CONTAINER
A container (100) having: a housing member (10) having a bottom surface member (12) and a side surface member (14); and a protective member (20a) having a receiving surface in contact with an item to be housed. The bottom surface member defines the xy plane and the side surface member defines the xz plane and the yz plane that are orthogonal to the xy plane. The side surface member has a cut-out section (15a) that faces a housing space. The protective member has: an inside member (22a) comprising a receiving section (22R) having two receiving surfaces (23, 24) parallel to the xz plane and the yz plane; and an outside member (32a) arranged between the inside member and a side surface parallel to the yz plane of the side surface member, said outside member being fitted to the inside member so as to be slidable in a direction intersecting the bottom surface. The inside member and the outside member are arranged in the cut-out section so as to each be independently attachable and detachable. The inside member also comprises a support section (22S) formed in the y direction of the receiving section and having a support surface (22Sa) parallel to the xz plane. The support surface protrudes further in the x direction than the receiving surface parallel to the xz plane.
Securing Mechanism for Casing for Transporting Communications Computers and Electronics Racks
A casing for transporting a communication rack that includes a bottom plate, four side walls, a top side and a securing mechanism for securing the communication rack to the bottom plate. The securing mechanism includes two beams and two supporting brackets. Each beam includes two holes and each end of each supporting bracket includes a piece with a threaded hole. The beams are designed to be connected to an upper side of the bottom plate and the supporting brackets are designed to be connected to two side walls of the communication rack. By that enabling to screw four screws that pass through the holes in the beams into the threaded holes in the supporting brackets for securing the communication rack to the bottom plate, and preventing the possibility to attach the side walls to the bottom plate before screwing these four screws.
Top cap guard
A top cap guard is provided. The top cap guard includes a sheet having opposed first edges and opposed second edges and defining first and second apertures along each of the first edges and each of the second edges, respectively, and first and second rigid members respectively disposable along one of the first and second edges, respectively. The top cap guard further includes first and second flaps. The first flaps are respectively attached to one of the first edges. Each first flap is configured to wrap around the corresponding first rigid member and includes first tongues respectively securable in corresponding ones of the first apertures. The second flaps are respectively attached to one of the second edges. Each second flap is configured to wrap around the corresponding second rigid member and includes second tongues respectively securable in corresponding ones of the second apertures.

BASE HAVING MOUNTING PORTIONS AND ELASTIC PIECES FOR MITIGATING DAMAGING FORCES EXPERIENCED BY A DEVICE POSITIONED THEREON
An apparatus according to one embodiment includes a base having at least three mounting points on an upper surface thereof, an elastic block above each of the mounting points, and an elastic panel coupled to, and extending along, the upper surface of the base in a region between the mounting points. An apparatus according to another embodiment includes a base having at least three mounting points on an upper surface thereof, an elastic block above each of the mounting points, and at least two elastic pads positioned in recesses in the upper surface of the base. An apparatus according to another embodiment includes a base having at least three mounting points on an upper surface thereof, and an elastic panel coupled to, and extending along, the upper surface of the base in a region between the mounting points. The apparatus further includes at least two elastic pads.
CUSHIONING PAD AND PACKAGING BOX
A cushioning pad and a packaging box are provided. The cushioning pad includes a body disposed between two sheets and a protrusion. Cushioning pads and sheets are disposed alternately in an accommodating cavity of the packaging box.
Panel transfer tray and method for transferring tray using the same
A panel transfer tray according to an embodiment includes an accommodation part which accommodates a target panel, a protrusion protruding upward direction from an upper edge of the accommodation part, and a first movement prevention member disposed at one side of the accommodation part and disposed adjacent to the protrusion, and the first movement prevention member has a stair shape of which a planar area gradually decreases along the upward direction.
Cushion structure and packaging assembly
A cushion structure for use with a packaging case provides cushion and protection of an object. The cushion structure includes a first member and a second member. The first member is configured to snuggly receive the object; the second member is configured to be mounted onto a case body of the packaging case; and the first member and the second member are detachably coupled.
Adjustable pallet
Adjustable pallets are provided which include a deck to support a product for shipping. The deck is selectively positionable in a raised position, as a horizontal support surface for the product, and in a lowered position, closer, at least in part, to a floor to facilitate loading the product on or unloading the product from the pallet. Further, the adjustable pallet includes a movable support, the movable support includes an inclined plane. The deck rests on the movable support in the raised position, and the deck traverses, at least in part, the inclined plane of the movable support when the deck is transitioned between the raised position and the lowered position.
Collapsible pallet casing assembly and use thereof
The invention relates to a collapsible pallet casing assembly (1), comprising a pallet (2) with a frame structure enclosing a loading surface thereof, a rear casing wall, a front casing wall (32) a top casing wall (15), as well as first (17) and second lateral casing walls. The assembly (1) is transferable between an erected state, in which it is used as a shipping crate for bulky objects, and a collapsed state in which it may be stored or transported as a unit claiming little space. The assembly (1) is transferable from the erected state to the collapsed state by folding all said casing walls (15, 17, 32) on top of each other onto the pallet (2). The invention also relates to use of such a pallet casing assembly (1) for shipping bulky objects, especially server racks or power cabinets.
