The container has at least one lockable crossbar assembly extending between opposed tracks. Each lockable crossbar assembly has one or more locking assemblies to fix the position of the lockable crossbar assembly relative to the tracks.

A pallet system for shipping and storage of railing segments. The pallet system captures the corners of a plurality of railing segments, thereby diminishing the weight, footprint, and materials of construction requirements. In some embodiments, a plurality of the pallet systems can be stacked. The diminished size of the pallet system components after removal of the railing segments can be returned to the shipper in a refund exchange arrangement. In some embodiments, the plurality of railing segments is maintained in a fixed relationship using a spacer that is inserted laterally through the plurality of railing segments.

A pallet includes base members, connecting bars, and a loading plate. The connecting bars secure the base members to form a pallet frame. The loading plate is fixed on the pallet frame. The size of the pallet can be adjusted in length and width so as to be adjusted freely and conveniently according to practical requirements. A pallet for transporting products thereon includes a top having a product support surface and an opposing underside, and with outer sides extending between the product support surface and the opposing underside. The top includes a hand access hole extending through the top and located at a center of gravity of the pallet. Four feet each extend away from the underside of the top. Each foot has a first opening facing out through the product supporting surface for allowing stacking of such pallets.

A shelving system includes a plurality of collapsible containers stacked on one another and on a pallet or dolly. Each collapsible container includes a base and a pair of opposed side walls pivotably connected to the base and movable between an upright position and a collapsed position on the base. The present invention discloses a composite ribbed expanded polystyrene pallet and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising a body and a base support, said base support clads the sides and bottom of the body, said body is made of expanded polystyrene, said comprises a pallet platform and plural supporting feet. The pallet of the present invention has good load bearing performance, economy and practicability. The logistics cost also can be reduced greatly. Therefore, the composite ribbed expanded polystyrene pallet and the manufacturing method thereof have broad market prospects in popularization.

A weld stop element may be used in a hot plate welding process for bonding first and second plastic components. The weld stop element includes a weld stop post positioned between ribs of one or both of the components. The weld stop post is sized such that the weld stop post is not accessible by a heating element during a heating phase of the hot plate welding process. The weld stop post defines a stop position for when the first and second plastic components are pressed together after the heating phase.

A modular pallet system utilizes a plurality of modular pallets that are configured to engage along sides of the pallet to form an interconnected array of coupled pallets that may be moved by a pallet truck and wherein the individual pallets are configured for detachment and transport with a hand-truck. A quad array of coupled pallets may be formed that is about a conventional pallet size and configured to receive the two forks of a fork truck into fork truck openings. One of the modular pallets of the quad array of coupled pallets may be disengaged or disconnected by use of a hand-truck, wherein the tongue of the hand-truck extends in the fork truck opening between the feet of a pallet and engages with hand-truck notches configured on feet. An interconnecting feature of a modular pallet may include a dovetail and dovetail recess.
