System for moving loads comprising a locking arrangement that is operable by means of a transport vehicle
A system for moving loads, in particular within an aircraft, comprising: a cargo hold floor, at least one row of rollers including a plurality of rollers integrated into the floor one behind another, at least one guide rail in the floor extending substantially parallel to the row of rollers, and at least one transport vehicle removably received in and movable along the guide rail. At least one coupling arrangement selectively couples the vehicle with a load arranged on the row of rollers, the load being movable with the vehicle. At least one locking arrangement, in an active state, locking the load relative to the floor and, in a non-active state, allowing a relative movement between the load and the floor. The vehicle operates the locking arrangement according to at least one of the following: so that it assumes the active state; and, so that it assumes the non-active state.
Friction feeder
Disclosed is a friction feeder configured to allow for the removal and replacement of wear parts such as friction belts, drive belts and friction meter wheels without the need to significantly disassemble the machine and without the need for tools. The rollers are mounted only on one end in a cantilever manner to aid in the access to the friction belts. The rollers are releasably held in tension with a hand-actuatable piston. The roller ball assembly can be rotated clear of the product holding position without the use of tools. The friction meter wheel assembly can then be accessed and replaced. A piston also releasably holds the drive belt pulleys in tension so that the drive belts can be replaced.
Feeder for feeding cut pieces of wood
In a feeder (1) for feeding cut pieces of wood (2) from an accumulation conveyor (3) to a carrier conveyor (4), according to the invention, the feeder (1) comprises a first clamping jaw (6) that is disposed on a first moving device (5) as well as a second clamping jaw (8) that is arranged on a second moving device (7), the first clamping jaw (6) and the second clamping jaw (8) form a clamping unit (10) for clamping a cut piece of wood (2) in a conveying zone (9) and conveying the cut piece of wood (2) in a clamped state as the first clamping jaw (6) and the second clamping jaw (8) perform a movement in the same direction.
AUTOMATED STORING AND COMMISSIONING SYSTEM FOR SMALL-PIECE GOODS
An automated storing and picking system for packaged goods is provided. The system includes storage shelves with storage areas, at least one storage and retrieval apparatus, and at least one conveyor belt. At least one blocking device having a barrier is arranged downstream of a receiving section of the conveyor belt. A control device controls the storage and retrieval apparatus and the conveyor belt such that the packaged goods belonging to a first pack are transported to a first dispensing location and the packaged goods belonging to a subsequent pack are transported to a second dispensing location and/or are subsequently transported to the first dispensing location, such that the first pack lies downstream of the subsequent pack on the conveyor belt. The control device controls the blocking device to accumulate the first pack behind the barrier, release the first pack for transport, and to then accumulate the subsequent pack behind the barrier.

PICK OR PUT STATION WITH CONTROLLABLE RECEPTACLE EXCHANGE
A receptacle exchange for a pick or put receptacle and method for exchanging a pick or put receptacle includes a process location at which an operator processes a receptacle by picking articles from or putting articles to a receptacle. A lift moves a receptacle from a supply location to the process location. An extractor retrieves a receptacle from the process location to an extracted location. A first drive elevates the lift between the supply location and process location and moves the extractor between the process location and extracted location. A second drive moves an inclination of the extractor. A control controls the first and second drives.
METHOD FOR PROVIDING A PREDETERMINED NUMBER OF CONTIGUOUS STORED ELEMENTS FORMING A LINE, DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT SAID METHOD, AND A COMBINATION WEIGHING MACHINE COMPRISING SAID DEVICE
A method for providing a predetermined number of contiguous stored elements (A,B,C,D,E,F,G), that is which are touching each other, and in a line (2) in a supply chute (3) along which the line (2) may advance, these elements being essentially spheroidal, such as fruit, wherein initially the first element (A) in the line (2) is retained by retention means (4), comprising the operation of counting, by means of the emission and detection of a steady beam (6) of light, the signal variations produced in said detection by the line (2) advancing, specifically by the passage of the spaces between two consecutive elements in the line (2) through the detection beam (6), aiming the beam (6) at the gaps (7) that necessarily will be formed in the line (2) between two consecutive elements even if they are contiguous, due to the effect of said elements (A,B,C,D,E,F,G) being spheroidal.
WOOD BOARD FEEDING SYSTEM WITH ALIGNMENT FEATURE
A wood board feeding system for positioning in a parallel orientation longitudinal pieces of lumber. It comprises a feeding conveyor assembly configured to receive and convey the longitudinal pieces of lumber over a conveying area in a conveying direction. The feeding conveyor assembly comprises a first conveyor sub-assembly and a second conveyor sub-assembly, both comprising a conveyor for conveying the longitudinal pieces of lumber about one of their ends and a motor driving the conveyor at a conveying speed. The first conveyor and the second conveyor are disposed side-by-side with respect to the conveying direction, thereby the first conveyor sub-assembly and the second conveyor sub-assembly position a respective one of the two opposite ends of the longitudinal pieces of lumber.
