SPLIT REEL AND HANDLER SYSTEM
A reel assembly is provided. The reel assembly includes a housing, a drum core disposed within the housing, and a splitter flange separating the drum core into a first partition and a second partition. A first conduit is wound on the first partition of the drum core, and a second conduit is wound on the second partition of the drum core. A conduit handler system is utilized to make a connection or test a connection between the first conduit and the second conduit using actuating pistons to apply a compressive or an opposing tensile force on the connection.
Holding device for portable equipment items
A holding device for cameras or other portable equipment includes a housing in which a roller element and a return element are arranged. The roller element is rotatably mounted in relation to the housing. A tie for fastening equipment items is completely rolled up on the roller element in an initial state, with only one end thereof protruding from the housing. The return element exerts a tensile force on the roller element so that the tie can be rolled up on the roller element. The tie is unrolled and pulled out of the housing when an external tensile force larger than the tensile force of the return element is exerted on the tie. The tie is rolled up to the initial state into the housing when an external tensile force smaller than the tensile force of the return element is exerted on the tie.
EQUIPMENT TETHER
A tether includes a housing defining a cord aperture, a spool located within the housing and configured to rotate about a spool axis in either an extending direction or a rewinding direction, a cord wound around the spool and configured to pass through the cord aperture, a biasing member coupled to the spool, and a retractor lock. The biasing member biases the spool to rotate in the rewinding direction to retract the cord into the housing. The retractor lock is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The retractor lock prevents rotation of the spool when in the locked position and allows rotation of the spool in the unlocked position. The retractor lock is moves from the locked position to the unlocked position in response to a threshold cord force on the cord.
Animal Wearable Device Adjustment Mechanisms and Methods
Methods, systems, and devices for adjusting an animal wearable devices are provided in accordance with various embodiments. For example, some embodiments include a system that may include an animal wearable device, one or more straps, and one or more strap length adjustment mechanisms coupled with the one or more straps; the one or more strap length adjustment mechanisms that may be coupled with the animal wearable device. The strap length adjustment mechanism may include a variety of components such as a take-up spool and tension component(s). Some embodiments may utilize a motor coupled with the take-up spool and a microcontroller. Some embodiments include methods of utilizing the strap length adjustment mechanism(s) to adjust the fit of the animal wearable device.
Curtain reel structure for rapidly positioning and locking
A curtain reel structure for rapidly positioning and locking is disclosed herein. It mainly comprises a winding spool, a reel seat for an assembly of the winding spool and having a neck part, a removable lock element pivotally connected to the neck part of the reel seat, and a flexible member engaged with the neck part of the reel seat. The removable lock element pivots to change direction and contacts the flexible member to lift and lower the flexible member.
Tightening system with a tension control mechanism
A tightening system includes a housing and a spool situated within the housing. The spool is rotatable about an axis within the housing. An elongate tensioning element is rotatably linked to the spool and a tension control mechanism is operatively connected to the spool. The tension control mechanism is arranged to automatically move relative to the spool when tension in the tensioning element reaches a predetermined level, which, in turn, releases at least part of the tension in the tensioning element.
Strap dispenser having a hanging structure
A strap dispenser having a hanging structure is disclosed. The strap dispenser includes a base. The base includes a fixing plate. The fixing plate is provided with a strap reel rack. The strap reel rack is provided with a strap reel for placing a strapping roll. The base is connected with a hanging unit. The hanging unit is provided with a plurality of hanging members. When the user wants to use the strap dispenser, the hanging members may be hung with an air tube and a pneumatic/electrical tool. The strap reel is rotated with the movement of a strapping roll. The hanging tool can be used to assist the baling operation.
Retractable cable assembly in use with electrical devices
A retractable cable assembly in use with an electrical charger, power adapter, or other power supply. A cable wound on a spool within the cable assembly housing may be extracted by manually pulling on the cable or pressing of a release switch until the desired length of the cord is drawn. As the cord is drawn a torsional spring rotatably coupled to the spool and located within the core of the spool is compressed. An engaged pawl-ratchet mechanism is used to keep the spool, torsional spring and cord in place during and after extraction of the cord until which time retraction of the cord is desired. Rotation or twisting of the housing lid or of the main housing of the retractable cable assembly housing disengages the pawl-ratchet mechanism, thereby freeing the spool and torsional spring. The compressed torsional spring within the core of the spool rotates immediately as it decompresses causing the coupled spool to rotate and retract the cable, thereby winding it back around the spool within the housing.
Automatic spool tensioning mechanism
Systems (100) and methods (1400) for operating a Spool Mechanism (SM). The methods comprise: transitioning an operational mode of SM from a first operational mode in which a drag torque is not settable to a second operational mode in which the drag torque is settable; selectively mechanically coupling a rewind motor to a spool (612) of SM by engaging a coupler (1014) in response to the SM's transition into the second operational mode; activating the rewind motor (610) such that the rewind motor applies a motor torque having a pre-defined value selected for facilitating a setting of the drag torque to an optimal value; mechanically gradually adjusting an amount of drag resistance applied to the spool by a drag mechanism (1012); and discontinuing the mechanical adjustment of the drag resistance when the spool's speed is within a threshold percentage range of a zero resistance speed.
STRING FASTENING DEVICE
A string fastening device which may be used for easily winding and fastening strings provided in shoes, bags, clothes, or the like is provided. The string fastening device includes a base; a fixation member coupled to the base to maintain state in which the bobbin is stored in the base; a rotational member coupled to the fixation member and rotating the bobbin; and a string suspension member provided in the bobbin and fixing a string.
