Multiple high pressure flexible lance hose take up drum
A multiple flexible lance hose take-up drum apparatus or device in accordance with the present disclosure includes a base having three or more support legs and a hollow take-up drum assembly rotatably supported from the base. The drum assembly includes a hollow cylindrical shell, a bottom plate fastened to the shell, a high pressure fluid supply connection and a manifold positioned radially along a bottom plate of the shell for connection to one end of each of a plurality of flexible lance hoses. The base includes an L shaped support arm extending from the bases alongside the shell. A plurality of guide tubes are supported by the support arm and aligned over a rim of the shell for guiding flexible lance hoses into and out of the take-up drum assembly.
Quick-adjust tensioner
Quick-adjust tensioner that exerts a braking torque on a spool. The tensioner includes a stop configured to fit onto a rod supporting the spool. The location of the stop on the rod is adjustable by the user. The stop is connected to a foot by a biasing member. The biasing member presses the foot against the spool to create a braking torque on the spool. The force of the biasing member on the foot is predetermined by adjusting the distance between the stop and the foot, thereby adjusting the foot's braking torque on the spool.
TEST METHOD FOR GAS AND TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION IN A GOAF
The present disclosure includes a method of testing for gas and temperature distribution in a goaf, wherein the test device comprises a cable coupled to a cable dragging machine, the cable including a test end configured to be buried in the goaf; a gas temperature tester configured to test a gas for composition and temperature; and a gas pump configured to continuously pump gas from the test end and transmit it to the gas temperature tester. In some examples, the method comprises placing the test end of the cable in the goaf. According to some examples, the method comprises starting the cable dragging machine and starting the gas pump simultaneously with starting the cable dragging machine. The method may comprise withdrawing the cable, via the cable dragging machine, at a constant speed and analyzing, via the gas temperature tester, the composition and temperature of the gas.
Rotatable Cable Reel
A cable reel of the present disclosure can include two flanges and a central drum being independently rotatable from one another. The drum, which can be configured to receive a cable, can be mounted on an axle. The two flanges can be rotationally mounted on the axle at opposing distal ends of the axle.
JAM RESISTANT CHALK REEL
A chalk reel includes a housing defining a chalk chamber and an opening from the chalk chamber; a spool positioned within the chalk chamber; and a line wound on the spool and extending through the opening, the line having a width of dimension X. The spool comprises an axial hub and a sidewall. The sidewall comprises a plurality of apertures extending through the sidewall from a first face distal from the axial hub to a second face proximal to the axial hub. Each of the plurality of apertures having a maximum width of dimension Y. The dimension Y is sized so that no loops of the line may fit through each of the plurality of apertures.
COILED TUBING AND SLICKLINE UNIT
A coiled tubing unit includes a coiled tubing assembly and a slickline assembly sharing an axis of rotation with the coiled tubing assembly. A shaft of the coiled tubing assembly is received by bearings on a slickline drum of the slickline assembly and extends through an interior of the slickline drum. A swivel joint connection is rotatably affixed on an end of the main shaft as it exits the interior of the slickline drum, thus allowing for introduction of fluid or cabling into the main shaft and into the coiled tubing. The coiled tubing drum and slickline drum can rotate independently and are powered independently of each other. The coiled tubing and slickline assemblies are preferably affixed to a removable module, the removable module being positioned on a skid having a power unit and appropriate controls.
DEVICE TO AUTOMATE AND SEMIAUTOMATE A FISH TAPE
A device to automate or semiautomate a fish tape is provided that can include an attachable handle with battery operated motor, rollers, gears and controls that can be integrated into its own or existing fish tape spools. Another embodiment provides a left and right plate and an assembly about a member to be driven by a crank or other automated means to mobilize a fish tape which over comes the limitations of existing manual and automatic fish tapes making it safer, more efficient and easier for an operator to pull wire.
STRING LIGHT STORAGE CONTAINER
A string light storage container. The string light storage container includes a base. The base defines a cylinder rising upward therefrom. The cylinder is centrally disposed in the base. The cylinder is shaped to receive string lights therearound. A cover is removably securable to the base via a fastener, such that an interior cavity is formed around the cylinder when the cover is engaged with the base.
CORD REEL ASSEMBLY WITH CONTINUOUS CORD
A cord reel assembly including a single, continuous cord having stationary and retractable segments, with the stationary segment including multiple connectors and sheath covering such connectors where the connectors twist and untwist relative to the sheath in response to the retract and extension of the retractable segment.
FISH TAPE ASSEMBLY
A fish tape tool includes a housing, a chamber defined in the housing, and a motor supported by the housing. The motor is configured to rotate in a first direction and a second direction that is opposite the first direction. An output reel is disposed in the chamber and is rotatable in response to receiving torque from the motor. A drum contains a fish tape and including a rotatable drum portion having an inner wall that is engaged by the output reel when the drum is inserted into the chamber of the housing. When the drum portion is rotated by the output reel in the first direction, fish tape is dispensed from the drum. When the drum portion is rotated by the output reel in the second direction, fish tape is retracted into the drum.
