Chain conveying mechanism and article sorting system
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of sorting, and in particular to a chain conveying mechanism and an article sorting system. The chain conveying mechanism provided by the present disclosure includes: a chain transmission mechanism, including a chain and a sprocket, wherein the chain is driven by the sprocket to rotate; a cart, arranged on the chain and rotating along with the chain, wherein the cart includes a cart body and two wheel groups connected to two opposite sides of the cart body, and each of the wheel groups includes a first wheel and a second wheel arranged intervals on the same side of the cart body; and linkage mechanisms being in one-to-one correspondence with the wheel groups, wherein each of the linkage mechanisms connects the chain with the first wheel and the second wheel, and enables the first wheel and the second wheel to swing relative to each other to change a distance between the first wheel and the second wheel. On such basis, the turning stability of the cart at the sprocket is effectively improved.
ROLLER SHOE AND SLAT SORTER CONVEYOR
A roller shoe slat sorter conveyor system includes a conveyor forming an upwardly facing support surface. The support surface includes slots oriented transversely to the conveying direction and a plurality of roller shoe assemblies mounted for sliding movement along respective slots for transversely discharging objects from a medial position to either side of the conveying surface. Each roller shoe assembly includes a releasably mounted carrier disposed below the conveying surface. The releasable connection enables the roller shoe to detach from the carrier, and be manually reattached. The elongated roller shoe features downward slanting ends and includes a plurality of roller wheels extending above the surface of the shoe mounted to axles movable in a vertical axis whereby an article resting on the rollers of a shoe depresses the rollers so they contact the slat surface and move an article resting thereon at twice the speed of the shoe.
MODULAR TRANSFER UNITS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
A modular transfer system with a primary flow system and a diverter system. The primary flow system includes a primary flow belt for conveying an article along a primary flow path from an infeed side of the modular transfer system to a pass-through side of the modular transfer system. The diverter system includes one or more diverter belts for diverting an article from the primary flow path towards a divert side of the modular transfer system. The primary flow belt includes multiple movable components contacting the diverter belt. The movable components can have one or more rotational degrees of freedom.
SNAP-IN DUAL-PRONGED RETAINING DEVICE FOR A CONVEYOR COMPONENT
A snap-in dual-pronged retaining device for a conveyor component includes two parallel prongs extending from an integral base. The prongs may form axles for rollers, hinge rods for coupling two conveyor belt modules together, or retaining shafts for retaining a component relative to the conveyor belt. A fastener secures the retaining device and conveyor component in place.
ARTICLE DIVERTING CONVEYOR BELT
An article-diverting modular conveyor belt employs a transverse article diverter comprising rollers. The rollers are formed in a transverse diverting belt wrapped around a module or embedded in the module. The rollers can be activated by contact, motorization or linear induction.
Article sorting device
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of logistics sorting, and in particular to a article sorting device. The article sorting device according to the present disclosure includes: a sorting track, including transition tracks and multiple layers of main tracks, wherein the transition track is connected to the same ends of the two adjacent layers of main tracks in a first direction, and the two adjacent transition tracks in a height direction are located at two ends of the main track in the first direction; and a sorting mechanism movably arranged on the sorting track to load an article, configured to unload the article in a second direction when moving to a set sorting position along the sorting track, wherein the second direction intersects the height direction and the first direction. Based on this, the occupied area of the article sorting device is effectively reduced.
CONTINUOUS CONVEYOR
A continuous conveyor is used as a sorting apparatus, for example, and includes a drive element that is guided over at least two drums and pulls a plurality of carriages. Entrainment of the carriages is implemented using permanent magnets, which are preferably disposed on the drive element, and the pulling force of which is transferred to the carriages using drivers affixed to them.
CONNECTING DEVICE, CONVEYING CARRIAGE AND CONVEYING INSTALLATION
A connecting device (2-2) for connecting a conveying carriage (1-1) to a drive chain (4) has a pivot lever (6-6) that is connected pivotally to the conveying carriage (1-1). A chain fastening (8-8) is connectable to the drive chain (4), and an articulated joint (10-10) connects the pivot lever (6-6) and the chain fastening (8-8). The articulated joint (10-10) has three degrees of rotational freedom between the pivot lever (6-6) and the chain fastening (8-8).
FULLY VALIDATED MATERIAL HANDLING WITH SHUTTLE CONTAINER DELIVERY SYSTEM
A material handling system reduces or eliminates human interaction with articles sorted and deposited into an order container to maintain validation and integrity of the order. Validated articles are inducted onto a sortation conveyor that selectively dispenses or deposits each article at a destination into a container. A shuttle vehicle moves along a first side of row of such containers to replace an empty container in place of any container that holds a completed order and moves the latter onto a transport conveyor.
Sorting device for piece goods and method
Sorting device for piece goods, with several sorting trolleys which are moved to run around a first track, and which are each equipped with a controlled load-receiving element for accepting and delivering piece goods, with at least one infeed station situated adjacent to the first track, at which station piece goods can be supplied to a load-receiving element of a sorting trolley located in the area of the infeed station, and with several uptake trolleys that are moved on a second track, wherein one part of the second track within a handover area for the handover of a piece goods item from a sorting trolley to an uptake trolley is arranged adjacent to a part of the first track, and with a central control unit which receives the positional information for the sorting trolleys on the first track and the uptake trolleys on the second track, and through which a load-receiving element of a selected moving sorting trolley can be controlled for the handover of a piece goods item located on it to a selected moving uptake trolley, at a point in time at which the selected sorting trolley is located within the handover area adjacent to the selected uptake trolley, and a method for sorting using the device.
