Lightweight and rigid pallet
The present disclosure includes a shipping pallet including an upper deck, a lower deck, and a plurality of pillars. The upper deck includes an upper exterior surface and an upper interior surface. The lower deck defines a lower exterior surface and a lower interior surface. The pillars are connected between the upper deck and the lower and the combination of the pillars, the upper deck, and the lower deck defines a space frame structure. Various components, such as the pillars, upper deck, and lower deck may be webbed-formed structures for enhanced rigidity.
PORTABLE BARREL RACK
The present invention relates to a portable barrel rack. The portable barrel rack allows for storage and transportation of multiple barrels with the weight of each barrel being supported by the rack. Racks have lower and upper rectangular frames of different construction, with posts therebetween, and with legs and matching contours so that racks can be stacked. Slats inserted into grooves can retain barrels contained within the racks.
Support frame for a pump stand for receiving vacuum pumps, and main support frame for a coating device for containers, and coating device
A support frame for a pump stand for receiving vacuum pumps for a coating device for coating containers by a coating method. The support frame includes a structure on which bearing struts are formed for detachably connecting to at least two bearing devices, onto which a respective vacuum pump can be detachably mounted. Feet extend downwards from the lowermost bearing struts and have detachable securing devices for connecting to a main support frame of the coating device. The hearing devices have a rectangular cross-section, which is slightly larger than the cross-section of a fork of a lifting truck or a forklift truck, and which are sufficiently spaced apart from one another in the horizontal direction so that the fork of the lifting truck or the stacking fork of the forklift truck can be moved therein with minimal play.
Container having at least one lockable crossbar assembly movable along tracks
A container for holding product therein during shipment and being returned for reuse has at least one track supported by each side of the container. The container has at least one lockable crossbar assembly extending between opposed tracks. Each lockable crossbar assembly has one or more locking assemblies to fix the position of the lockable crossbar assembly relative to the tracks.
PALLET
A pallet includes base members, connecting bars, and a loading plate. The connecting bars secure the base members to form a pallet frame. The loading plate is fixed on the pallet frame. The size of the pallet can be adjusted in length and width so as to be adjusted freely and conveniently according to practical requirements. Consequently, the cost for manufacturing the pallet can be reduced. In addition, when one base member is damaged or missing, the damaged or missing base member can be replaced by a new base member. Therefore, the pallet can be used for more times, allowing the cost reduction in manufactory. Furthermore, the base members and the connecting bars are connected with each other to form the pallet frame which is rigid and has high structural strength, such that the pallet frame would not deform and is safe when used for handling and transporting materials.
TRANSPORT RACK AND/OR STORAGE RACK, AND ARRANGEMENT OF A TRANSPORT RACK AND/OR STORAGE RACK ON A FLOOR PLATE
A transport rack and/or storage rack for standing transport and/or standing storage of plate-shaped goods, such as windows or doors, includes at least two support elements. A standing strip is arranged on a first end of each of the support elements and is removably fastenable, resting on a floor plate. The support elements are connected to each other by at least one crossbar placed on the support elements and the standing strip is aligned perpendicularly to the crossbar. The support elements are single or multi-part plates, having two leaning edges approaching each other at an acute angle away from a base side arranged on the standing strip.
PLATFORMS MADE OF PAPER MATERIALS
A novel platform made of paper materials for the storage, stacking, handling and transportation of goods comprises a top deck comprising a plurality of top deck boards (20a-20e) and a plurality of support beam assemblies (30). The plurality of top deck boards (20a-20e) are attached at regular intervals and perpendicular to the plurality of support beam assemblies (30). In the platform, the top deck boards (20a-20e) and the support beam assemblies (30) are both constructed solely from a combination of a plurality of longitudinal elements having a L-section. The novel platform may further include a bottom deck (40a-40c) comprising a plurality of bottom deck boards which are also constructed solely from a combination of a plurality of longitudinal elements having a L-section.
Container Storage System for Flexible Containers
The present disclosure provides a container storage system including base tray with a flat platform having a polygonal shape and an array of spaced-apart holes, the flat platform defining a perimeter edge. The base tray also includes a substrate beneath the flat platform. The substrate defines a peripheral edge and a sidewall extends upward from the peripheral edge. A plurality of flexible containers are on the flat platform. Each flexible container has four panels, the four panels forming a body portion, a neck portion with a closure, and a tapered transition portion between the body portion and the neck portion. Each flexible container is inverted such that the neck portion extends downward through a respective hole and the tapered transition portion contacts the flat platform to support the inverted flexible container. One panel of at least one inverted flexible container contacts a panel of another inverted flexible container.
Maintainable pallet
In one embodiment, a maintainable pallet is provided with interchangeable support structures and sensors for identifying any damage that the interchangeable support structures may experience. The maintainable pallet may include two side supports, two end supports coupled to the two side supports end-to-end to form a rectangle, a central support position between the two side supports, a plurality of top transverse support fastened onto the two side supports to form a top loading surface and the central support with two-part releasable fasteners, and two bottom transverse supports fastened to the ends of the two side supports to form a bottom surface with two-part releasable fasteners. Sensors, in some embodiments, may be embedded in the two side supports to measure, for example, acceleration, location, or other logistic information. When a damaged piece is identified, the maintainable pallet can be disassembled by unfastening the two-part releasable fasteners to remove the damaged piece; and a new interchangeable piece will replace the damaged piece.
Support assembly and components
A support assembly for constructing and staging a pipeline for installation in a trench. The support assembly includes one or more stacks of support segments. A support segment for the support assembly. Method of using and making the support segments.
