This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to Reel-Safe. A device may include a lockable and removable box configured to be attached to a vehicle bed. The device may include a base plate, wherein said base plate is attachable to the vehicle bed, and a pin or lock for securing the box to the base plate. The device may include a hinged lid, comprising a slot for a plate with a hole that protrudes from inside of the box, and a covering over the plate for securing a lock and protecting it from weather elements. The device may include a snap on a front portion of the box for preventing the rods from sliding around when the lid is open. The device may include drainage holes located at a bottom of the box. The device may include a handle for carrying the box.

A vehicle fishing rod holder with a rod holder body that is couplable to the bed of a truck in a locked configuration utilizing one or more mounting brackets. The rod holder body define a holding channel for a fishing rod and a discontinuous slot for receiving a rod reel post of the fishing rod. A locking bar is coupled to the rod holder body and is operably configured to selectively translate longitudinally to lock the rod and reel into place by being positioned over the rod reel post. The rod holder body is also vertically adjustable using a clamping member and rotationally adjustable or pivoted using one or more arms.

A fishing rod case composed of impact resistant material which covers the central portion and tip of the shaft of the fishing rod while leaving the handle and reel exposed. The case has two sections connected by a hinge and a closing mechanism which removably joins the two sections together when the case is in a closed position. The two sections each have a rod enclosing cutout which are joined to create an opening that encloses the rod when the case is closed. The circular opening is larger than the shaft of the rod, but smaller than the guides attached to the rod. Since the guides cannot pass through the opening created by joining the two rod enclosing cutouts the case is retained in place when it comes into contact with one of the guides attached to the shaft and is prevented from sliding off the rod.

The fishing bag includes a fishing bag divided into a first body and a second body, that have accommodation spaces in which a fishing rod handle and a fishing rod guide are inserted, respectively, and are hingedly opened and closed, a fishing rod handle pouch detachably provided in the first body and storing the fishing rod handle therein, and a fishing rod guide pouch detachably provided in the second body and storing the fishing rod guide therein. The fishing rod handle pouch and the fishing rod guide pouch can be easily opened and closed with one hand through the elasticity of an opening/closing member, so the convenience of use is provided.

Proposed is a fishing bag for inhibiting a plurality of fishing rods from being broken due to collisions therebetween. A reversible rod holder apparatus and method consists of a frame with a front, a back, a top side, a bottom side, a left side and a right side. An attachment plate is connected with the back of the frame. A support is provided where the support and the attachment plate are removably connectable and a rod sleeve is connected with the front of the frame at an angle from the left side to the right side of the frame such that a rod placed in the rod sleeve is held at that angle.
