front panel comprises an opening for accessing the one or more retail items of the tote, a first and a second side panel, and one or more bale arms positioned across a top of the tote, wherein the one or more bale arms each comprise a substantially horizontal portion extending from the first side panel to the second side panel, such that the one or more bale arms are operable to support another tote stacked on top of the tote.
Integrated weld stop
A weld stop element may be used in a hot plate welding process for bonding first and second plastic components. The weld stop element includes a weld stop post positioned between ribs of one or both of the components. The weld stop post is sized such that the weld stop post is not accessible by a heating element during a heating phase of the hot plate welding process. The weld stop post defines a stop position for when the first and second plastic components are pressed together after the heating phase.
Wood lumber replacement technology
A stringer and plank pallet, system and method includes a plurality of planks made of a composite material or a non-wood material and a thickness and holes defined therein comprising a plurality of post cutouts in each of a first and a second end of the plurality of planks. A plurality of stringers made of the composite or non-wood material are configured to receive the plurality of planks via a plurality of post plugs equivalent to the plank thickness and complementary to the plurality of post cutouts. An assembled outside surface relation of the plurality of stringers to the plurality of planks is self-aligning and flush. A plurality of holes are defined in the planks adjacent a first and a second end of the post cutouts to receive a plurality of fasteners driven into the plurality of stringers.
PALLET WITH PRINTED IMAGES
A system and technique has been developed to print graphics on a pallet. In one form, the graphics are printed on one of the decks of the pallet. The graphics in one variation are printed on a deck that is in the form of a flat, contiguous surface via a flatbed printer. The flatbed printer has a printer head that forms a gap that is able to accommodate the deck of the pallet. After printing, the deck is assembled with the rest of the pallet. The graphics can include text and images. In one form, the graphics include a packing template that shows how at least one packing layer should be packed on the pallet.
Pallet cover and transport container
A pallet cover and transport container includes a container body having a top end, a plurality of side walls, and an interior space. The bottom end of the container is open to the interior space and includes complementary dimensions to a shipping pallet. A first plurality of grooves are disposed along the bottom end of the side walls at locations complementary to the side channels of the shipping pallet. Connectors are disposed along the side walls to removably secure the container to a pallet. The connectors including a sliding shaft having an aperture for receiving a lock. A second plurality of grooves are disposed along the closed top end of the container body to allow the container to be used while inverted and transported by a forklift.
CONFIGURABLE PALLET
This disclosure provides a configurable pallet or load-bearing platform, such as a pallet, for supporting goods. The load-bearing platform may include one or more plastic bases having two or more protrusions connected by one or more bridge pieces. The two or more protrusions are spaced apart one or more distances. The load-bearing platform further includes a cardboard base having openings spaced apart an amount wherein the openings are configured to receive the two or more protrusions of the plastic base. A load distribution member may be included and configured to contact at least a portion of the plastic base. The load distribution member may support at least a portion of the goods and distributes at least a portion of the weight of the goods to at least a portion of the plastic base. The size of the cardboard base, as well as other components of the load-bearing platform, in certain implementations, may be customized on demand.
UNIVERSAL PALLETS FOR STORAGE AND DISPLAY
Described is a pallet including a base having a length extending between a first end and a second end opposite the first end and a width transverse to the length; and a cage removably coupled to the base.
