Cord winder and rail storage system

A winder accessory comprises a gripper assembly adapted to be releasably attached to a rail. A cord winder mechanism is supported on the gripper and comprises a spooling mechanism for winding a cord. The spool mechanism rotates on a rotating joint about a first axis of rotation relative to the gripper. The spooling mechanism may comprise a wireform. A detachable pivot joint may be provided between the cord winder mechanism and the gripper assembly that defines a second axis of rotation.

A cord spool may have a generally cylindrical primary element made of flexible material, which may have first and second primary element openings. The primary element may further include a central exterior portion between first and second raised portions. The primary element may further include an interior portion dimensioned and configured to accept a fixture. The cord spool also may have at least one flexible strap securely affixed to and extending through the interior portion of the primary element and extending beyond the first and second openings of the primary element. The strap may have first and second strap ends with first and second fasteners. The strap may be dimensioned and configured to allow the first and second strap ends to be releasably secured to one another, forming a cord securing loop.

ONE-PIECE HOSE GUIDE FOR HOSE REEL DECK BOX

A hose guide for a hose reel deck box is provided. More specifically, the hose guide is a one piece, or unitary body, component. The unitary body hose guide is structured to snap-fit to one or two travel bars that are part of the unitary body of the hose reel deck box housing assembly. The hose guide preferably includes two semi-enclosed passages that are structured to be slidably coupled to the travel bars.

Hose Winding Device

A hose winding device includes a rotating wheel rotatably mounted to a frame. A hose is wound around the rotating wheel. The rotating wheel is rotated when the hose is pulled outward. An axle of the frame is received in a rotating shaft and a connecting shaft. An arm is fixed between the connecting shaft and a handle. A connecting rod is configured to securely couple the rotating shaft and the connecting shaft with the axle. An elastic element biases the connecting shaft to engage with the rotating shaft, permitting joint rotation of the connecting shaft and the rotating shaft in a first direction. The connecting shaft moves along a longitudinal axis of the rotating shaft when the connecting shaft and the rotating shaft are subjected to a torque in a second direction reverse to the first direction, and the connecting shaft disengages from the rotating shaft.

Wire-winding device

A wire-winding device comprising: an upper cover; a spiral spring; a rotary base having a groove to accommodate the spiral spring on the bottom surface thereof; a transmission line winding around the rotary base; a lower cover assembled with the upper cover; and a pillar, an outlet, and a wire casing formed on one side of the groove, and two spacers surrounding the peripheral edge of the groove, the pillar having a first end portion which shifts outward to the edge of rotary base, the wire casing having a smooth curved surface formed on the bottom surface thereof near the outlet to enlarge the accommodating space near the outlet and reduce the friction between the transmission line and the spacers.

A hand-held barrier apparatus for forming a barrier between surfaces a hand-held housing, a pliable longitudinal element, and a first connector. The longitudinal element is retractably extendable from the hand-held housing and includes a first coupling member supported on an end thereof. The first coupling member has a mating surface. The first connector is configured to be movably disposed on the longitudinal element. The first connector has a first mating surface configured for detachable connection with the mating surface of the first coupling member of the longitudinal element such that the longitudinal element forms a first loop upon detachable connection of the first connector with the first coupling member of the longitudinal element.

A toolbox-size device contains wire spools that are supported by both a cradle and a removable axial spindle. This dual support contributes to solving several problems involved with manual wire deployment devices. Particular object spatial and size relationships can include those of the cradle, spindle, spool diameter, spool hub, arbor-opening diameter, enclosure size, and exit aperture location. This provides a solution to reliably and smoothly deploy electrical wire manually from a hand-carried device. The cradle holds spools generally in place when the axial spindle is removed to add or remove spools. The dual support system allows the use of spools with damaged flanges normally not possible with a cradle-based system.
