PRESSURIZATION PROCESSING SYSTEM
A pressurization processing system that performs pressurization processing on a target by immersing the target in the sea or a lake, includes a housing body that is configured to house the target, a buoyancy body that is configured to float the housing body, a weight body that has a specific gravity greater than that of seawater or lake water, and a separation mechanism that separably connects the housing body and the weight body. In the system, the buoyancy body includes a housing bag having water permeability, and the housing bag houses a plurality of hollow glass spheres, and is immersed in the seawater or the lake water so that a space between the plurality of hollow glass spheres housed in the housing bag is filled with the seawater or the lake water.
CANNABIS EXTRACT AND JUICE HAVING IMPROVED SHELF LIFE AND METHODS THEREOF
Cannabis extract subjected to a Pulsed Electric Fields (PEF), High Temperature Short Time (HTST), Heat, High Pressure Processing (HPP) and weak acid preserves the cannabis extract. This process delays, maintains, inhibits, retards and/or reduces the rate of plant derived and/or synthetically derived cannabinoid extract deterioration or degradation and is ideally used in beverages, foods and other consumer products, including a juice product. In addition to preserving the product, the weak acids are preferably citric acid and lemon juice to both inhibit action of oxidative enzymes in the packaged product, but to also inhibit hepatic enzymes in vivo to improve the duration of bio-activity, improve bio-availability, and optimize bio-effects of cannabinoids.
Systems and methods for vacuum chilling poultry products
A system for vacuum chilling poultry product includes: a vacuum chamber configured to be evacuated to chill poultry product in the vacuum chamber; at least one inclined or vertical conduit coupled to the vacuum chamber, with the at least one conduit configured to hold at least one water seal when the vacuum chamber is evacuated; and a conveying mechanism that is configured to continuously convey the poultry product upwardly through the at least one conduit, then into and through the vacuum chamber, and then downwardly through the at least one conduit.
Automated Immersion Apparatus and Method for Cooking Meals
A system and method for storing, preserving and cooking meals using the sous-vide technique. The system and method of the present invention is designed to automatically cook, upon request a meal having various ingredients by immersing bagged food in temperature-controlled liquid. The cooking time may be manually or automatically programmed from downloaded cooking direction associated with the food. The cooking request may be given by a user from the physical apparatus or using a mobile device application.
Container and fitment for use in high pressure processing
A container assembly configured for use in a high pressure process (HPP) includes a container defining a container cavity and a fitment assembly coupled to the container. The fitment assembly defines a passageway arranged in fluid communication with the container cavity. The fitment assembly further defines a chamber within the passageway isolated from the container cavity. A pressure relief mechanism is operably coupled to the fitment assembly to relieve pressure within the chamber.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ENHANCING PHASE CONTACT AND CHEMICAL REACTIONS
An apparatus for enhancing phase contact and chemical reactions is provided. The apparatus comprises at least one first high-turbulence mixing stage and at least one second high-shear-stress and high-cavitation stage. The stages are adapted to cause an increase in the relative sliding speeds of the phases involved in a multiphase flow passing through the stages.
Beverage Distribution Assembly
A system for providing a pre-mixed beverage from a distribution device includes a first container including a first consumable material and a second container including a second consumable material. A mixing block is arranged in fluid communication with the first container, the second container, and the distribution device such that a mixture of the first consumable material and the second consumable material is formed within the mixing block. At least one pump is operably coupled to first container, the second container, and the distribution device.
Device and method for the high-pressure treatment of products
The present disclosure relates to a device for the high-pressure treatment of products, particularly of packaged foodstuffs. The device comprises a high-pressure chamber and a discharge valve for discharging high-pressure medium out of the high-pressure chamber. The invention is characterized in that a controllable actuator is provided for adjusting the rate of the pressure decrease in the high-pressure chamber at least over a predetermined pressure range. The disclosure also relates to a method for the high-pressure treatment of products, wherein pressure decrease takes place in a first phase and in a second phase, and the mean pressure decrease rate in the first phase is higher than in the second phase.
HOT FILL CONTAINER WITH WAVY GROOVE
The present application provides a container for a beverage filled in a hot fill process. The container may include an upper section and a lower section. The lower section may include a wavy groove defining a number of tongue panels and wherein the wavy groove may include a substantial Z-like shape.
METHOD AND APPARATUS TO PERFORM QUICK VACUUM EVACUATION FROM UNIVERSAL SEALABLE VACUUM CONTAINERS OR WINE BOTTLES
A method and apparatus to perform effortless vacuum evacuation for food and wine preserving and meat marinating purpose. The vacuum method allows the apparatus to work with any food sealable vacuum container and wine bottle found on the market. The method also conveniently allows vacuum operation without using tubing to connect between sealable vacuum container and vacuum source. The food and wine vacuuming apparatus are of circular shape, which include vacuum chamber, vacuum source, control circuitry, vacuum switch, and solenoid release valve.
