PALLET AND DOLLY WITH BAIL ARM
The present invention provides a pallet having a deck with a generally planar upper surface with a peripheral edge defining a first area, and a ground engaging structure connected to the deck. A mechanism is connected to the pallet and is moveable from a stowed position to a deployed position. When in the deployed position, a portion of the mechanism defines an overhang area adjacent the first area to increase a total support area of the pallet.
Keg pallet
A pallet includes a deck having center portion and two outer portions spaced outward on either side of the center portion. A plurality of keg supports extend from each outer portion to the center portion. Each keg support has a concave upper surface. A large opening is defined between each adjacent pair of keg supports. Outer middle recesses are formed on each outer portion adjacent each large opening. Center middle recesses are formed on the center portion adjacent each large opening. A plurality of column portions protrude from the deck. The pallet accommodates both straight kegs and belly kegs at the same height. The pallet may be formed in two identical halves.
LIGHT WEIGHT PLASTIC PALLET
The presently disclosed pallet is made of plastic, optionally recycled plastic, is low weight, and can handle weight up to more than 2.75 tons as a stacking load. The pallet has a unique design of ribs forming an upper deck and a lower deck to hold the required load. The upper deck and lower deck of the pallet are separated by a group of legs. Cross ribs are provided in each of the upper and lower decks and are oriented perpendicularly to reduce the weight of the pallet without significantly reducing its strength.

ASSEMBLY LINE FOR CREATING A RECYCLABLE AND EXTRUDABLE PALLET ARTICLE WITH WOOD AND PLASTIC COMPONENTS
A manufacturing assembly line for producing an article including a first spray coating station for applying a plastic spray coating to an existing wooden pallet, a second grinding or pulverizing station for reducing the coated article into finely ground particles of a uniform dimension, and a third heating station for converting the mixture into a molten or flowable state. The assembly line further includes a fourth extruder station for forcing the mixture at pressure through an extruder die aperture of a selected cross sectional configured extruder, and so that the mixture is reformed as an elongated article and a fifth cutting station for sectioning the extruded article into selected lengths for subsequent attachment or securernent into a desired configuration.
Pallet structure
A pallet includes columns, an upper deck, and a lower deck. The upper deck links upper ends of the columns such that upper surfaces of the columns and upper deck form an upper deck surface. The lower deck links lower ends of the columns such that lower surfaces of the columns and lower deck form a lower deck surface. Fork insertion structures receive forks of a lift apparatus inserted thereto from four sides of the pallet. Outer circumferential projections are formed along a peripheral edge of the upper deck surface, including an extended portion extending outward from the peripheral edge, and a support portion protruding upward from the extended portion. The support portion has a first height in an insertion-corresponding region, and a second height in a general region, the first height being equal to a thickness of the lower deck, the second height being greater than the first height.
Corrugated pallet shipping method
A shipping method includes the steps of receiving stacks of flat die cut corrugated paperboard blanks from a corrugator or sheet plant; loading the stacks of blanks into a pallet assembly machine; folding the blanks together in the assembly machine to produce a corrugated paperboard pallet; and providing the pallets for shipping items to a receiver. The assembly machine folds the blanks using intermittent motion of the blanks through multiple folding sections in the assembly machine. The sections operate by positioning, clamping and folding the blanks using levers that are supported by rotary bearings and driven by pinned end mounted pneumatic cylinders. The assembly machine overcomes misalignment and shifting of the stacks of blanks by picking up single blanks from the top of the stacks using vacuum, and adjusting alignment of the blanks after being picked up but prior to being fed into the first folding section of the assembly machine.
CARRIER ARRANGEMENT FOR STORING AND/OR TRANSPORTING AND/OR CLEANING DISHWARE OR OTHER ITEMS
Carrier arrangement (1) for storing and/or transporting and/or cleaning dishware or other items, wherein the carrier arrangement (1) has at least one carrier plate (2) with at least one lattice-shaped structure (3), wherein the lattice-shaped structure (3) is formed by lattice rods (5) which are arranged in a rectangular shape, in particular a square shape, and surround rectangular, in particular square, openings (4), and wherein the carrier arrangement (1) has at least one fastening base (6) which is fastenable or fastened with a clamping action on the lattice-shaped structure (3), wherein the fastening base (6) is fastenable or fastened with a clamping action in one of the rectangular, in particular square, openings (4).
Assembled plastic pallet
An assembled plastic pallet is provided in the disclosure, which includes a panel and a plurality of support legs detachably arranged at a lower side of the panel. A metal reinforcement is embedded in the panel, each of the plurality of support legs is in a cuboid, four sides of each of the plurality of support legs is recessed inward to form a first groove, four sides of each of the plurality of support legs is formed with a reinforcing rib, and the reinforcing rib is smoothly transitioned to a bottom of the first groove with an arc. An assembled plastic pallet provided in this disclosure can be freely assembled as required and has high bearing capacity.
