GAS SOURCE WITH AROMA COMPONENT FOR USE IN BEVERAGE MAKING
Systems, methods and cartridges for carbonating or otherwise dissolving gas and an aroma component in a precursor liquid, such as water, to make a beverage. A gas source and aroma component can be provided in a cartridge which is used to generate gas that is dissolved into the precursor liquid. The gas source can be a charged zeolite material having adsorbed gas, and the aroma component can include encapsulated particles of aroma materials.

CONTROLLING PRODUCTION OF H2S IN BEVERAGES FOR PACKING IN ALUMINUM CONTAINING PACKAGES
Packaging a fermented beverage in an aluminum-bearing or containing vessel includes controlling a concentration of sulfur dioxide within the fermented beverage. The concentration of the sulfur dioxide is decreased by subjecting the fermented beverage to a chemical process in batch or in-line and prior to filling the vessel or after filling the vessel.
CONTROLLING PRODUCTION OF H2S IN BEVERAGES FOR PACKING IN ALUMINUM CONTAINING PACKAGES
Packaging a fermented beverage in an aluminum-bearing or containing vessel includes controlling a concentration of sulfur dioxide within the fermented beverage. The concentration of the sulfur dioxide is decreased by subjecting the fermented beverage to a chemical process in batch or in-line and prior to filling the vessel or after filling the vessel.
REBAUDIOSIDE D SWEETENERS AND FOOD PRODUCTS SWEETENED WITH REBAUDIOSIDE D
Beverage products are provided, e.g., a ready to drink cola beverage or a cola beverage concentrate or syrup, including water or carbonated water, acidulant comprising at least one acid, rebaudioside D present in a sweetening amount, and flavoring comprising cola flavoring. Rebaudioside D may be the only sweetener, or alternatively the beverage product further contains one or more additional sweeteners, for example rebaudioside A and/or other high intensity sweetener(s). Rebaudioside D optionally provides at least 10% of the total sweetening of the beverage product according to certain embodiments. Also, a natural carbonated cola beverage product and a beverage product are each provided containing a sweetening amount of rebaudioside D. The rebaudioside D ingredient used in certain methods of making the beverage products disclosed here optionally has a purity, i.e., a rebaudioside D concentration, of 93% or greater, such as 95% or greater, by weight.

A domestic carbonation appliance. The appliance has a replaceable CO2 cylinder, and accepts a refillable bottle. The appliance has a processor for controlling the functions of the device. The appliance comprises: a chassis having a filling chamber; a fill head in the filling chamber, the fill head being attachable to a source of pressurised carbon dioxide gas; the filling chamber having a safety door and locking device; the device having a sensor for detecting a door state and transmitting door state information to the processor; and the processor being adapted to initiate a carbonation process in response to the door state information.

A domestic carbonation appliance. The appliance has a replaceable CO2 cylinder, and accepts a refillable bottle. The appliance has a processor for controlling the functions of the device.
