Apparatus and method for a free-spinning wire dispensing reel
An apparatus and method for dispensing wire or cable from a reel assembly. In one embodiment, the apparatus comprises an inner flange assembly and an outer flange assembly. The inner flange assembly is capable of freely rotating relative to the outer flange assembly for dispensing wire from any surface. In another embodiment, the apparatus includes an inner flange assembly, an outer flange assembly, and an external bay. The inner flange assembly is capable of freely rotating relative to the outer flange assembly and the external bay. The external bay is capable of freely rotation relative to the outer flange assembly and the inner flange assembly. In another embodiment, wire is dispensed from a reel assembly comprising an inner flange assembly and an outer flange assembly. In yet another embodiment, wire is dispensed from a reel assembly comprising an inner flange assembly, an outer flange assembly, and an external bay.
Cable reeling device
In a conventional method for extracting a cable, a power cable is reeled in by rotating a reel drum using a drive motor, and therefore there are cases where a power cable in a conduit cannot be extracted with the driving force of the drive motor when a large extraction force is required to extract the power cable from the conduit. The present invention is capable of directly transmitting, to a cable drum (5), a rotational force of rubber tires (9) whose outer circumferential portions are made of elastic rubber, by rotating the rubber tires (9) while bringing the rubber tires (9) into intimate contact with outer faces of the cable drum (5), and is capable of reliably rotating the cable drum (5).
Winding device with speed regulating mechanism
The patent discloses a winding device with a speed regulating mechanism. The winding device with a speed regulating mechanism includes a device body and a winding wheel installed on the device body. The speed regulating mechanism is arranged on one side of the winding wheel and includes a transmission gear set and a speed regulating shifting rod. The transmission gear set includes a sliding output gear and a speed regulating transmission member. According to the winding device with a speed regulating mechanism, the speed regulating mechanism is installed in the winding device, through the regulation of the speed regulating shifting rod, the transmission efficiency of a water turbine can be changed, and the regulation of various winding speeds can be achieved. Moreover, an idling function can be fulfilled after an output shaft is pulled through a handle, which makes the winding wheel suspend moving.
Reel based closure system
A reel based closure device includes a housing, a tension member, a spool that is rotatably positioned within the housing, and a tightening component that is positioned axially above the spool and that is operably coupled therewith so that an operation of the tightening component causes the spool to rotate within the housing to wind the tension member about the spool. The reel based closure device also includes a coupling component that is separate from the tension member and that frictionally engages with a distal end of the tension member so that the coupling component is removably fixed to the tension member. The spool component includes a coupling feature within which the coupling component is positioned to attach the tension member to the spool.
Automated footwear lacing systems, devices, and techniques
In an example, a lacing engine apparatus can include a housing and a drivetrain. The housing can be securable within a footwear article. The drivetrain can include a motor, a sun gear, a planet gear, a rotating ring gear, and a spool. The spool can be secured to the ring gear and can be rotatable therewith. The spool can be configured to control a lace of the footwear article and can be configured to wind the lace as the ring gear rotates in a first direction.
Control device, control method, and control system
A control device according to an embodiment includes: a winding unit (30, 3001) that unwinds a wire having one end movably held by a user in a direction of the one end and winds the wire by an elastic force in a direction away from the one end, a wire lock unit (30, 3002) that locks unwinding of the wire from the winding unit, and a control unit (100) that controls an operation by the wire lock unit of locking the unwinding according to a relationship between a position of a virtual object disposed in a virtual space and a position, in the virtual space, corresponding to a position of the one end in a real space.
Cargo strap winch rapid rewinding tool
This invention is for safely speeding up the rewinding of a strap used to secure cargo on a truck or trailer. The Tool consists of a shaft which in use extends into the inside of a conventional strap winch drum. At the end of the shaft is a cylindrical elastomeric plug which is a tight fit into the inside of the winding drum. The shaft is then connected to a rotary drive apparatus comprising a hand crank or is power driven. Because the tool can be simply pushed into the drum and operated without the requirement of alignment of the shaft, for a mechanical connection between the shaft and winch drum, the operator's hands need not be on the tool other than on the handle which is not above the drum. This is typically quicker and safer than the prior art.
Reel enclosures
A reel enclosure includes a base and a door pivotally coupled with the base. The door is movable between a first closed position and a second open position and is configured to hold a reel at an interior surface of the door. The reel is configured to have cable wound thereon. In the first closed position, the base is configured to prevent the reel from rotating relative to the door and the base, and, in the second open position, the door is configured to hold the reel outside of an interior of the base and permit the reel to rotate relative to the door and the base.
Site light
A site light including a body, an arm coupled to the body having an adjustable arm length, a light assembly coupled to the arm opposite the body, and a drive assembly configured to alter the arm length. The drive assembly, in turn, includes a drive wheel mounted for rotation with respect to the body, an idle wheel mounted for rotation with respect to the body, and a biasing member configured to bias the idle wheel toward the drive wheel. The site light also includes a cable coupled to the arm where the cable is positioned between and engaged by both the drive wheel and the idle wheel.
Automatic wireless decoy jerk string system
An automatic wireless decoy jerk string system is disclosed. The system includes a main housing, a drive housing, and a flotation housing. The main housing contains a retractable reel wound with a line. The drive housing contains a direct current motor, a battery for powering the motor, and a wireless receiver. The flotation housing contains a counterweight and flotation material. The drive housing and the flotation housing are attached to either side of the main housing. A drive shaft runs from the drive housing through the main housing and into the flotation housing. The motor engages the drive shaft to operate the reel. The motor is controlled by signals from the receiver in response to a wireless signal received by the receiver from a remote control to cause the reel to alternatingly retract the line and let out the line.
