CONVEYOR BOWL, VIBRATORY CONVEYOR DEVICE HAVING THE CONVEYOR BOWL, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE CONVEYOR BOWL
A conveyor bowl for a vibratory conveyor device includes a main body made of stainless steel and manufactured by primary shaping. The main body has an interface section for coupling to a vibration unit, and a conveyor section for conveying conveyed parts. The main body may be designed as a cast part. The main body may be a precision cast part or an investment cast part. The main body may be made of austenite. The interface section and the conveyor section may be formed in one piece or formed integrally with the main body.
AUTOMATED ITEM SINGULATION
Described are systems, methods, and apparatus for automated item singulation. The system includes a singulation station in which a plurality of different type items may be transitioned onto a singulation table. The singulation table activates and the movement of the singulation table causes the items to de-shingle, separate in distance with respect to one another and migrate along the singulation table toward a pick conveyor. As the de-shingled and singulated items arrive on the pick conveyor they are detected and individually picked by a robotic unit and transitioned from the singulation station.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR THE RELIABLE DELIVERY OF SHAPED STOPPER ELEMENTS
Disclosed is a device for delivering sorted elements of the cap, stopper or other type, in order to feed a downstream work station, the device including a unit for lifting elements, in which a first sorting operation is performed, and, mounted downstream, a unit for treating the elements in which the elements are treated individually. Also disclosed is a delivery device including a conveyor mounted downstream from the treatment unit in order to direct the elements towards the work station, the conveyor moving the elements singly. Further disclosed is a corresponding method.

An automated method for distributing closure elements with screwing and/or stopping means structure, comprising including supplying a turntable with a plurality of closure elements arranged on the turntable, including detecting the format of each closure element arranged on the turntable and gripping each closure element for which the format has been detected in order to distribute it to a transfer device capable of transporting a plurality of closure elements with screwing and/or stopping structure.

Workpiece singulator with adjustable stair depth
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a workpiece singulator with one or more movable stairs. A first one of the movable stairs may include an outer step member and an inner step member that is positioned between the outer step member and a second one of the movable stairs. The step members may be movable synchronously as a single stair to transport larger workpieces and asynchronously to transport smaller workpieces on the outer step member. Optionally, the workpiece singulator may further include a sensor configured to detect the size and/or position of a workpiece. In some embodiments, the workpiece singulator may be coupled with a controller configured to control the position of the outer step member independently of the position of the inner step member. In various embodiments, a workpiece singulator as disclosed herein may be operable to selectively singulate workpieces of different sizes.
Singulation apparatus and method
The present disclosure relates to apparatus for carrying articles such as fruit for sorting, and in particular though not exclusively to apparatus for singulating the articles. There is provided a singulation apparatus for an article carrying system, the apparatus comprising a flume adapted to receive a plurality of articles at a first end; a fluid inlet associated with the first end and arranged in use to direct a fluid flow to carry the received articles along the flume to a second end; wherein a parameter of the fluid flow is controlled in order to singulate the received articles along the flume. A method for singulation is also disclosed.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DELIVERING ORIENTED ELEMENTS
Disclosed is a sorting device for elements of the cap or stopper type, used to close a bottle or vial, or of the plastic preform type. The device includes a continuous conveyor arranged to travel in a conveying direction and equipped with successive transverse stop members between which the elements can rest in transverse alignment. The sorting device includes an ejector for ejecting the elements from the conveyor by moving the elements essentially along the length of the transverse stop members, the ejector include at least one push member which can move at least transversely to the conveying direction so as to push the elements towards the exit zone. Also disclosed is a corresponding method.
DEVICE AND PROCESS FOR FEEDING ARTICLES TO BE PACKAGED
A device and a process for feeding articles to be packaged with a packaging apparatus are presented. The articles are transported on a first conveying line and can be arranged according to a desired pattern, which is repeated on a second conveying line from which the articles will be picked up in a subsequent station. For this purpose, at least one transfer device is provided for transferring the articles from the first conveying line to the second conveying line, with a self-moving transfer arm and a respective gripping device to pick up the articles. The gripping device has a plurality of gripping elements which are movable between a first configuration, in which the gripping elements are aligned with each other to grip the articles from the first conveying line, and a second configuration, in which at least two of the gripping elements are staggered with respect to each other, to lay the articles according to a predetermined pattern.

For a component receiving member provided with a component reception recess shaped according to a component that is a storage target, and side wall section that a component held by suction nozzle contacts when moved in the left-right direction, when the component is released in a state contacting the side wall section, the component is stored in the component reception recess by leads of the component falling along a tapered surface and the component rotating 90 degrees due to its own weight. Therefore, even in a case in which the component is held by suction nozzle with an upper surface facing up, the component is stored in the component reception recess with the upper surface facing up by the component rotating 90 degrees at the component receiving member.
